You see there is the error in your logic... I am not saying to regulate guns, or baseball bats, or ICBM's OR WMD's. I AM saying it's stupid to focus on guns when more people die from blunt force trama than gunshot. It is the PERSON who kills, not the gun, baseball bat, ICBM, or WMD. Regulate the PERSON.
