If you don't ever express it too her then you are not only not giving yourself a chance, but you are not giving her a chance either. I think that sucks. You never know till you try. If you confront her sincerly the worst she will say is i am not interested. Then you know. I know it is easier said than done but I am sick of men (sorry) not sharing thier feelings because they assume they know what is right for me. How can anyone know that but me? In your case her. Heather Life doesn't have to be perfect in order to be beautiful!

I try to keep dating in the frame of mind that it will work out one of two ways, one it will last forever and may not be perfect but hopefully fun and exciting. Or two, it will end and life will move on slowly at first but time will heal. Unfortunately the second happens way more than the first. It's difficult believing that eventually you will meet the right person but never settle. This doesn't mean you will meet someone who is absolutely perfect but you should at the very least be happy. Being single for two years I have become slightly bitter towards dating however I am confident to know everything will work out for the best. Heather Life doesn't have to be perfect in order to be beautiful!

I feel the only way to evaluate that situation would be to see the look on your friends face when he: a) jumped out and... b) when he landed I love watching tandems not because of thier fear getting on the plane (like some sick people I know, not mentioning any names ) but for the incredible look on thier face when they are back on the ground. In this sport you cannot hide your true feelings once at the door, they always seem to pop out on your face. In your friends case I am assuming he was scared but everyone knows what assuming does. Maybe he wasen't but he would be an exception (or extremly narrow minded) to think skydiving was anything close to boring. Heather Life doesn't have to be perfect in order to be beautiful!

Right On Rosa I also was intimidated going to Eloy (as many of you know). I put up a post about being their by myself and being nervious about not knowing anyone. I have to say the dz.commers came through and provided me with an incredible time. Now that I know people however I feel it important to help those who don't know people and get them involved. If I find myself talking to someone who knows no one I make it a point to introduce them to as many people as I can (like so many of you did for me). Thank you to all of you for making Eloy one of my best skydiving trips ever!!! Heather Life doesn't have to be perfect in order to be beautiful!

It does sound silly but it is amazing how many kids learn to read from that stuff. I teach 5th grade and my kids love it. It's not the type of material that I have to read to them, they read it themselves. It may be cheezy but the kids love it. Heather Life doesn't have to be perfect in order to be beautiful!

It's about 40 in Chicago. No jumping going on anywhere near here however cross country skiing was awesome this morning!!! Heather Life doesn't have to be perfect in order to be beautiful!

I find it ridiculous how irrational people become when a confrontation is involved. Don't people realize that being honest and giving people space is so much easier than making an ass of yourself? I also believe that when braking up with a person all the gory details of why do not need to be brought up unless asked for. Tact is an art at that point. Even if his relatives owned it I don't think a half way house is an appropriate place for a young boy. I wouldn't let my son spend the night there even if I owned it. Life doesn't have to be perfect in order to be beautiful! -

I agree with you Andy. Why did those parents let the child stay in the half way house to begin with? I believe in justice but there are always repercusssions to any action. I think the future well being of my child would be more important than revenge. Life doesn't have to be perfect in order to be beautiful! -
There is an awesome children's book called Hope was Here. It gave me a new perspective on the name. I didn't like it a first either but after reading that book it changed my mind. However, since your wife hated it enough to change it I am sure she would be against it. How about Makayla? I always liked that one too. Life doesn't have to be perfect in order to be beautiful!
