the plane used to transport people to and from Area 51 is a 737 registered to the Department Of The Air Force. it's not black either. white with a red stripe http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry/NNum_Results.aspx?NNumbertxt=N5294M The Janet Airlines aircraft are ex-USAF 737s that were previously used as navigational trainers by the Air Force. There are quite a few of them, maybe 20 or so. I was told by an aeronautically qualified individual that he was in Las Vegas on business at one time and had arrived back at McCarran Airport with some time to spare before his flight out. He started working on his laptop and noticed the Janet aircraft coming and going. So he started plugging their N-numbers into his laptop and checking with the FAA data base in OKC. He checked quite a few N-numbers and every one came back as "No Record". I'll bet the Utah 737 wasn't a Janet aircraft. Robert99 have you seen this? http://www.ufomind.com/area51/org/janet/equipment.shtml "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Jo, if you ask me. the Jefferson photo does not do Duane any justice what so ever. this is my opinion. where is the part in Duane's hairline? do you have any pictures showing his hair without waves? people want to use the description failure routine far to often. this applies for crimes that don't last very long, where they didn't have time to get a good look at the suspect. seconds to a couple minutes on most crimes. I strongly believe they would have ID'd LD, KC or Duane by now. a new picture in the media only 3 months. don't hold your breath. what will you say after the picture has been around a year or more? what happened to the threat to go public from one coast to the other? again, it looks to me that the 2x4 is from the same circa. this means it was already in place. nowhere did the show include checking the entire attic for more 2x4's. nor doe's it explain it could be the original opening. they already tried to say it was hinged. BS selling the show statement. basically we are to believe if the FBI showed up at Kenny's house. they would look up there and see nothing. "nothing here chef. not even where it appears to be a bump in the insulation" you have no proof the 2x4's were put there by Kenny. common factors out weigh it. to far fetched for me....... that 2x4 looks as old as the house. they are also common in attics. this could also be the original opening. so, basically it appears the box was empty correct? then decades later after remodeling has been done multiple times. a crew goes into the attic and finds the wood covered? KC took the money out and covered the board back up with the insulation. silliest thing I've heard of yet. then we have a story of a bunch of 20's out back? why not the attic? again. nothing but a board typically found in attics, and a story of money being found on the property. yep, he's Cooper alright (*roll eyes*) "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' you have a bunch of "he said, she said" no money, no proof of KC being Cooper. too short, bald. a piece a wood sitting on top of roof trusses equals nothing. that house was built in 1940. modifications have been done through out the years. no way of knowing if an attic access was originally in the house. just a piece of wood found in the attic. the scared card. why would she say things to you knowing this would get out? if she was so afraid of losing things, then you don't say anything. sounds like you have been taken for a ride. I can put you in touch with some guys down here who seem to be educated and normal, but, they will tell you stories about the skunk apes in the Glades. very convincing as well. your buddy Rataczak claims he jumped 10-15 minutes past the last contact with Cooper. (8:05) the map and path you claim to be 100% correct will now possibly put cooper in Oregon. further away from camp KC's Airstream adventures. I'm not a scientist, so I can't explain the money. planting it doesn't make sense. you would think he would find a better location if it was intended to be found. luck seems to be the case here, I don't know. do we know if someone found the entire bag? and they left the bundles? if I was Cooper. I would of planted the money in Reno and really spin some heads. "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' Only Law Enforcement can rightfully be the first to say case closed. Any amatuer sleuth who declares "CASE CLOSED" before Law Enforcement is wishful thinking and desperate for attention. I think a couple of people here really don't believe their suspect is D.B. Cooper DEEP DOWN (these people do seem SANE), they just like to keep their selfish superficial fantasy going. There is more to life than constantly hitting your head on the same wall, find a door and go in a different direction. Yep, I have yet to see any evidence that Cooper survived. the money find is open to many variables speculation constantly uprising. hearsay galore. attention seekers, profit seekers, coincidence's etc. the wall has been knocked down years ago, but, it doesn't stop them. they search for loop holes to weave with and manipulate the evidence. it's a never ending cycle of constant changes. Jo, you realize 3 of you are now stating case closed. Marla Cooper...2011 states the case will soon be closed. Jo Weber........2012, 2013 states. The case is closed Paul Geviett....6/13/2013 states the case has been solved. all 3 of you have one thing in common. no real physical proof. Paul is new to this, so, we are waiting on his proof. all 3 suspects LD, KC, & Duane Weber have been in the spotlight many times over. not one single person has come forward. there pictures have been in the public view for years, no leads have surfaced from them. they have gained attention, but, no proof. lot's of he said, she said though. Blevins states: "Margie always voiced a fear of the FBI in interviews." it's possible they are in fear of being caught in story telling. they have nothing to fear talking to the FBI at all. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBS0OWGUidc "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' I already said the size in an earlier post. Can't recall exactly. I would have to drag it out again and measure it...which I'm unwilling to do at this moment 'cause Seahawks are playing, okay? There, I said it. It's buried in the office closet packed in a white bag.

