  5. Your personal freedoms is not going to infringe on my personal freedoms. We already have alcohol and drunk drivers. Don't need any more crap. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  6. I believe that originated from the move "Easy Rider". _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  7. Actually it does, as far as validity. Me, US Armed Forces, lots more resources and DIMS messages and such. More effort and study involved with figuring out threats. You. . .claiming mothers in cahoots with some "enemy" you haven't yet identified having what really is just an emotional drive to brand her as something, I don't know what. . . Seriously, man. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  8. I'm not at all surprised. You see that cover my daughter is wearing in my avatar? It isn't some dime-store purchase for her to play with. That is a cover worn by those who have for years given blood, sweat and a lot of tears in the persuit of legitimate threats of this Country and have been Selected because of that fact. It appears that we have differing opinions on what one considers an enemy or threat, or a passing annoyance. I may not agree with what she has to say and she says some dumb crap, but this thread about her is pure bullshit. It is very taxing at times being a Right-Winger with a lot of stupid extremist shit being said when any liberal or other, exercises their rights. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  9. Your earlier post hasn't told me yet which enemies she has offered aid or comfort to. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  10. Ah, yes. . .shelter building type threats. I'll go get a shovel. Who knows how dangerous opinionated grieving mothers can get these days. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln

  12. Meh. Communism. Are we still worried about that? It just seem so. . .retro. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  13. Don't. Get. Me. Started. On. Navy. Movies. (cough, cough, hak, hak. . .Top Gun) Shit, the only realistic move so far was "Operation Petticoat" and that was because of the ingenious ways the crew got the shit equipment to work. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  14. Wow!! Congratulations! _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  15. So, for the sake of me catching up. . . Inheriting money is bad. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  16. Reading a little in it, the program seems like a moderate risk to invest in after the bad times are over. They picked a wrong time to come in to fruitition. With the bad economy, investing in this, now, is compared to buying junk bonds. There's enough percentage of borrowers that shouldn't be getting those loans (there are reasons other than money shortages that a bank won't lend out money) to make this non-competitive to banks now. Some loan programs might as well be payday lenders. Some of them only use FICO scores to determine credit worth. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  17. "We the people" need to do thier own research and get a dictionary. You are not grasping it. . . The definition in the tax code is not a dictionary definition. It isn't meant to be a definition. It's purpose is to list items and processes that are considered a particular type of income in that subchapter. If this is too hard for you, it's your fault, not the IRS or other agencies. Everyone else gets it. You are not exposing holes in anything. Everything you have put out has been discredited. You are not enlightening anyone here. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  18. He was acquitted because he believed his argument was legitimate. Which it wasn't. The case against him was about him trying to defraud the system. In the spirit of the case, he wasn't trying to defraud the IRS, he legitimately believed he didn't have to pay taxes, which he was wrong as shown by many Supreme Court cases. Can you really charge an idiot with Fraud? The IRS was trying to stop him from hurting others with his idiocy. however, in 2008, the tax court found him liable for federal income taxes and penalties for failure to file his 2002 federal income tax return and report over $23,000 in a distribution from a retirement plan and other income. Also, this is a good read; to include links to his court cases about his revocation from practice: http://tpgurus.wikidot.com/joseph-banister I suggest a thorough read. Yup. But he wasn't innocent till he was proven an idiot by the case. That came after the ruling. The case was brought against him because of the Thomson case. The word "the", "a", "tax". . . is used many times in the code also. Do we need an exercise on what those words mean also? I'm pretty sure people know without a doubt what they represent and don't need to spend needless time to add into instruction for the purpose of those who don't have the ability to fathom their meaning. And, if i remember correctly, you haven't shown me anywhere what "Rights" is identified in the Bill of Rights or in any document for that matter. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  19. Metaphors doesn't put you ahead in our discussion. Show me the money. You can't find what's not there. But if you show me the mistake, we can talk Yes, I can navigate the system well. You have shown, so far, that you haven't even tried. It appears you are taking what other people have said as truth and your need to believe is stronger than your need to research. Get back to me when you have found some legitimate reason that tax law is invalid. By your own admission, you have yet to read any part of the law in question. You have yet to point out one specific where I was wrong. I have addressed every one of your posts with facts and proof and even posted where you can find the answers. As far as ignorance, my "ignorance" in areas will never have the IRS knocking on my door. Ever. But your misunderstanding can get you in trouble if you actually persue your beliefs. I guarantee that I have read immensley more than you have. How about that area I have previously asked about. Show me where one area of the tax code supercedes any reason to believe that you do not have to pay taxes. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  20. Show me the money. Point me to an area that does this. Quickly, before you get deleted again. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln

  22. By the way the code is written. For instance: The title that imposes income tax starts at the top of subtitle A. the subchapters branch out after that. Something in a different subtitle isn't about income tax and doesn't cross over. The code is written in a top-down function, not a left right. Something in estate taxes isn't going take down responsibility of the Income tax area. Again. . .Not everyone is required to file. Filing is the way to tell the IRS how and if you paid the right amount of taxes. No, because they are not related. They are all completely different animals. Nothing there that can get you into trouble. Nothing written at a lower level will not cancel the higher level precedence that answers to other parallel, and unrelated, lower areas _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  23. Sounds like they were testing the systems themselves rather than the capability to hit something. After all, you can't figure out flaws too much without a "perfect run". The closest analogy (which is a bad one) is: The M16 was never tested on people who were trying to kill the tester. Their accuracy was tested on paper targets that didn't move. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  24. The "bravado" part was meant to complement your post, especially to those that think systems are infalliable. My bad. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
  25. (Not pointed at you) If any weapon, procedure, concept, ect. dealing with the Military, domestic or foreign, is being talked about in the news or other public domain, It is usually very old news for the DOD. And, it is often very simplified, highly inaccurate, and over-fluffed to the point that sometimes it's original use has taken a complete 180. Lots of things talked about here are pretty much off base, but consider the source. DOD only puts out unclassified information. There's no "bravado" here. Nothing's perfect. But there is a lot of needless overreaction when it comes to these types of threads. _____________________________ "The trouble with quotes on the internet is that you can never know if they are genuine" - Abraham Lincoln
