You think 1 million dollars is real money?
-
You're being deliberately misunderstanding (Looks like we're all afraid to say "obtuse", might get you thrown in the hole at Shawshank.) by choosing such a specific failure in universal healthcare. You know that's not how it goes everywhere.
-
You say that as if you don't see the fossil fuel lobby paying tons of money into attempts to refute what is an incredibly large consensus of research.

Need a "Good Guy with a Gun Saves the Day" thread.

Lame, every cowboy had should have accessory rails.

Trump's economy is marginally better than the path it was on. A path overseen by a President who worked to make sure those who were on the brink of losing it all in a terrible economy didn't entirely capsize. Please take a closer look at the example you're making of one President who you say only did things to negatively affect the economy and one who you say has done all these tremendous things to improve the economy and relate it to economic and job growth.

I think you meant to say it doesn't mean Brent is wrong just because they're crap. I'm saying that two guys saying something about white supremacists and being flat out wrong doesn't mean this was a media narrative.
-
And fuck that guy too. Still not a representation of "The Media" if it's two guys. CNN and NBC/MSNBC are crap news sources and of those it still looks like NBC is the only one guilty of this.

It's recommended to change your diet slowly. You body does need to adjust.

Are you referring to them covering the story that white supremacists were trying to go to the rally and start shit? Then you need to include the FBI as fringe nuts who covered it and solved the problem. Edit: and to demostrate that here's a search for "cnn white supremacy at richmond rally" The results are stories about the lead up story about the white supremacists who got caught, a story about why it WASN'T like Charlotesville, and of course a story from Fox about how liberal news stations wanted it to become a blood bath. https://www.google.com/search?q=cnn+white+supremacy+at+richmond+rally&oq=cnn+white+supremacy+at+richmond+rally&aqs=chrome..69i57j33.8981j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 There was ONE guy, Ben Collins, who referred to it as a white nationalist rally and he was summarily silenced and deleted the statement with an apology. To echo someone's previous statements why would they brag that it did not end up being a white supremacy rally with mass shootings? That's a pretty low bar but congrats on picking up the trash afterwards. I live a few miles away and genuinely appreciated that.

I think these guys look silly. But correct, a grown ass adult doesn't need my permission to play dress-up.
-
The only people who were trying to make this thing about race were the fringe nuts.
-
If you instigate an altercation then yes. If you're equally at fault for escalating a situation it gets gray. If you kill the guy with any shred of evidence that it was self defense you're good to go as long as there's no proof of any of the instigation or escalation your part. And yes, the rest of the world says a collective "WTF" because in parts of the US you can kill people if you're afraid of getting punched.

Did you offer to give him some chill pills?
-
Yeah, the $400k he pulls from that vs. the $124m spent on golf outings.

Well, her Ex's (Anthony Weiner) laptop driving "Her Emails" to the back of the public's consciousness just days before the election DID help to put Trump into office and his departure from the Paris Accord probably did trigger her a bit and possibly over the edge but I think that's a bit of a Butterfly Flapping it's Wings scenario.

My find this year was a vegetable sub for Sloppy Joe's. I'm in the same boat because I don't like meat mimics, I see no point in trying, just don't fuckin do it because it's fundamentally flawed. BUT, I like bean patties and mushroom burgers because they taste like themselves. So I got this ground veg stuff and just take it from there and it tastes even better than the colon cancer causing pile of ground beef that it'd otherwise use.

These are the same people posting quotes that Thomas Jefferson definitely never said.
-
That's right. It was part of their effort paint him as someone who didn't want to call a terrorist a terrorist as if Democrats have a soft spot in their hearts for terrorists.
-
They did because that's what the CIA intel told them. This has been used in the narrative that they were trying to cover up something, presumably the accusation that they didn't provide proper defense for this building. That of course is a moot point because this wasn't an embassy, it was a property the US owned as a diplomatic outpost that Stevens decided to use for a few days. He also chose to bring fewer body guards with him that his typical detachment. This facility was so far off the radar that the official Libyan government wasn't even aware it existed. There has since been a full court case regarding the perpetrators of the attack but who cares, because I guess we care more about trying to make HRC look bad that going after the guys who ACTUALLY KILLED AMERICANS. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahmed_Abu_Khattala

Campaign finance reform is the first place I'd start. No single thing holds as much power over a politician as where their funding for the next election is coming from. And....that starts with legislating past People's United. We are in the grips of special interests until that happens.

I actually think (at least for the example in which they're all about in the same spot) that it's more likely that one of the 5 would see the train in their periphery because it's now on an adjacent track and be able to alert the one vs. the one being able to see the train and alert all 5 on time. But that's not what the "rules" of the test are.

You'll have to tune in next week. And now a message from our sponsors...

So we're turning this into a Damsel on the railroad tracks scenario? Yeah, we can kill that guy.
