Hey freaks, Can anyone share or direct me to a link with specific drill dives for headdown. Right now I'm flying to much on my whole body, and i need to use my legs more to free up my arms. Any suggestions? (other than expensive coach dives?) thanks peace http://www.exitshot.com

Umm, those were Jess's stats, not mine. And the only reason he and the rest of us are better off with Mr. Hand for right now is because we haven't figured out a way to incapacitate Cajones so we can get a sample from you suitable for cloning. Girl those are fighting words. At 5'2.5" I take offense to that.
