Does anyone know how to get blood off a couch?
newshooter12 replied to FreeFlyHol's topic in The Bonfire
A product called ZOUT! It works great on stains I've washed and dried a couple times even too. I've gotten ink, blood and really dry grass stains out. May take a bit of elbow grease if you can't take the seat covers off the cushions... -
is that an angels hat on the kid?

A lot of people would just walk away or expect someone else to take care of those things. You stepped up to the plate and proved to be the bettter person. I just feel good, that warm & fuzzy feeling without the beer, when I can help someone. That's reward enough for me. matt

When I worked in Rochester I got some stuff that wasn't going to make air, but my boss mentioned that they pay about $1k a pop for good stuff. I'm not sure though b/c CBS only pays about 200 for stringing and 600-800 for up to an 8 hour day of scheduled shooting.

Yep you're right. The fact that we're all talking about it is great for them. The better name/product recognition the more likely they are to make a sale. Plus now that skydivers know they're skydivers too who wouldn't want to help them out with some business. matt

i was way off on my theory. So does the "kneading" explain why my cat seems to love to chew on her paw habitually? it's not really chewing, but she's done it since she was a kitten. it's more like she's licking it, but ends up leaving a wet spot on whatever funiture she does it on. any ideas?

This may be stretching it a bit, but when dogs go to sleep they walk around in circles a bit first. Deer do something similar. A biologist friend told me it was from a primal instinct, at least in dogs, to help them create a clear/compact place to bed down in weeds/high grass. the cats could be something to do with a scratching instinct or maybe like the dogs creating a place to curl up.
