  1. your "Judge" is a friend of yours, so he doesn't count, plus he is retired! RANDALL, R.A. (JIM) (Judge, 1984- ) Born August 31, 1940, Little Falls; Gonzaga University (B.A., 1962), Lt. U.S. Marine Corps (1962); University of Minnesota (J.D., 1967); private practice, Hibbing (1967-84); Asst. Public Defender (1967-84); Adjunct professor, University of Hamline Law School, 1990-present; married; three children. Appointed April 1, 1984, elected 1986, 1992, 1998, 2004. Retired on April 4, 2008 I think I will send him a copy, just to make sure he got it! "I don't see any certifications from anyone else" I also have a document saying you have several mental problems, it has been signed by many doctors with first names. If you would like a certified copy, please email me with a legal address and I will send you a true copy, why? because I said it was true, so it must be! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  2. Cold down here in Florida (for us) dipping down into the 50's probably warm for your side of town
  3. we have many different types of people involved with BK's story, including Hollywood, when are you going to start including cartoon characters for more of your FACTS 1951 - The Universal Military Training and Service Act is passed, requiring males between 18 and 26 to register. 1952 - Congress enacts the Reserve Forces Act, compelling every man who is drafted or enlisted to an eight-year obligation to military service. After a term of active duty is completed, one is assigned to standby reserve and can be called back to active duty upon a declaration of war or national emergency. don't see anything about 1958 when you were 15 "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  4. My Father was part of the Mercury Project in the Navy, so I guess I could make a statement and sign it saying that NASA never went to the moon, your words mean nothing here Knoss, when are you going to understand the FACT that we don't believe or care to hear about your little/GIANT story. I asked you several times when was your Induction date and even made sure you thought you were right, then you found out you should have had a exam first and switched as you normally do! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  5. I like your new avatar - what gave you the idea for that? The Devil made me do it "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  6. "On the matter of the parachutes, it should be remembered that the ones found were out of their packs." Agreed, I just found it strange that these chutes have been found and not Coopers, but then again it took decades to find one of them The transcripts are confusing indeed, they tell different stories such as several banks were needed to get the money, references made about taking a look after Cooper exited, the first hand identification of Cooper (age about 50) If he landed close to Tena Bar, would this not be more level terrain? and if it was a no pull it would be in line with the flight path? can we go by the transcript time and the map sluggo made for possible estimated location? (reference wise) "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  7. what I find puzzling is that fact that most think he died that evening, ok, but why have we found chutes from years before Cooper, and yet nobody has been able to find Coopers chute? how far off from the "probable" jump site could his body be? is there only two options, one he landed in the river, bloop, bloop, two he survived? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  8. Thank You "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  9. "The papers were not fake, they were real and correct, truthful, but perhaps exagerated some by the Doctor. And the Doctor was EA Thayer," "{Thayer got a verbal repromand." so, you got a 4 year suspended sentence for a doctors letter that was correct and should of been no reason for the FBI agent to call you saying they gave the doctor a stern warning, basically you told the draft board you were going to Canada, and this is why they convicted you? "I presented my letter from Doctor Thayer of Fairmont, MN. and went right to the front of the procession to be examined by a Doctor who told me to leave." couple hours ago you were the last one there, remember, "They were telling me it was my turn coming up, and that I was the only one left. I said no." you have spun out of control Bob, your mission is to keep the story going as you feel fit to present it, you change things as you go along and avoid anything connected to you, nobody is buying your story here, I suggest you find other avenues to present your zero facts too, because you don't have any facts, ask Mac, ask O'hara is not presenting facts! perhaps a younger audience would help you with your dream! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  10. If you received a notice for the armed forces exam, was the draft not in motion? If you are under age 18, your parent or guardian must sign your application authorizing the Selective Service to register you when you turn age 18, why would you do this at such a young age being a C.O. If you were a I-A-0 when did you go in front of the board, not just Loraine. To prepare for a possible draft, COs should have prepared in advance a file which documents their beliefs. Include in this file, at least, the photocopy of the registration card, a comprehensive statement of beliefs, and letters of support for this statement. Such evidence can be presented to the local board who will hear the claim for a CO classification. Compiling this file should be done with supervision from a qualified draft counselor or agency such as CCW Even "back in the day" so, you left with permission, and then was convicted of threatening the draft board and given a suspended sentence. "They were telling me it was my turn coming up, and that I was the only one left. I said no." why even bother going if you were going to say NO, same as not showing up, why would they tell you that you were next if you were the only one left? you said you were caught with a fake doctors letter remember, doctor no first name! