The voter should be making informed choices, they should have already educated themselves on the issues which were on the ballot in their state, county and ect... The amendments are usually available in their entirety (maybe they weren't in your state, but I doubt it) for all interested to study, they should not be going to the polls ill-informed and simply reading a summary and then voting. To many voters cast their vote based on campaign commercials, hearsay, biased commentary or even who's sign they saw the most. Now thats disgusting. Deer will do plenty of damage to a 18 wheeler. Its just a fiberglass body mainly with perhaps a big shiny bumper and the grill work messes up just as easily as a cars. It rerally depends on where the deer impacts, size of deer or other various critter and speed. Also alot of the newer sloped hoods on bigtrucks can actually put the animal thru the windshield which is also a common occurence with cars, and that can hurt.