I understand what you are saying. which side of the house. if I'm looking at the house, is it left or right? what is the size of the piece you have? Really? What items could you possibly store in an attic where there is no access from inside the home...and where the only access is an attic vent barely large enough to squeeze through? The octagonal attic vent that provided the only access was only 18" wide on a good day. You can't reach it without an extension ladder. And it was secured by screws all around. Don't take my word for it. Drive to Bonney Lake and look for yourself. where was the access located on the house. and what was the mesurements of what you have? thousands of people put wood between the rafter in order to store heavy objects. it makes no sense to build a box in a attic to hide something. you could simply cover it with insulation. you have nothing but 1/2 to 3/4 inch drywall in the ceiling. rafter/joist/roof truss. we did this up north many times in different homes. secret trap door lol. not buying it. what are the measurements of the countertop you have? "I do not think that is a picture of the actual plane - because there should be a 1/2 wheel on the door and I don't seen the bump seat or the Galley. I would guess that is because the Aft door is opened in that picture as you stated." Jo, that is the plane. you can see the numbers on the back. those are the stairs in the back. the part that is connected to the plane. this is also the part where you see the guys sliding down and out of the plane in the video. metal was put over the first couple steps leading out of the plane. the actual stairs were removed for that exercise. I had seen news article in 1971 and perhaps in papers after that. I did NOT know Cooper used the name DAN COOPER. I knew about D.B. Cooper, but only due to reading news articles (what little may have appeared in the Ga papers). I did not know D.B. Cooper used the name DAN until I was reading the book by Max Gunther on May 24th 1996. I will swear that in a court of law. Sports and Crime - was not my interest in those day. In fairness to Ms. Weber, I have recently spoken with two well-educated people, one in their 80s and another near 40, and neither one had ever heard the name DB Cooper or knew anything about the story. I 'm sure nobody told them in 1979 that they could be looking at the "the man on the ground" that was involved in the DB Cooper case.....I think it's fair to say that a large majority of people knew something about the crime from 71-1980.... "I told U from the start I had read about Cooper in 1971 in the newspaper - it was on the 3rd page. World Affairs had the head lines. I did NOT know Duane Weber in 1971 - I was still married to the father of my children." I find this statement a little odd. something, according to you was irrelevant all the way up to 1996, but, you know exactly where the article was in 1971? 1979 comes along and you can't place any dates you were in Washington. the best you gave was September, middle of October at the latest? you place yourself all over Washington. how did you guys get around. did you rent a car and drive all these miles? what airport did you arrive and leave from. if Duane mentioned that he could have been "the one on the ground" there must of been conversation about Cooper. you don't let things rest jo, not without answers. I can see you harping on him for days if he made such a statement. take a guess as to how many miles it is from the dock at the Red Lion and Tena Bar via river passage? do you think the paper bag was a life preserver causing it to remain afloat? every single one of you Cooper suspect tellers have one thing in common. a bunch of he said she said crap. I find all of these stories, LD, Weber and KC very hard to swallow. just like the smart guys (FBI) find as well. As far as DB Cooper I think we all know who has information...the FBI I never used a FOIA, but I have the seen results of a FOIA. Your right, be specific. (For ex.) If pages are missing from already released documents, ask for those page numbers. Don't give them a reason not to help. You can also visit the reading room at FBI headquarters in Washington DC. Below is a link to instructions on getting FBI records via FOIA. They have a phone number to call in order to find out the status of your FOIA. http://www.fbi.gov/foia they have all kinds of clauses that will block getting the info we need. it's an open case number one. then they will say certain parts are deemed "classified" they could say trade secrets are involved that could