Hey bytch relax, have a cold beer a cold shower and calm down. the double R rule that moody said is a very good one "my Roof my Rules", if he doesn't pays he wont get the privilege (no phone, can't use electric stuff, eat raw cold meal and no bed), he will get the idea of the game and will start playing by your rules or will go away all by himself. maybe the low man made a bad track and performed a delta for a long time thinking it was a track. Happened to me until a camera man told me that I should dearch instead of arching (I had no idea until I saw the video and saw myself going down instead of forward) HISPA 21 www.panamafreefall.com

I love my pit special with regular booties, they are great very comfortable and I fly great with it. Prices are on the order form but most prolly is that it will change by the time you make the order. A friend ordered one that was supposed to be 400$ and it came out on 500+$ I made one that was supposed to be 480$ and it came 400$ flat. download the suit editor and you will see what fabric will make you fall faster (ie. Nylon). The company has great customer service, I had one with a bad measure and sent it after 2 months of use for the fixing and they did it for free and fast. email them with any question you have and they will answer you after 24 hours or something like that. from a S/L student his first jump (he made a tandem and now making his first S/L), he in the strut: JM: READY? student: "WHAT? NOW? ALREADY? ARE YOU SURE? DO I HAVE TO JUMP? COME ON! not rigger but nothing in skydiving is maintenance-free, always check everything remember that it will carry your life all the way down from the heavens, better make it sure that everything (including everything even helmets, jumpsuits etc.) works just fine. HISPA 21 www.panamafreefall.com

I dunno about this one, I load my spectre with 1.15 or 1.23 (sometimes I use weights) and almost on every jump I get the tip of the end cells closed. They open on the third scream "OPEN! OPEN! I SAID OPEN" and puff! it opens. Taking the toggles down helps too and so does pulling a bit the rear risers. I think its a sickness from slow openers (from what I have read). I might be corrected with what am going to say but most of the time when you pull a reserve you will be kinda low and will have no time to make the check landing area, check windsock, 3 legs entry, etc. and might endup doing a downwinder with no time to check the stall point of the canopy in a who knows were place. Now I ask you, what do you prefer? a smaller faster reserve ride or a big nice docile flare forgiving reserve ride? your choice. a friend has a small reserve and the first time he used it he biffed, it was too fast for him and he never saw the ground comming and didn't flared in time luckily nothing bad happened. don't worry about that, just keep doing your best on every jump and you'll be a pro in no time. Good coaching with video (you have no idea how much the video helps) always helps and tunnel time too. Forgot to add this: I have 52 jumps and am very good at RW but it took me 50 jumps to get a nice exit (I kept funneling), and I still can't land on the spot I always land 100 - 200 - 300 meters off spot. Who said skydiving is not a sport? man do I walk! (yep as punishment I get no ride in car back to the hangar, I have to walk with my gear). HISPA 21 www.panamafreefall.com

Nice Hijack(spelling?)! That is correct, but I don't think you will find dz that the landing place is at different altitude than the takeoff place. Now that will sure squeeze the life out of your batteries in no time. The setting of altitude is usually needed when doing demo jumps or when going from one airport and jumping in another airport that has different elevation. Hey one good Q (me hijacking myself?) what about balloon jumps, is it wise to turn on the cypres? you never now what the elevation of the landing zone will be. HISPA 21 www.panamafreefall.com

New to the sport and need advice on equipment

Don't go for new (you will downsize in no time if you keep current making lots of jumps), go for good used stuff. Used gear works just fine, are cheap and the spare money you can use it for jump tickets or other stuff. Read the reviews of gear, find what your needs wants and email every skydiving store you can find (be sure to add the inseam, height and weight on the emails). HISPA 21 www.panamafreefall.com -