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  11. very true Georger, according to Bob, he registered, but good point! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  12. "No, I was not drafted. I was given notice to take a physical for induction into the armed services in the late 60's" So, the military wanted a physical from you for no reason, because you were not being drafted? a check up? If your were not being drafted, why did you threaten the draft board, or say you were going to Canada? you better put a new ball of yarn on for this answer, I fear a half a page coming Draft evasion is a term that refers to an intentional failure to comply with the military conscription policies of one's nation. You need to be Drafted in order to be a dodger, Deferments are for avoiding the draft! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  13. exactly how much yarn do you have? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  14. I will check but, I don't think you can register for the draft at age 15, you can not sign legal documents at that age without consent, Selective Service requires the draft registration at 18-25 you were drafted, were you not? this is called a "period" in your time of life. "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  15. the address when you were 18 would do, nothing bad, not trying to expose anything. "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  16. "WE" are trying to ask you your address in 1961! has nothing to do with what you are rambling on about, just another simple question with no answer, no problem! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  17. I asked you a simple question once again and get a paragraph and no address, that's fine since you don't want to tell what your address was in 1961. Hotrods = address? for the third time, your past makes your story Bob, by not answering to any of it makes you look very suspect! can't "get the picture" Bob, your film was not in the camera during your past! Remember? cred·i·bil·i·ty [kred-uh-bil-i-tee] noun the quality of being believable or worthy of trust: After all those lies, his credibility was at a low ebb. "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  18. do you remember your address in 1961? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  19. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4r7wHMg5Yjg Almost forgot.....did you say something?????? "One guy, three lives" Two lives, you included yourself! slip, slip! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  20. "Knosstradamus" truly the best one yet, your killing me with that one
  21. Bob, your not even worth checking anymore! "I remember everything clearly, Once there was one, now there are three...." Richard Floyd, Tommy Gunn, and me....." you forgot TOG! It's really kind of sad you have built your world around this story, good luck on your quest of slowly telling your story! (over a decade now) you have been proven to be a true story teller! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  22. I don't know what else to tell ya about Knoss, this might shed some light "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  23. If you take notes of most of Knoss's postings you will become amazed how much he slips up, similar to a criminal who thinks he is smarter than the cop! Jan 5, 2012 "I was subsequently tried by Commander John Anderson and convicted of threatening my draftboard" 3 days ago he says this; "I don't think court hearing is an accurate description. I was hypnotized then questioned under hypnosis. I was told I was found guilty and not to argue about it" "Commander Anderson read the sentence" the first post he says Anderson tried and convicted him, making it sound all formal. the second post was a poor attempt of remembering the first post! he has a pattern of this and doesn't realize it! just as he quickly scrambled about the classification status after I asked him about going in front of the board to submit the C.O. (conscientious objector) Also, Expunged; that is a Judicial term that he really shouldn't have used because that only makes your records disappear from the public, he would of been better off saying they were destroyed or in a high security level, such as his entire case would have been classified as! forgot to put this in Robert; do we really need another false statement from him? we can't expect the truth! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  24. That's when MrShutter took over the question and answer sessions and facts turned to boring garbage!! Like I said before Knoss! you are avoiding the questions given to you! they are not hard one's that should have resulted in one simple post! I suggest you think long and hard on how much further you wish to continue to slowly tell the story (several years now) bottom line is you are not credible! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
  25. I agree to a certain extent with this being a actual skydiver's site, The Cooper part has skydiving in the story line and actual experience is no doubt a plus, what would happen if a "weatherman" decided to give input or ex FBI members want to give input? Red Lobster also has steak and hamburgers too. I'm sure lot's of people are tired of Knoss and I understand your frustration! The point I see is that if Bob can not come up with ANYTHING credible and remains on this thread, perhaps a disclaimer should be put at the bottom of his postings (signature area) stating he can not prove anything said! "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI
