Hop Devil is nasty, IMO. There are better Pale Ales out there, I'm a big fan of the DogFish Head 60 Minute IPA. Anyhow, the AAs on the Columbus hops are usually around 15%. - Jim "Like" - The modern day comma Good bye, my friends. You are missed.

I haven't made anything since I started a mead back in June. I do have a pretty kick ass Brown ale and a Scotch ale in bottles though. Oh, the mead has magically cleared in the last few days.
