Good luck :) I quit cold turkey 8 months ago and like some said, it IS a big mind game. For me, everytime I had that urge, I learned to recognize it and then tell myself that it was natural to have the urges and they will pass.... It's been 8 months and I don't even think about it anymore. I can be standing right next to someone smoking and I won't even think about having one (not that I make a habit of it)
