I'm heading to skyfest too. Its only 4 hours away VS 16~18 hour drive for WFFC. It would cost me 4 times as much for fuel this year than it did to attend WFFC last year.

Jump a big docile student type canopy, and jump in faverable wind conditions and you should have soft stand up landings every time. Or learn to do a butt slide landing. I forget who.. but one jumper always lands like that... you may want to look into getting a knee brace or such to help proect your knee...

I'm in Texas and it sucks! up here in DFW its nothing but oversize cowpaster. cops in Texas are assholes! I'm here only for my job.. I'd move in heart beat if they ever opened base other than Texas or Oklahoma! or LA / Mississippi / the south...I'd love to move back to upstate New York. The finger lakes area is nice...

I wanted to buy the new optima (which are out and for sale) but the optional LED & LCD cable are not avaliable yet. Mads sent a bunch of the protypes to Deaf record jumps for us to try. I loved them! I wrote mads saying I'd like to buy one as soon as the optional LED & LCD cable are avaliable, Mads sent me one of the protypes to use until them They do have outstanding customer service!!! Now, as soon as the optional LED & LCD cable are avaliable... I'm buying it! Thanks Mads Mike

I Agree. AA management does some dumb things sometimes. at work us mechanics come up with ideas to improve work.. but management won't do it. Why? because it wasn't "their" idea.... and then when thier ideas don't work.. they blame us go figure.

I was wondering the same thing. I was going try to non-rev to ATL to go to Dublin boogie scratch that EVERY FLIGHT IS OVER BOOKED. and not just to ATL pick any city LAX ONT JFK ORD STL they are all overbooked load factors are running 98.8% I'm like? we have to be making money! we got 16 767 sitting in the desert @ ROS I say put them on DFW to ORD or ORD to LAX routes instead of a MD-80...

As a Airline employee I think the TSA is a modern version of "The Keystone Cops" I don't think much of the TSA at all. Bunch of overpaid fools
