I used to have a problem with telemarketers calling ALL the time. I just called Verizon and had a "telemarketer block' put on my line. Now they can't get through!

I agree with Kris. That's my rule too (when at a low altitude)...1,2...Fuck you! then emergency procedures. I would not chop. But that's me. That's similar to asking the "Would you cutaway with a PC in tow?" People always have different answers.

Ripple, Please ignore the people that aggravate you. Just take a breather. It's just one thread and it will die. I will not PM or email you, as you requested. However, I will tell you that I wish you wouldn't stop contributing. Out of all the members on DZ.com I noticed you only mentioned 6 that didn't exactly share your opinion. That's not a bad ratio. It certainly shouldn't be enough to want out. Everyone is different thus the reason we all don't get along all the time. Finally, I knew a guy who used to jump regularly. He got into an accident (skydiving) and injured his spinal cord. He was paralyzed from the waist down. He continued to do tandems, then did some tunnel time...and guess what??!!! He is now jumping solo again. All his hard work and dedication paid off. I'm basically saying...Don't ever give up!

Thanks. My instructors were really great and spent a lot of time with me to train before the jumps. I owe it to them...Thanks guys!

No tunnel time. My instructor just said that if we had enough time he would give me the thumbs up to do the next level. So that's what we did.

How did you swing that? Levels 4 & 5 in one jump Levels 6 & 7 in one jump We had it on video so it wasn't argued.

So true. I have a character on the back of my neck. I did the research and found that there are more than one meaning to my character. I also worked in a tattoo parlor a long time ago and didn't agree with the meanings they put on the wall.
