unless you have proof other than saying it, I don't see how the State would allow this let alone sign documents to it, but once again he is in prison as Collins and not Weber. COMMUTATION is the reduction of a sentence to a lesser sentence. The most common application is a commutation to credit an inmate's sentence with time spent on reprieve if he completes the reprieve satisfactorily. Rarely used but essential to the State are two forms of executive clemency: commutation of an unjust sentence and commutation of a death sentence. there are several options for this term as seen above, I have never heard of being in another prison excludes Commutation this is similar to Parole which every prisoner is entitled to, unless directed by the courts. you do realize if someone receives a 4 year sentence, they will not serve 4 years unless they cause trouble in the system, gain time up to 10 days a month can reduce your sentence..... I don't know much about him, look it up on SSDI possibly? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

"Note the commutation is for John Collins and Weber was a 5 plus time felon. They do NOT provide Commutations for someone who has already spent time in other prisons" who told you this? U ARE THE ONE WHO NEED TO READ. THE COMMUNATION IS REAL VERY VERY REAL. As for Jefferson you are asking me a question I do not know nor have I any reason to know - a prison is a prison is a prison and is a prison. Jo, You need to ask 377 about State and Federal Prisons. And who would sign a commutation in each case. You might learn something. Robert99 It's not a big secretive kind of thing..... Q: What are the differences between a pardon and a commutation? A: A pardon can be granted at any time after the offense is committed, including before a person is tried, convicted, sentenced, or starts serving a sentence. Typically, however, a pardon is not granted until after a person has finished serving their sentence and remained law-abiding for a certain period of time (e.g., 5 years). Commutations are typically granted only while the person is still serving their sentence. The effects of a pardon are also different than the effects of a commutation. A pardon usually restores most or all of the offender’s civil rights (e.g., voting, holding public office, serving as a juror, gun ownership) and, in a few states, also expunges (removes) the person’s conviction from their criminal record. Unlike pardons, commutations do not restore civil rights or expunge a person’s record. Receiving a pardon or a commutation usually also does not mean that the person is considered innocent of the crime. Both pardons and commutations can come with conditions attached, such as requiring that the person avoid certain behaviors (e.g., drug use) in the future. http://www.famm.org/Repository/Files/Commutation_FAQs_11.19.08%5B1%5D.pdf Commutation of sentence involves the reduction of legal penalties, especially in terms ... head of government and is normally linked to prisoners' good behavior. "He has given 2 different description and maybe more of the yrs. The suit is black and then it is dark brown...!!!!!! So does this prove my point? " not exactly because Cooper's description is all over the board, Black hair, brown hair parted on the side, Duane's hair doesn't match any of the descriptions IMO. Flo's composite is not close to the FBI's, do we dismiss this as well? she seen him up close, I just feel that one of them would have fingered Duane by seeing his photo just like the hotel clerk did? It's hard to exclude an eyewitness, if there is a crime next door to your house, the cops will ask if you seen anything, the smallest thing could be a deal breaker. Lawyer's, cops, State Attorney's all will say eyewitness accounts are sketchy to say the least. but I notice every person pushing a suspect puts the sights right on the composite for proof? it could be a high percentage off on what he really looks like!! "The ticket agent had not reason to remember him. " (Jo's quote) Is that right? "No I didn't suspect anything bad while observing him, he looked like a sharp dressed businessman to me, but I noticed him quite a bit because his behavior was different from the others, and he was all in black during the day of polyester and plaid" " the composite drawings never did look just like him. the chin was a bit thin and the hair was not quite right" Flo said the samething about the composites! didn't Jo have a hotel clerk claiming he remembered Duane? can we use this as evidence if the ticket guy is no good? http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_attachment;postatt_id=128759 "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' so, after Cooper released the passengers, he sat the entire time until he left the plane? what about the description Flo or Tina gave about having to look up at him? Tina pulled the curtains back seeing him strapping something around him? was he sitting again? Tina was scared about being sucked out of the plane, was Cooper sitting again while trying to open the stairs? how is it "absurd" Jo? "working with others to make sure Jo's Story is never heard by the general public" exactly why I said it would be simple to make your story public. (again) you keep saying you want to keep on the track with Cooper on here, but the second someone disagree's with you, you start name calling and thenthe paranoia pops up? Jo, nobody is stopping anyone from the "General Public" I'm sure you could call any news station and speak your story.... even though this is considered a public form only a small percentage actually know this thread is here.... based on the unfortunate accident has anyone changed any opinions on Cooper's jump, could this be a possible hint on how hard it is finding a body in this environment? or is the terrain completely different? "You want to play Time Machine and take screenshots from God-Knows-When then that is your business. All I know is that there are currently no reviews at Amazon by Geoff Nelder on either book, and haven't been for nearly TWO YEARS. " so, basically you are trying to say that smok99 was lying because the screenshot was old? the real point here is you said no such activity ever happened and you never read the reviews or payed attention to them which is also incorrect according to your battles with Mr Butler. I asked you yesterday where you got your degree from in Journalism, because I can't understand how you get yourself into problems like this on and off the thread ? I'm still waiting for that answer along with the one that gives you the right to give a "proper diagnoses" for the mentally Ill? Now, going by your rules it seems you also had deception in regards to not looking at reviews or acknowledging anything that wasn't "current" because it appears to me that Nelder did in fact write a review at one point in which you have yet to admit...... It's sad it has taken 3 pages in order to get the record straight on this issue. personally I can conclude that you did know about reviews and watch them more than you expressed in your earlier comments and seem to feel justified in truth by stating Nelder "currently" has no reviews. I guess deception has a statue of limitations now? In closing the screenshot from "God-knows-when" is February 18, 2011, which God-knows is really not long ago..... for someone who never pays attention to reviews seems to have a problem with Brent Butler? http://adventurebooks.newsvine.mobi/_news/2012/07/19/12826090-worst-amazon-reviewer-ever-brent-butler-vine-voice-and-top-1000-poster-is-good-candidate "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' where did you get your Journalism degree at to gain such "5 Star" attention? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

