Honestly Trump has been on a roll the last few days. It was the best I could honestly find. A funny story, a few months ago an Ethiopian Uber driver gave me a lift. He had spent some time in Seattle and was scared of the guns and violence so he left. He said at least in Ethiopia you knew which areas to avoid.

Well put Wendy. I don’t like the man and everything he stands for as a human, never mind president. But I intend to try and stay true to my challenge to Turtle in that, ifTurtle would look for the good in Joe Biden for a week, I would do the same for Trump. If nothing else it is an interesting exercise. So for day 2, I think it’s great that Trump has offered to help Ethiopia.

No I’m against tightening the rules. It provides insight into human behaviour to see the extent that people will go to do defend Trump. I don’t want an echo chamber of anti Trump sentiment. People like Turtle who support and defend Trump provide insight into who Trump is tapping into for support. I don’t think Turtle is trolling. I believe he uses just trolling as a cover for when his viewpoint gets too embarrassing to continue to defend. He’s also one of very few posters whose prepared to admit he’s changed his views on things over time, that deserves credit. -

Despite his protests to the contrary its pretty clear Turtle is a Trumpite. It takes an extraordinary amount of commitment to defend those idiotic statements. Even Trump has reverted to lying about his statement at this point. -
I think some already publicly deny voting for Trump and yet based on their world views it is difficult to see how they don’t.

You defend the indefensible. Trump is a moron for suggesting that they ‘investigate’ injecting disinfectants. The videos are not doctored, but obviously different lengths and content slightly change how stupid he is. Please for once admit that Trump said something stupid? You aren’t an idiot, and I suspect you’re trolling. If you aren’t trolling then I honestly believe you must be a closet Trump voter, just too ashamed to admit it.

Yes that was the quote that prompted my post. I do believe that Trump is likely to be re elected and if he is you guys are screwed. By the end of his second term you’ll be regarded about as highly as NK or Zimbabwe. It is hard enough to get real facts about this virus, without having world leaders spouting nonsense. I loved the bit when Trump taps his head and says ‘I’ve got a good one of these’

Honestly this has got to be one of Trumps finest moments. For all the talk about fake news, savvy politicians know that the media live for sound bites. Think before you speak! On the more complete video that my dad watched he does just suggest that it is a rumour or idea worth looking into.
