The benefit of tunnel time with a coach...Priceless

You should come skydive with me....I'll try and freeflail and you can make fun of me I know, and I do get a kick out of it. Trust me there is nothing I can teach you about FF. The only advice I can give is to give a GOOD brief before...I see some coaches that try to just do it all in the tunnel....I think that just wastes the students time...Let them know what they need to do before the fans start. I'd rather give a good pre-brief, and less of a de-brief than the other way around. You don't need to watch the *whole* session in the debrief. Remember the good points and the areas of improvement and go to those. You don't need to see 100 great turns and keep saying "great turn" after each one. As for freefly...I have no clue....really no clue. I did get a MAJOR complement...One of the rats asked me to teach him how to turn. When he asked me I was like "You are kidding right? Wheres the camera?" "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334 -
No, but your bias is so strong it shows that there would be no point in discussing anything with you since Bush=Bad in your eyes. I will admit that I wanted Bush to stay out of this issue. I am not sure you could say anything good about Bush....so what is the point in discussion when your bias is so strong? And you make the assumption that the criminals on death row are innocent. They *might* be innocent, but once we have proven to a jury that they are quilty then the law allows for the exicution of them. You issues here are Bush and the Death Penalty, not anything to do with Terri (Who you clearly know nothing about). So your argument is weak. You are just looking for ANOTHER way to bash Bush. As evidenced by your non-sequitor "2000 elections" line. The 2000 election (which was shown to be legal) has nothing to do with any of this. It was a weak attempt to argue and slam Bush. You can (Or even know) anything about this case other than it is another opportunity to let your bias and hatred show. I would GLADLEY discuss this issue if you know what the issue was and could stay on topic. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

I don't see a question. I see a rant from someone who didn't know what the topic was....Maybe you could re-ask the question and how it relates to this case? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

I liked how you started to get the snap turns.....Very nice. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

I don't teach the alphabet very well. I can only get to "Q", and I never remember "I" I have no idea whare it would belong....Now if this was the normal "I hate Ron" thread....I could tell you where you could to put it That is Captain Smartass to you. #1. You lose when you start ranting and calling folks names. Makes you look bad. #2. There is a BIG difference between a CRIMINAL and someone in a PVS. One made a choice to comit a crime bad enough that it carried a death penalty. One is just unlucky as hell (BTW I am all for pulling the plug on Terri.) It is very funny you guys keep cryinga bout 2000. It was legal, recount after recount said so...Also he kicked Kerry's ass in the next election. One would think that if so many hated Bush he would have lost. Get over it. I'll take the demerits...And here is why. I check my reserve pin, and get a pin check in the plane. However, about the AAD. The CYPRES, and I assume the Vigil is the same, will not turn on if it has an issue. But my main reason for not checking it after I turn it on is I don't care. If it were on or not I would still jump. If it was a jump I would not do without an AAD, I don't do the jump at all. So I do check my pins...But the AAD is turned on (If equiped) and forgotten. Switzerland Thats what you guys keep saying when we say that the gun bans in DC didn't work great. So we have a city in the US that mandated guns and the crime rate is almost nothing....And we have several cities that tried to ban guns and they have really high crime rates......I see. I think it was a valid question since the damn thing didn't need a key What did you think of the last hybrid...You had a Toyota right? Did you like it? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Don't be silly. Anti-gun folks will not pay any attention to places like Kennesaw..They say a city is not big enough...Just look at them defend DC's gun law failures. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Can you lock the car while you are in it for security? And how do you like the thing anyway....I am giving up on the BWM...I have this sudden social conscience thing and am looking at American made or Hybrid....If there was an American Hybrid I would have a much easier choice. Yes, they relay a 4 digit code so Air Traffic Control can identify a specific aircraft. ATC most times gives you a code when you contact them. You dial it in and they know which little blip is you. OK, so say you are driving through South Central LA, and you forgot to pack your 9mm....Can you lock the doors once inside the car to prevent being jacked? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

I like the multi mode idea...But I really like the idea of it only being able to be changed with the pack open. I BTW have never really like the idea of a "Student CYPRES." Just use the PRO and teach people how to deal with a MAL....Which raises a question for another post. Im not so worried about bounces, I am more worried about double outs. Ok so you have a little radio in your pocket and you can only start the thing if the radio is there... So what happens if you have it running and get out? Does it open the door as well? "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
