  1. Those are all burned onto the CD in my car :) Also a lot of Offspring, some Creed, Incubus...hmmm. "I Choose" is still my fav I think tho. New pin jewelry!
  2. *killer* ROFL! Well, I already have a Teddy...cheesy as it is, but he really is the biggest Teddy Bear I've ever seen! Besides, he was 'Smokey' when I got him, and had a dog named Smokey once already as a child. I'm superstitious about never naming a dog after another dog I've known. :) New pin jewelry!
  3. ROFLMAO!!!! New pin jewelry!
  4. Self-confidence is ssssoooo sexy! I admit, I've been suckered by losers because of their cockiness...turns out they were just pricks, but usually it's a good thing :) Merrick used to always say "when, not if" when referring to our future sexual relationship before we met and were chatting on the phone a lot. Woo-wee! It's funny too...a bit of modesty is usually a good sign of what they can do :) They know they are good, and don't need to talk it up...you'll see :) As for doing something to actually get into a guys pants...um, well...asked? New pin jewelry!
  5. Never Ending Story is good too! There is a second, not as good as the first. Teddy, my other dog, reminds me of him a lot...Falcor...he looks like he's smiling like that dragon thing all the time :) New pin jewelry!
  6. ROFL! Thanks for all the ideas and advice Ann! Our dogs are like that...OUTSIDE! YEAH! or "Wanna go!!??" They definately know "go". We even have to spell it sometimes because just the word spoken around them gets them excited :) Judge loves being outside on pretty days, you can't get him in. Teddy never wants to be outside long. He'll whine until someone lets him in. This new "Paco" will pretty much stay wherever you put him. LOL! It's really kind of odd. I take him outside because he doesn't follow well yet. When it's time to come in, he'll take a few steps, then lie down when I try to get him to come to me. So I walk out and carry him in. I set him on the loveseat so he would know he could sleep there the first night. He was still there the next morning. I don't think he moved. Poor thing. He's really sweet though. Just has issues with his tail. Don't even touch a single hair on his tail or he gets very scared and will nip towards you, but not actually get you. Only time ... he'll learn to trust us. The kids are just doing small pets now and then for now until he gets adjusted. No sudden running up to him. They are really good with pets though..they've always been around them and were taught respect. Anyway...I like the ideas Rig, Raven and Cypres best so far. The Raven thing is funny too. People would SO not get it! LOL! New pin jewelry!
  7. That reminds me of the joke I heard about someone naming their dog "Bitch". It freaked out the neighbors :) New pin jewelry!
  8. Looks like a desktop to me, but I'm sure there are some out there who understand and appreciate :) hehe New pin jewelry!
  9. Oh my..have you seen the way some gay people treat one another!? I've actually read an article by a woman who talked about how catty and hateful gay women can be to one another. Unfaithful a lot of times, devious...and I know gay men who are very harsh with their critiques and treatment of their partners. And experimentation doesn't make you gay :) New pin jewelry!
  10. ROFL! He is a bit nervous ... being a pound puppy and all...he's still scared. And yup, 'he's a he' :) New pin jewelry!
  11. That's a hard one really. I believe that, for the most part, they ARE born gay, or not. Like someone said earlier, it's a hard life, why would you choose that? However, I have known or known of some people that I wonder if circumstances kind of 'lead' them in that direction. Only they can know if they were unhappy being straight and found where they truly belong (after they 'switch' so to speak) or if they were so unhappy from a relationship they are scared so are trying something they consider 'safer'. A woman I know of dated men as a teenager and young woman, then later decided she was gay. She'd been sexually abused in the past by a family member and had always been scared to let a man touch her. These sorts of circumstances are deeper and individual. Then there are people whom I feel truly do feel attraction to members of both sex. Even some gay people think THEY are wrong and should 'choose sides'. I, personally, have been attracted to both men and women. I wouldn't have cared where I found my soulmate. If I was physically attracted to them, mentally attracted and stimulated by them, and truly loved them, it wouldn't have mattered to me if they were a man or a woman. New pin jewelry!
  12. My Himilayan lays kinda like that on the floor...all spread out on his back. I keep telling him he's a kitty whore :) New pin jewelry!
  13. Actually am considering that one... I wonder how many skydivers have dogs named Toggles :) New pin jewelry!
  14. You are really good with pet names, and I just am not liking the one Paco came with. He doesn't look like a Paco to me! Ideas?? Anyone? Not a great picture, but one is attached. New pin jewelry!
  15. ROFLMAO!! And what a cute bunch of *kids* you have!! You have been really helpful to me, too, by the way. Merrick has become accustomed to having a lot of pets in the house...I've added them little-by-little in hopes that he won't notice how full it is now if I go slowly. All I have to say is "I still don't have as many as Ann! See, we have room!" :) LOL! You do good by the animals girl :) Us other pet lovers appreciate it, as do they of course! New pin jewelry!
  16. *please send our gear soon, please send our gear soon* Canopies on their way...container coming soon we hope! When is this Houston get-together? It was so much fun last time down there! New pin jewelry!
  17. ROFL! What the hell is wrong with that cat?! LOL! New pin jewelry!
  18. This was hilarious! New pin jewelry!
  19. Hmm...what to say. This is what happens when you can't play on dz.com all day...I'm so far behind! :) Billvon..thank you so much for saying most of what I would've said had I been here, only much more intelligently. Exactly. It's a mess and a sad deal regardless. Marriage doesn't change any of the legal process...legal parents by adoption or biology will have rights that must be worked out. So he just won't tell you and you lose a son when he avoids you altogether. How sad. Just how much have you actually seen of the system?? It's all pretty much been said already. However, after working for the police department, then working in the social system, specifically with children in paternity issues and such, while also working with children foster care and such, I've seen so much sadness. It's really an amazing concept...someone has sex, then either on purpose, or not, there is a child. All it takes to be a genetic parent is that you provide either the egg or the sperm. It's beautiful, and frustrating both. It takes so much more commitment then getting laid to be a true parent. I, personally, think that all children will go through a lot in their lifetime. No matter what you come from, whom, where, there will always be something the kids will find to torture you with. I had the most normal parents ever growing up, but that didn't make life 'easy' for me automatically. That's silly. As long as a child has someone there who loves them unconditionally and provides for them, they are one step ahead of many. In a world of hate and anger, love should be appreciated in all its forms. My children will always know that no matter what they do or whom they love, it will never change what I feel for them. New pin jewelry!
  20. I agree Skymama...Denise has the best real boobs! New pin jewelry!
  21. And another silly pic of our 'other children'...who's the boss here?? New pin jewelry!
  22. Just thought I'd share a picture of our newest adoptee, Paco. :) He's a cutie with issues, but aren't we all (at least the issues part! haha) New pin jewelry!
  23. You can mail order a good pizza?! Oh there is a God! I'll be anxiously awaiting the results of this poll :) New pin jewelry!
  24. That's awesome Jess. I think you made an incredible investment that is well worth it! Everyone knows that those who can jump the most often, and with as little space between the jumps, will learn faster and better because you don't forget things in between. For those of us with little opportunity to get a lot of jumps because of other obligations, or sometimes much alti to practice in, it's hard to build up skills we need/want even if we have a lot of actual jumps! I look at how many jumps we have verses the amount of time we've actually been in the sport and can think of a hundred things I'd do differently. Also, just as many that we couldn't prevent. The tunnel seems like a terrific place to learn a great deal in a relatively short amount of time. I'd do it in a heartbeat if I could! New pin jewelry!
