Not for a long time. It is Bird (wearing a Jerry Bird reserve) with Bill Ottley, Dick Fortenberry, and Mike Johnston, representing generations of skydivers and disciplines. I believe it's now in San Diego, but not on display. HW Last time I was at the San Diego Aerospace Museum that display was still hanging there, from the ceiling. DUUUUDE don't count on it.!!!! I have a pretty good fall rate... and I have a few jumps with him. On my first "Catch Aubrey" jump I at least caught him.... and I was poping up when I got off my dive or sit onto my belly (no jumpsuit even). I have also videoed a jump with Aubrey and a few of the Flying Elvi..including Bozo...I docked on the 5 way.. and when we broke for the next point....he even sank out on Bozo...and me..I have video.. Jeannie....boy do I remember that jump. It was like doing RW with a safe....full of gold bars ! Aubrey.....Get current before you jump in Hawaii. I did a bunch of round jumps there in the early 80s and lotsa square jumps since. Its not your normal DZ. bozo Pain is fleeting. Glory lasts forever. Chicks dig scars.

Jaye.....Im doing everything I can not to become like several of my skydiving friends over the past decades. They just couldnt take the pain anymore. I am truly sorry that you are going through this now. Hang in there. We all love your sorry ass and would hate to see it go. hahahaha , thanks Billy . Ahhh shit. Sorry to see that it didn't work out for you. I hope the next treatment is 'the' one you've been waiting for. I couldn't imagine being in that much chronic pain! Bry, im in my 13th year of this hell. Ive absolutely done it all. The internal unit was a last chance for me as im so sick of the drugs. I had the surgery monday...it failed. It seems I have too much damage in my spinal canal to implant the leads. Next step is with a Neurosurgeon mar 3 to see if he can do anything. Nothing good came of this set of surgical drill holes unless maybe you count the Fentanyl. that was nice. bozo Pain is fleeting. Glory lasts forever. Chicks dig scars.

Thats the external controller....more like a car door lock switch. I keep thinking back to that Cheers episode where Cliff tries the electroshock therapy with a therapist shadowing him. I'm getting an ANS electronic stimulator installed in my back and spine to try to control the pain my back injury has left me with. Anybody got any experience with the sort of technology ? Does it work well ? Having been a jumper for 27 years and suffering all the injuries associated , Ive run the gamut of the drugs. 40mgs of Oxycontin twice a day sucks and there isnt any recreational value. I'll weigh in with the old Las Vegas area DZs. There was Overton in the 60s-70s but we got axed for riding the beacon. Then came the Craig road DZ which fell victim to the housing market. Cal-Nev-Ari opened for a couple years for the folks who didnt like the Craig Rd. DZO. We tried the Sandy Valley Arpt for a bit then came Pahrump , which was a great DZ until the three owners got to fighting among one another. Jean was even a good DZ until it became a tandem mill and got really weird. bozo Pain is fleeting. Glory lasts forever. Chicks dig scars.
