  1. I do too....but I don't have to remedy shit. This job does have a perk or two. I just can't wait to get pulled over by the Ohio State Dumbasses. They tried to tell a guy in my office he wasn't supposed to be carrying. I wanna meet that guy!!!! welcome to nj again.......if youre transporting a firearm thru here, you best be doing it the way they want you to. cased and unloaded, and ammunition somewhere else in the vehicle out of any easy access, and that dosent mean locked in the glove compartment. both firearm and ammo must not be within easy access and dont have them both together. oh, and nj does not recognize any other states carry permits. dont know what kind of job you have, but for some strange reason, i dont think it will matter. or it best be something like interstate transportation of a prisoner to leave him here, and then take you and your gun and get the fuk out of nj! this state has some suck ass gun laws. i know them pretty well, although im not sure on out of state leo's carrying here, i am positive this state does not recognize any other states carry. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden

  3. Jersey's got that beat. There you can't even have hollow points. bzzzzttttt....wrong. alot of police here dont even know the laws on hollowpoints. let me clarify. hollowpoints are perfectly legal, you can have as many as you want. they may only be on your posession to or from, hunting or target shooting. you may keep them at your dwelling, premises, or land owned or posessed.you may carry them from place purchased to these locations. leo and military are exempt. many people have been falsely arrested on hollowpoint charges because officers are unaware of the exemptions, and people have successfully sued after false arrest on hollowpoint charges. btw, if you have one of those cool hollowpoint bullet keychains, dont drive thru jersey with it, you could be arrested ......its the bullet itself, not the shell casing that is illegal if on your posession at any other time except in which i stated above. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
  4. the only thing i noticed between the wilson and the kimber is youll pay over 1000 more for the wilson and it shoots the same as the kimber......... as for recoil, my .45 reloads i use for target/competetion, recoil less than the winchester 9mm 115gr i use in my walther p-99. they are plenty accurate and allow for extremely fast target reacquisition. they are pretty dead on a bit past 50 yards, but out at 100 yards, theyre dropping about 24 inches off sight. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden

  6. dont sweat it. my wife is a rn and has been exposed to tb many times. shes tested regularly every 6 months. tb IS treatable. long term antibiotics, INH i think. you also need a really good exposure to contract it usually, like say breathing in droplets from the carriers breath.its easy for a sick patient to come in, and not be diagnosed until after people have been exposed. it does suck that noone was informed if the hospital knew beforehand. tell her to relax, as long as you are treated in a reasonable amount of time if it was contracted, shell be fine. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden

  9. my hair is about 6 inches from my waist, used to be to it. all i do is put many ponytail holders in it all the way down and tuck it in my shirt. once in a while, freak occourence and it comes out and whips around. no biggie. funny tho, sometimes people will think my bridle came out or something. once it did get caught on opening on the velcro on the risers for my toggles, just a little pulling, didnt hurt bad. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
  10. dog broke the lead line once chasing a cat, and i had to run out after him barefoot in pajama bottoms, through the neighborhood thru snow, ice filled slush puddles, etc. dont know how long it was, couple minutes, but i do know it hurt like hell...... _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
  11. i know this is a wayyy old post, but someone posted a link in a recent post, and its alot of good reads...... i was on that load........yer friend was with my group riding copilot. i was at the door......noone relayed pilot said get out, but when that engine sputtered, i had the door open before anyone even knew what the hell happened........had that plane not stayed level, i was outta there.........we were nowhere near the dz either..... _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden

