    Once again, I agree however, a potential conflict would be very bloody and destroy much of the infrastructure of the south. American troops in SK are merely a speed-bump to an all out invasion, it also opens the spectre of tactical nukes in a worst case scenario. Most of the trade-offs aren't worth the risk in the south's eyes I guess. We'll see how much they will take this time. Am I sensing a bit of hawkishness in you counselor?     I used to think that too, but both Colbert's and Stewart's schtick is getting a bit old, but when they do hit one on the head, they can be funny as hell. I put Colbert and Stewart near the same catagory as Bill Maher except that Maher isn't funny the vast majority of the time, he's just a hateful little man.     It's a combination of factors, I joined (the USAF) in 1982 when the economy sucked and had to wait to get in. When the economy is bad recruiters don't have to work as hard. With that said these kids are joining during wartime, and the Marines are tip of the spear types, that speaks for the patriotic side. I deal with recruiters at my job, they all say they are having no problems meeting their goals. The Air Force guy really doesn't have to leave his office, the Army and Marines do some leg work but aren't working nearly as hard as they were 5 yrs ago.     I like the "Boneyard" "lithium" and "jam on" channels. If you think XM is cool try a Vtec internet radio, it's like XM on steriods. Every music genre you could imagine plus ATC, Police/Fire scanner, and news/talk. It says it has over 10,000 channels. For about $150.00, it works through your wireless internet.     I always tried to pick my outs prior to doing a demo, although I have to admit I did a few without a site survey first. In that case my head was out the door early to search for and identify outs. I jumped a StarTracII and could sink that thing in just about any wind condition, the big canopy gave me an additional edge. Glad you learned a valuable lesson(s), without serious injury, or having your mug all over liveleak/youtube etc. A demo is NOT just another skydive....     Me, I drive a 2001 Jeep Wrangler, I never keep anything of value in it and it beats having the top cut. Most thefts from vehicles are juveniles and/or dopers looking for quick property to sell. You'd be surprised how much stuff people leave in full view in their cars. They might as well have a sign on the car saying "break this, and steal contents inside". With that said this ordinance is just silly, it should'nt be a violation to be a dumbass....... "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"

    What about the best president that never was: Bill Clinton Smart, savvy, articulate, but let the "little head" do most of his thinking....... I have to admit, the longer he is out of office the more I like him, if Obama had a tenth of Bill's political skills he'd be in a much better place. With that said, I think history will be kind to GWB, not kind at all to Obama. IMHO "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"
