While you guys are talking about PAL and NTSC... does anybody know the best method of converting PAL footage to NTSC? I'm trying to put a video together that has a combination of the two. It's driving me freakin' NUTS.

I was just thinking to myself on my way to work this morning how lucky I am to have such a wonderful family. Every weekend, I drive to the dz Friday night for my family reunion and I don't leave until sundown on Sunday. I love and trust my dz family as much or more than my birth family.

Most of the time the pain is like a knife being jammed in between my shoulder blades. Then, within a few days, my entire back starts to ache, I think from compensating for the other pain. When I had my line dump and went to the ER, they did an MRI and such and said that I had severe whip lash and a compression in my spine. I had no insurance at the time, so I did nothing. I think that might have been a big mistake.

Wow! That's kinda frightening. I think mine was caused by an old incident of line dump on a Sabre 2, but I could be wrong. It sounds like it would be well worth it to see a regular doctor first, even though I'm getting pretty desperate for a quick fix. Thanks for the advice, everyone!

I know people have discussed back pain solutions before, but I don't think they've talked specifically about chiropractors. I've heard a lot of people say - once you go see one, you can't stop. I've heard people say - chiropractors have improved their lives ten fold. I've also heard people say - chiropractors screwed their back up. I've had constant severe back pain now for weeks, and off and on over the years. It's never been this bad. I've had sports massage, I've seen a personal trainer, I've got a good bed, and I still can't seam to beat it. I'm about to break down and see a chiropractor. Is this a good idea?

My first balloon jump, WFFC 2003. Second hop of the evening. We had to chase the balloon, run and hop on, and up we went. I'd always dreamed of taking a ride in a hot air balloon, but never imagined the possibility of jumping from one. It was all Hellfish on the balloon - even the first hop. Three way exit with Nacho Cocheese and the Nutty Brit - landed next to somebody's farm. It reminded me of my first BASE jump - the dead air feeling. Good friends, good times.

hmmmm... So, if you are freeflying at approximately 160 mph and you sneeze (snot travelling at approximately 200 mph), how fast is your snot really flying??? would it be 360 mph???? Has anyone ever sneezed in freefall??? Do share! Educate us!!!