found yet another confusing comment, Sherlock's Case Files contain miscellaneous postings from Skipp Porteous October 27, 2007 At their request, we provided the FBI with DNA from Kenneth Christiansen and his brother. Only when the FBI conclusively eliminates him based on that evidence will it prove that Christiansen wasn't Cooper. Meanwhile, he is the leading suspect, and to reject him as a suspect because the FBI didn't bother to obtain a copy of his driver's license is negligent. The truth is, the FBI hasn't a clue who D.B. Cooper was, so they like to say that he died when he parachuted from that plane. We'll wait for the DNA results. http://www.sherlockinvestigations.com/blog/2007/10/fbi-and-db-cooper.html "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' "I went and examined that review. Wow...someone is playing games there for sure. Gayla's name and last intial is given credit as the name on the review. It isn't her, of course. I asked. I will file a complaint with Amazon about it." I could see if those names were being used against you, but not for you. looks a little fishy... may I suggest opening the rear stairs and bailing? odds are we won't find ya? You can call me just 'Robert,' or 'Bob'. RobertMBlevins is a bit too formal. Is that yor answer to Farf's last post? "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

The one that pops up on my computer is different, "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' No matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe you" Agent Carr FBI

LOL...then why quote the reviews in the first place if you didn't expect a response? Any reviews dated before December 1, 2010 are from the original edition of the book. And if they are BAD reviews, the book definitely deserved them. Reviews? You can't please everyone. I've seen bad reviews done on Catch-22 by Joseph Heller, something I can hardly believe. Hmmmm, possibly for display......... If I only wanted you to see it, I would have PM'd ya (*laughs*) "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.' "You expect to me to respond to reviews? " No, I said the reviews were not that good either" I don't expect you to do anything........ both names are on the book, both names should be on the same page when "going Public" the reviews are not that good on Amazon either: "The author presents a good case but the writing does not flow very well, it reads more like a bunch of interviews rather than a book." "Blevins should have his publishing privileges revoked at Amazon! For many reasons, but specifically for the worst when it comes to investigative reporting. " "I don't think anyone can say this is "The true story of DB Cooper." There are some good parts of the book, but the author(s) state very clearly in the book that some of what is written is based partly on fact and partly on what they think is true. If that's the case, then the cover should not state that it's the true story. " "It is surprising how aggressive people get, once they latch onto their suspect and say, 'Hey, he's our guy.'
