    That contrail is not any indication of a missile taking off and going onto a horizontal path. That contrail in the video is showing spreading that normally happens over time. That came from over the horizon and wasn't changing altitude too much at all. I have seen OTH shots, and the contrails do not do that at all.     That is a big prediction here. The price of pot here in California will not be the same as say, arizona and nevada.