  13. man i got nailed with a 15,00/30ma the other day. idiot disconnected all the neon on a building getting remodeled, and we went up on the roof to disconnect all of em, they were arcing. got up there, and the wall was on fire, the gto melted in the 1/2 inch rigid it was in thru the wall, and for some reason, rubber roll roofing makes a good contact. had a 3 to 4 inch arc like a jacobs ladder. i got nailed holding it off the wall from arcing and became the next ground myself. then my buddy tried to get linesmans in there to cut the main power from the transformer , next to the insulator of the secondary. the pliers and his hand became "it" now. 3 times.....i couldnt stop laughing my ass off. he was screaming like a bitch, sounded just like the dood on jackass when they electrocute his nutz at the beginning. though i do commend him for not letting go till he got it cut, it still was funny as hell watching him scream. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
  14. i saw that in the post you made before the second. i wasnt flaming you, just replying and you were the last post when i hit reply that i had read. i was curious tho since everyone seems to get their panties in a wad when someone has no profile. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
  15. hey, u tried to grab my schween in the otter 3 weeks ago............... _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
  16. also: if you decide to do a mr bill, have someone who knows how and has done one to give you some pointers. me and my buddy tried one like 7 years ago. a few things were going against us. 1-noone at the dz really knew how to do one, so we just decided to figure out ourselves. 2-instead of grabbing the chest strap, i put my arms around his back over the main lift webbing and wrapped my legs around his.. we used a 230. this is a good thing although i know people who have done them on as small as a 120 3-the pilot didnt hear anyone tell him to make a pass, so when we noticed we werent going over the dz and said something, he was pissy, and decided not to do a cut or slow down the otter. we got slammed, i tore all the muscles in my arms, and in the process, really put a good hammerin on my buddys back, and while peeling off him, my chin ate his foot as i passed by it. i woke up about 1500 feet later on my back, and rolled over and opened. my arms hurt for weeks, and his back still gives him pain. live and learn. or just find out how to do it right the first time without getting f'd up. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
  17. i dont understand. what does having a blank profile have to do with his question? maybe its a foreigner whos just curious about jumpers in he usa. ive sat here thinking for a few minutes about the question, and what kind of ulterior motive the person could have and cant seem to come up with any. anyhow, dosent seem to me like anyone would be able to do anything diabolical with the answer to his or her question. actually, i cant see anything at all they would be able to do with it except maybe satisfy curiosity, but id wouldnt mind hearing anyone elses hypothesis since i cant come up with anything else. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
  18. pfffftttttt.....long shots are where its at.....why give an advantage? up close n personal can even things out. especially if you arent trained in negotiating corners, or in shoot houses. btw, anyone at the chute n shoot last april can attest to me being able to pop an approx. 15 inch square plate, 2 10 inch diamond shaped plates and a 10 inch square plate with my kimber .45 ........in less than 3 seconds. at 60 yards......... reach out and touch someone _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
  19. every time i try to sell stuff online, i got tons of inquiries, and never any followup........quite a few times, ive had people so damn interested in stuff only to string me along till last second and decide all of a sudden they dont want it. ive also had an all out fight a long time ago in a newsgroup thread because i wouldnt post a serial number of a canopy i had for sale so they continued posting that it must be stolen eventhough i told them they could call the dz, talk to whoever they wanted, owner, rigger, etc, it wasnt good enough for them. sorry, but i post a ser.#, anyone can fake some type of bill of sale stating its theirs and i stole it. goes both ways. i care not, someone else bought it without all the whining and bitching. not long ago i had a complete rig for sale. someone wanted the reserve for a customer but i didnt want to break up the rig. someone else wanted the main. i didnt really care about the container. the guy okd a price for the main, and i said, are u sure you want this, because im splitting up the rig, and someone wants the reserve and im going to tell him ok because youre taking the main. he said yes, so i called the guy for the reserve and told him ok. 10 minutes later, after the guy for the reserve has it sold to his customer, the guy for the main calls and says, ya know what, i dont want to spend that much on that canopy, forget it and hangs up ( this after 3 or 4 calls of bickering over price and making sure he was gonna take it before i sold the reserve and broke up the rig) bottom line is, most of the time, selling crap online is a pain in the ass. most people who inquire about stuff dont even reply when you respond to their inquiry. i think alot of times, this happens so much that sometimes people just stop replying eventhough they are trying to sell stuff, i know im guilty of this sometimes.......... _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden

  21. yepper, you called it. good eye. great climbing around bishop. been there huh? actually, i didnt think it felt like a 12d at all, the pop up to the lip didnt seem all that hard to me, even after the traverse.......i did work the last move a few times before doing the whole traverse.......i cant seem remember what the traverse without the dyno move was supposed to be rated. ya know offhand? _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
  22. the ranch does this.......50 bucks for the year......you dont have to pay it but the jumps are 2 bucks cheaper ok im editing this again.......im thinking is a buck cheaper....i know a few years ago it was 13 for club members and 15 for non........im thinking its 16.50 now for members and 17.50 for non........it went up .50 cents a few weeks ago probably to make up for less jumpers over the winter _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden

  25. At last count I had 132 some-odd rifles, pistols and shotguns (including black powder but excluding air). I load for 6 gauges and maybe 30 metallic centerfire calibers (I rate .38/.357 or 10mm/.40S&W as duplicates), from .25acp to .50 BMG, with at least 9 presses of various description. I guess the answer is a qualified "yes." Blue skies, Winsor ahhhhhhh, yer the dood that was admiring my silence is golden mp5/10sd shirt a couple weekends ago, now i recognise ya from the pic...........we shall have to talk next time.......i see you didnt make it to bruces this past 4th of july.......lots of noise and various .50s this year..........of which i brought 2.... heard u had quite the assortment of toys last time.......this time it was i _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
