  1. Ok but its MUCH more fair than making a guy that makes more pay a higher percentage. Lets just say the rate is 10%. Then the guy that makes 10,000 a year would pay 1,000.00 a year. The guy that makes 50,000 pays 5,000 and the guy that makes 100,000 pays 10,000. But under a progressive tax plan the guy that makes 10,000 pays nothing (Which I could understand either way), the guy that makes 50,000 pays 5,000 but the guy that makes 100,000 pays 20,000. How is that fair? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  2. I don't see how a flat rate is unfair, but a sliding scale where you make more you have to pay a higher PERCENTAGE is fair. Try explaining that to me again in small simple words...Cause I don't see how a flat rate is unfair, but a higher rate is fair. agreed, but I still don't see your issue with a flat rate. 3. You let people break the rules all the time, but are quick to pounce on those you disagree with. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  4. A person who is not in the USPA is not going to hear about the ISP. I am IN the AOPA and I don't know of all the AOPA programs. I know about the Eddie Eagle program even though I am not in the NRA..But I my Dad knows all about it since he has a gun and also has a grandson. What about the USPA? And if the NRA didn't spend so much on Lobby efforts...They would not need them since guns would be outlawed. 5. then why did you have a guy beating the snot out of a person for money? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  6. So far so good. It was not an execution. She did not wake up and carry out a sentance of death. She in a state of shock after having been beaten and having her skull cracked by a CRIMINAL with prior violent arrests shot and killed a CRIMINAL that had just beaten the hell out of her. Good for her, he got what he deserved "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  7. He was not sentanced to death. He was killed while in the act of a violent crime by the victim of that crime. If it had been a cop he had beaten and the cop had fired...Would that change your mind? I don't really care. He was a bad guy that beat a person for money. If he did it in this case, I would bet he had done it before, and I would also bet he would do it again. Now he will not do it again. Criminals that are violent deserve violence. Its the only thing they understand. And lets not forget that Austrailia was started as a prison colony filled with violent criminals....I would have thought you would have progressd from that. Criminals have very few rights in my mind. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  8. For what its worth. That fucker deserved what he got. He beat a woman for money and did quite a lot of damage to her. She was beaten and in my opinion totaly JUSTIFIED in killing him. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  9. Really? I don't pop on your "My dog ate my shoe" posts and say that its cause you are a liberal wacko. But you pop any ANY post and turn it into a "Bush Bash" Sad really, I expect more from you, not PK, but you. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  10. Well if you READ the artical...they were not out CLEANING anything..they were on a sight seeing tour. Again just you jumping on ANYTHING so you can Bash Bush. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  11. I think you and he are so blinded by your hate that you can't see anything except how you can spin it to spit out your message of hate. In the long haul...A free Iraq WILL be good. Of course you will deny that since it does not fit into you small scope of life. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  12. Geeze you need decaf also..This thread had NOTHING to do with Iraq, The current administartion or anyhting other than a bunch of tree huggers causeing more harm than good. Try to take a break and not direct EVERYTHING to how much you hate Bush. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  13. Whos talking about just THAT case? I don't expect you to agree since 9 out of 10 times he helps you. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  14. Yeah if you agree with Bill you can attack people, however if you argue with Bill expect to be Banned. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  15. No, but since when did you care? I mean you ban anyone that disagrees with you. I have seen you do it several times. He started it here with this: And like Ia said....Im done with dealing with him. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  16. As are yours. Thats a matter of opinion. Well current law shows that if you kill a third term baby you can be charged with murder....Its kinda hard to murder a body part. You and I will not agree. So I'm done. As far as I am concerned your opinion is flawed and not well thought out. It failed the first argument against it. But feel free to continue to hold that belief if ya like, I just don't care what you think about it anymore. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  17. Try Decaf. You see the funny/ironic thing was that its was an ECOLOGY tour boat that had the spill.... The spill in itself is not funny, not in the least. But since it was a group of tree huggers it becomes ironic, and therefore funny. Geez Im serious about the decaf. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  18. Agreed. Agreed again. But I am not sure Ditka would have had a real chance. He was so outspoken that some of his fans would not have even voted for him. So far I seem to like Obama...I just find the situation that made it so he will be in office kinda fishy. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  19. Gee, whats this? I find it funny you can backpaddle that fast with a broken leg. Maybe you should stop taking so many pain drugs so you can remember what you have written? It would be comical except its so sad that you think you know more than anybody else, and can't even defend what you wrote. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  20. Maybe for the press it would generate? Its all about the news right? Besides who is the paper backing THIS election? My thesis is that they wanted Obama in office so they sued to get Ryans records released to dig up dirt. The Dems are quite happy about it...I wonder how they will feel when Kerry's records are sued for the same way? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  21. You keep saying that YOU know the time when life starts even though Doctors don't...I guess you are God? Your explanation of when life starts (According to you) is so full of holes that I could strain spagetti with it. A child in the womb that needs life support is not a child, but an child just born that needs life support is, as is an adult that needs life support. And all the time you make cracks at me... I'm waiting for you to start a swoop school since you know everything. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  22. And the fact that that point also helped Obama be the first Black Senator? You are telling me that two people running for office both happen to have court documents put them out of the race thereby clearing the way for the next Democratic rising star to be placed in office? WOW...Boy thats kinda convienant huh? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  23. Why would a newspaper want Child Custody records so much that they sue for them? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  24. My point is: A. Even the Dr. does not know, but "Z" thinks he does. B. You and I will never agree or it will be like crossing the streams in "Ghost Busters". "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  25. Correction PhillyKev would ALSO argue that. Gee why am I not surprized? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
