Yeah, you are right, i don´t know what that guy had gone through previously and thank God, i can take your word and not know personally that war is hell. Maybe, this guy is not to be blamed alone for what happened, maybe he should share the responsability with whoever put him in that situation in first place. Just for the record, and it pains me to agree with pajarito , the video doesn´t always reflects everything and certainly not the psichological background of that marine (it seemed a comrade fell the day before). However what troubles me the most, is what is clearly on the video. He is faking death, He is faking death, BANG Well, now he is death. It looks like it comes from a Rambo or Arnold S. movie. It does sound so unprofessional that it is hard to believe that the marine really felt that he HAD to do it. Probably we will never know if i was to harsh in my judgement for we will never know what really went inside his head, but after the final joke, i am not willing to give the benefit of the doubt.

To be honest i think it is impossible to answer that question till you are in the moment. However, i think that if i did, i would aim at non-lethal parts of the body. I know, not very wise. There is some other questions that are worth taking into consideration, such as: Would i be able to restrain mayself from using it in the middle of a non life threatening arguement? Could i, in the middle of an adrenaline rush, make a 100% accurate analisys of when a perceived threat is worth of being dealt with my gun? Do i want to commit myself to take care of a tool that in the wrong hands could hurt other people, even my own family? I cannot answer 100% sure to any of those questions, so i don´t want a gun.

I think that pretty much shows that U.S marine cowardice and that he is guilty of murder. Now the U.S military has a very good chance to get some distance from this incident by discharging that bastard from the army with dishonor and give him beetwen 20 years and lifetime of jail. Evolutionist theory include a part of randomness when talking about mutations, so considering that randomness and the length of the process (millions of years) it is hardly predictable or repeatable but it doesn´t invalidate the theory. However it is observable in some comunities of birth that belonging to the same families along the years have evolved diferently due to a different habitat. That is why it is a cientific theory and not a scientific fact. I would like to see how creationism meets any of those requirements and if not, why it doesn´t.

IMO Evolutionism is a theory that follows the scientific method. One of the requirements for being a cientific theory is that somehow that theory can be proven wrong. If one day someone finds a 5 million years old human fossil with the same caracteristics of the humans nowadays we will ditch or at least doubt evolutionism because we have found an example that doesn´t aply. However all the fossils found so far has ape like characteristics that reinforce evolutionist theories. However with creationism there is no way to prove it wrong, therefore it is not a cientific theory. It doesn´t follow the cientific method. But also, you cannot prove it right so it is a theory based on faith, not on evidence. Since those stickers are in a science book, the disclaimer should be something like creationism is not a scientific theory but a theory based on faith with no evidence.
