    Back Pain

Okay, I just found this pretty funny..... Please forgive me...I guess it's because of the Academy Awards last night... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
  4. Wish you could of too, JP. It was a wonderful tribute with about 200-250 of Chad's friends. People from other states and far away California cities took the time to come to pay their respects to Chad. Over and over the stories poured forth of how beautiful a man Chad was. His attitude on life can be a lesson for us all. Thank you, Chad, for your inspiration... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
  5. Sigh.... Look a little closer. It's Ltdiver. ltdiver. A lower case "I" is "i", right? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
  6. It was quite funny to watch, but I couldn't help feeling sorry for the poor folks being sent home with those two cutting up so much. I mean, someone's dream is swept away and two yahoos are acting like kindergarteners! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
  7. Bryan. If you're going to rant at me at LEAST spell my name right! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

  10. So, I've been having some hip/back/shoulder pain off and on (more on than off recently) during the past year. I -know- it's not the skydiving. I -do- believe it's from old age creeping in.... So, a diagnosis from a co-worker and a purchase of a Foam Roll from OPTP got me started on stretching the back, stretching the legs, core strengthening, spine mobilization, pressure point massage on my scapula, and myofasical release have all proved extremely valuable! As long as I do my exercises (like I tell my patients they must do ) is keeping me pain and symptom free! Results were immediate (although a bit painful the first 3 sessions). The exercises feel GREAT now. Thought I'd pass it along. Got the idea to do this from another thread today that talked (then got hijacked) about back pain. These books will get you going in the right direction.

  12. It's from a collection of resumes they've been compiling over the years. aka: Not recent. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
  13. "Resumes from Hell" I was intrigued by the title of this article, so clicked on it today. I started to laugh when I read "Lesson One"! Anyone know who this -must- be from?! http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/Careers/03/01/cb.resumes.from.hell/index.html "When I'm not programming, I perform magic. I like solar applications, optical stuff, cool technology and anything to do with radio waves. I juggle and twist balloon animals. I bungee jump on occasion, and I would like to experience skydiving soon." Bwahahahahaha!!!!! Thanks, defintely needed that.... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

  20. It's one of the reasons that's kept me away from the beautiful, wonderful, freakin' awesome FTP. As much as I'd LOVE one I have to protect my thin, nice, slender, womanly neck. Next time you're at the DZ (if the cameraflyers will let you do it) take all their cameras off their helmets and weigh them side by side. That is, if any of them have a former Bonehead camera helmet like I've mentioned above.
  21. From http://www.boneheadcomposites.com/faq.htm How heavy are the helmets? - Flat Top Pro... 40 oz - Flat Top Narrow... 33 oz - Optik... 27 Oz - GunRak... 34 Oz - Guner... 18 Oz. - Mindwarp... 18 Oz - Boomerang... 27 OZ - Havok... 32 Oz I wish they had other helmets weighed (former camera helmets), but they're discontinued and off the list now. I know for a fact that my da Bomb and BatRak are about 1/2 the weight of the FTP. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
