  1. Don't care. They did the grassroots thing to make sure legitimate candidates were getting on the stage with national interest back when there were 24 people. Now they again want to make sure legitimate candidates are getting on the stage when we're at 12 candidates. The grass roots thing isn't something they put in place as a permanent qualifier for candidates.
  2. Sourced in the US, manufactured in China, painted in the US, packaged in China, shipped worldwide.
  3. Are you saying there won't be a Greta Thunberg Flamethrower? It's a favorite with the kids.

I think they call it Qool-Aid
  5. That actually works pretty well. Covers the vaguely constructed mindset of "make more green and everyone gets a pony".
  6. I think we're assuming a lot more involvement from his list of socialites. We know Epstein rubbed shoulders with basically every wealthy person on the planet, he was a dedicated social climber. That doesn't mean those people joined him in raping children. Prince Andrew definitely did but I haven't seen any other names. His ex girlfriend is on the hook for grooming and manipulating the children.
  7. They are a circus but they establish a sort of object permanence as far as one's relevance to the other candidates so I think he should get up there soon.
  8. They've also confirmed to Democrats that showing up to vote has more influence than a Senate controlled by Republicans. This is exactly what America needs to send people to the polls.
  9. Bloomberg just moved past Warren. At this point he needs to take the debate stage and start pumping out some real energy.
  10. MERCHANDIZING MERCHANDIZING MERCHANDIZING!!!
  11. So do you actually have access to the content or are you just spouting the highlights (Which don't appear to reference the GND)? BTW does the GND even exist anymore?

This is actually a good exercise. Ron, you're not going to drink any bleach, right?
  13. Technically he's technically not wrong depending on the technical definition of "technically".
  14. You're the one who started posting the NOAA data as your proof of one month not being significantly hotter than the previous. And yes, this does come down to simple thermometer reading. In the 60's my uncle gathered that exact information from ships around the globe. In the 50's my grandfather collected that data from his geological survey of the great lake while taking core samples. Weather and temperature data has been meticulously recorded for a long time and now we have the tools to fill in the gaps from things like ice samples and growth pattern on trees to validate historical information. Where did this come from? You're making shit up.
  15. You're quoting a source that is paid to deny climate change and oppose any legislation or innovation not in the interests of the fossil fuel industries.
  16. If your proof is a hypothetical then your argument is a zero sum since I can hypothetically say literally anything and have equal proof to the contrary. You need to do better than "because it might be wrong for a reason I'm unable to demonstrate or prove."
  17. I've never heard of this, usually the issue short TI's have is getting stuck with the beefcakes while all the big guys get the teeny students. Edit: Got it. Lol. Further explanation below. In the same token it's typically skinny little people who stick their legs straight out in front of them and try to whip you onto your back.
  18. What do you think of the "natural phenomenon" that the 10 hottest years on record have all been so close together and so recently with no relationship to the causes/events from the past that you've pointed to as being as hot?
  19. You know that name is interesting because the reason I left the Republican party was partly because it was being taken over by the Tea Party. That takeover is now complete and the Conservatives who I looked up to my entire life like George Bush Senior, McCain, Reagan, Bob Dole, Lamar Alexander, Fred Thompson, John Kasich, and Mitt Romney are now supposedly the RINOs. People like Bloomberg even left the Republican party and unsurprisingly they did it around the time that I did. So here you are taking the side of someone (Trump) who has ignored nearly every tenet of Classic Conservative ideals over those who have maintained them through the years.
  20. A valid argument would be back up with fact s and reproducible research. It would need to show some sort of missing element that hasn't been seen within decades of research and the fact remains that we would still need to take steps to thwart the very rapid change in global temperatures that we had then discovered was not man made.
  21. The issue is that he has a different opinion than anyone who could sway a majority.
  22. I don't think Mitt has the clout to make this happen.
  23. The phrase "consensus" has been used in this context for almost 20 years now and I don't think that finding a couple of scientists per year who disagree with the IPCC is proof of anything crumbling.
  24. That's what changed it for me. Even my parents who are Democrats were going to vote for McCaine until she brought him on. I voted 90% Republican at that time.
