    I don't think DZ model can afford insurance for their contractors - silly to think so. Just as silly as thinking that forcing everyone to buy Gov mandated insurance is 'more cost effective per capita' vs allowing individuals to find their own - also nonsense I think a DZO could do a little, though. Build a workout room with posters about healthy eating. And be an example for that - or even require a certain level of health as a precondition to employment. that would be above and beyond the call, but at least that's something tangible. ...     of course it is - any change of form or energy has less than 100% efficiency you'd be better off just plugging your radio into the outlet rather than plugging a generator into an outlet and then plugging your radio into a generator alternate uses would be most efficiently supplied by custom facilities for that use or else, the 2ndary user will be paying much more for the inefficient use of a system not designed for it ...     you can infer whatever point you like - including that strawman extrapolation - but I won't bite however, one might consider that there are areas where the the feds don't need to be involved and it would be advantageous to get the feds out of it and allow the states to take of those areas on their own - identify those areas - one factor could be trade off of the large inefficiencies the fed brings vs cross support between the states or one might not - I don't much care ...     perhaps - perhaps they would have been able to take care of themselves with what they had - without the government money laundering and all the strings attached then this whole concept of who is 'getting' more or less charity in return for their forced contributions would be moot most times the answers are easy - they just are not palatable to small voting demographics ...     you're mocking them aren't you? any idea that takes energy from the flow requires that energy to be replaced (more power consumption) - it's not 'free' from the system therefore - 2ndary uses of the airflow would have to be justified by an increase of market and facility usage, because - again - you still have to pull more power for any added usage anywhere in the flow stream and - any energy usage for something the tunnel is not optimized to (flying something 'else' in the low flow basement area, or power a generator (this one is really funny) we be a less than most efficient use of the facility) if not already there - one is better off just putting money into marketing and proactive maintenance to allow the tunnel to be fully utilized to the max extent possible - IMHO dammit - those pesky laws of physics ...
