  1. Do you have the data to dispute that which they claim to be fact? If you do, then let's see it. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  2. If you've got three tools that don't agree, how do you know which one is accurate? How accurate is the GPS? - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  3. If you mean that they see it as a totally kick ass movie, then yeah! How could they not? Cutaway is like, the best movie EVER! - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  4. It's my understanding that when ordering a new rig that you, the customer, tell the manufacturer what size canopies you're planning on using and that they in turn choose the appropriate container. Did you specify that you wanted a J1KL container? - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  5. You've graduated AFF, right? Some may disagree, but I think that your first hop and pop is a beer-able offense. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  6. Any progress on this? I just refreshed the forums page 10 or so times to find an ad that interested me. Seems like a waste of precious bandwidth. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  7. Chuck, have you jumped it yet? I'd love to hear about, since PD still doesn't have any real info on their website. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  8. It's that whole meters/feet thing, makes all the difference in the world. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  9. He's an idiot. If he expects anyone to even consider his opinions then he should present them in an adult tone. Calling the U.S. a "dumb puppy dog", and a "broken toy" doesn't exactly do much for his cause. http://www.amiannoying.com/(gyb3equy2h4qty45k2numb45)/view.aspx?ID=436 - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. 10. As long as you're reading, you should check out the Big Air Sportz owners manual. It's an all around good read, but I think you'll find it gets especially interesting at around page 29. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  11. What about the Crossfire don't you like? Are you referring to the CF, or the CF2? What about the Stiletto makes it a good canopy, for you? I'm just curious. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  12. This is a good start. Think of Scott as a coach; the more time you spend with your coach, the better you'll become. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  13. I know that you have Dave, I was referring to TMs (or anyone else for that matter) who aren't packing for themselves. As far as the bridle extension goes, I don't think that it's absolutely necessary, but would adding it violate any manufacturers warranties, would it violate a TSO? I suspect that it wouldn't, but I'd love to know for sure. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  14. My thought is... why not? A properly packed parachute, whether Psycho, PRO, flat, or what have you, will open predictably, and reliably. Some find it easier to control the fabric using the Psycho pack. If that's what works, then run with it, I think. On the other hand, many don't understand the Psycho pack, and therefore, fear it. You might upset a few TMs if they find out that you're Psycho packing, but I'll bet that they'd never know it from the openings they had. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. 15. DEMO. PD and Icarus have demo programs, I imagine that Precision does too. This is a big purchase, both in terms of dollars and potential impact to your skydiving future. Call the various manufacturers, talk to them, jump their product, and buy what you like best. It really is the only sane way to do this. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. 21. Kudos to the USPA for getting this taken care of, I think we finally have something to show the TSA screeners when problems arise. That's a Good Thing. Unrelated, I think, to the USPA's work, but what is this? What, in this document, could be classified as sensitive? Really, enlighten me, I'm curious. 24. Bwahhhhhhh well since I also hold this distinction...I guess I am laughing at myself!! My original question still stands, what exactly is your contribution to this conversation? I think you may have missed Talk Back, it's a few doors down. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
  25. BB wipes her head and says.."man is it Piling high and Deep in here..." And you're adding what, exactly, to this conversation? Or was your point only to belittle those with a PhD? - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.