compromise the FBI etc. etc. it's worth a shot, but, don't hold your breath. getting a Lawyer is not needed for a FOIA request. it's a waste of money IMO. What Information is Not Available under the FOIA? The FOIA provides exceptions for certain records. These include: Classified national defense and foreign relations information Internal agency rules and practices Information that is prohibited from disclosure by another law Trade secrets and other confidential business information Inter-agency or intra-agency communications that are protected by legal privileges Information involving matters of personal privacy Certain information compiled for law enforcement purposes Information relating to the supervision of financial institutions Geological information on wells What Information is Not Available under the Privacy Act? The Privacy Act also provides exceptions for certain records, including: Classified information on national security Records concerning criminal investigations Information that would identify a confidential source Do I Need a Lawyer Experienced with these Laws? A lawyer may be able to help you decide which agency would most likely have the record you are seeking to obtain. A lawyer can also help you decide under which law your request falls and may help guide you through the process of uncovering the information. I think wasting money on a Lawyer is not going to help you any further in getting information. all they have to do is black out the sections they don't want you to see if they ever released the actual transcripts. I don't think they would send anything other than what we have already seen. they will simply use this clause "sensitive security information" or the "open case" clause. you could try it though. people investigating UFO's run into this problem all the time. it's Ridiculous some of the things they send from the FOIA. what do you think about Paul Geivett. he's claiming the case will be closed this year based on his evidence. he has matched the 4 letters sent just after the crime and matching them to the ticket Cooper purchased and handwriting from KC..... Interesting. Did JC Penney sell the tie/clip from all four manufacturer you discovered? Check out this link... http://greatvintagejewelrysite.blogspot.com/2012/09/mens-vintage-cufflinks-w-tie-clasp-gold.html I went to a lot of sites like that one. none of them could ID the brand or give any marks on the item. that one is more likely the mid 60's. it has an alligator clip vs the flat clip of the 30's to the 50's. Interesting. Did JC Penney sell the tie/clip from all four manufacturer you discovered? I couldn't link the two......I tried lots of angles on this one. they were also bought thru a manufacture, sold and then boxed under the sellers name. endless channels the clip traveled. Anson was a manufacture of jewelry, and seller. Royal might have only been a seller (Dealer) of this clip, bought thru Anson, or another large manufacturing company. Anson was one of the only ones who stamped the Anson logo on the clip. all the rest I found had no markings on them. I tried to find the source of the tie clip. turns out it was all over the place. here is my findings on the tie clip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5a_qSBqIYM "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' I thought you might be implying he bought it for the jump. that's why I was telling the story of the tie tac, or extra holes being involved. kind of shows the tie was used prior to the crime.... this would be with the assumption Cooper lived in this area correct? keep in mind the tie appears to have been used prior to this crime. Tie Tac holes are present in the tie prior to having the tie clip on it. how do we know he didn't fly into Portland under another name, or take a bus, hitchhike lol who knows......can we really assume he was from Portland/Vancouver? or do you have a different angle? What do you mean the Tie Tac holes are present prior to having the tie clip on it? You lost me. Here is my line of thinking...the crime began and ended in the Portland-Vancouver area. I think that is more than coincidence. I also don't think Coop bails out just anywhere. Too much chance for a man who appears to be meticulous about details IMO. He is going to jump into a location he is familiar with. Because of this I suspect he lived in the Por-Van area. Suspect, mind you. I have no proof or solid evidence. If this is so, it might be helpful to know the locations of JC Penney stores in the area. I know it could have been ordered via catalog, but...
