[replyman, this forum needs an ignore feature. Cliff would be first, followed by anyone who does that "fixed it" bullshit to me. Quote You have an ignore function built into your computer, .. it' called a mouse. You need only to avoid clicking on the posts you wish not to read. If a thread or post is authored by "Cliff White" you can simply "ignore it".., if you want to. But it's just not that easy is it? You're just dying to know what kind of *outrageousness* Cliff is spouting today and you just can't wait to disagree and set him straight! You're not alone. It's human nature. I do it myself all the time. I'll turn on Hannity on my way home knowing I'll probably disagree with everything he says but still I want to hear it. Human nature I guess. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth

[reply And cliff, what would you have them do? desert? So then you can call them cowards when they get their names in the paper for their courts martial, i bet. Quote Let me ask you this Biker Babe ; what would happen if they had a war and nobody showed up? Should they "desert"? I believe that one of the greatest heroes of the Vietnam war is Cassius Clay(Muhamed Ali). He refused to kill innocent people just so Goodyear could continue to buy rubber at cheap prices. He didnt handle it the way I would sugest but it didnt end the world What could he have solved with with the couple of min. he waisted with those kids?Quote The real question is why didn't the Secret Service whisk him away to a secure location as is protocal. Andy Card told the president "the country is under attack" How did the Secret Service agents at Booker T. Washington Elementary *know* the president was not a target of the attackers? Quote*facepalm* what's with this crusade against the military folks? did one of them piss in your wheaties?Quote Far worse, They kill in mine and my countries name. They kill without due dilligence . They don't have any clue as to why they are killing these peoples. They just blindly follow the order to kill. Ask any of them what is their goal in Afghanistan. What is their goal in Iraq. What's up with Pakistan? Somalia? Philipines? Occupation forces don't get a lot of sympathy from most reasoning men. I propose we bring them home but with their predilection toward mental instability we may prefer to house guantanemo suspects in our community. Fuck it! Leave them over there!!! like., who would really expect you to fulfill your oath? "I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; Listen soldiers, I don't know if you realize how badly the Constitution was beat up since 9-11. Maybe you might ought to look at that,.. being as you swore an oath and all. Unless of course your word isn't worth diddly squat. Blues , Cliff 2muchTruth

White House advisers say Fox News is not news

Quote[ Coming hard at you like starting a war that has killed 5000 Americans? Quote Of course they would never kill 3000 of their own people at the towers! Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth -
That's England....... not the USA, therefore my point is that we were attacked by Allah's kamikaze pilots on 9-11 in New York. Could be , SkyChimp , that Arabian men did hijack those planes on 9-11. The governments' account of that days events is full of holes . Before any more of your freinds die in an attempted retalliation for 9-11 , perhaps you may want to conduct just a tad bit of research. A "mong" licks turds, fossg? Then vortexring must not have been reffering to me. Now the jackin' off thing , have you ever "jackoff"ed fossg? "hates US military members" That's not me either. I "hate" no one. I do believe that US military personelle have been duped into fighting wars for corporate profit. Who cares if your buddys' leg was just blown off? The DOW went up two points!! You think , fossg, that I'm against y'all. After the fog of war clears you'll realise that I'm your advocate. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth

What is a mong? I can' find the definition in my Merriam Websters dictionary. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth

Oh I get it....... so you mean for the last decade of terrorism attacks worldwide like showed in the earlier post of mine are nothing but British operatives. WOW, I should have known that 007 and "M" were behind the Twin Towers. Not the towers but MI6 and 5 were behind the 7-7 subway bombings. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth

No reason to be sceptical vortexring. We found nookular weapons in Iraq and chemical and many of Al-Queidas' ties and even a cumberbund or two. OK , none of those were found but .., well .., uh .., they killed some US soldiers so we should stay there and whoop IRAQUI ASS!!!!! They are "insurgents"!!! Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth

They haven't worked in the past? SkyChimp, are you aware that in Iraq the inspectors said Saddam wasn't working on nucleur weapons and he didn't have them? Or are you still waiting on that particular "mushroom cloud"? Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth

Quotecliff is a military bashing moron. I wanna kick him in the teeth with my jump boots. Quote With your jump boots? More likely your 8 inch stillettos, but hey "don't ask don't tell ",big boy. And really , a kick in the teeth is so passe. Waterboarding, electrocution and mock executions are more in vogue. Get with the times soldier! Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth

[replyThere is no pipeline. If that were the reason for the US invasion, don't you think we'd have made more progress on it by now? Quote Unfortunately the US Government and Military haven't learned lessons of history. There is a reason Afghanistan has been reffered to as "The Graveyard of Empires". The fact is that it a very difficult people and region to defeat and even harder to hold. In the long run it probably would have been much cheaper and quicker to have just paid the Talibans' negotiated price . The "carpet of bombs" doesn't seem to be working so well ,does it? Quote Last but not least, a mention from you on innocent people in Afghanistan being killed. I'm seeing a lot of people killed in the middle east by IED's and bombs planted on motorcycles, cars and suicide bombers, not so much from Nato forces. Quote Terrorists and car bombers? Like these? "The two British operatives, arrested by Basra police and later freed by a British military operation, were identified by the BBC as “members of the SAS elite special forces” (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/424614.stm ). They were disguised by wigs and Arab dress. Iraqi sources reported that the Iraqi police were watching the two, and when they tried to approach them they shot two policemen and tried to escape the scene. The Iraqi police chased and captured them, to discover large amount of explosives planted in the car, which apparently was planned to be remotely detonated in the busy market of Basra. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/soouth_asia/2608713.stm "An agreement has been signed in the Turkmen capital, Ashgabat, paving the way for construction of a gas pipeline from the Central Asian republic through Afghanistan to Pakistan. The project has been around for some years The building of the trans-Afghanistan pipeline has been under discussion for some years but plans have been held up by Afghanistan's unstable political situation. This follows a summit meeting bringing together the presidents of the three countries last May when the project received formal go-ahead. The pipeline would represent the first major foreign investment in Afghanistan in many years. Alternate route With improved regional security after the fall of the Taleban about a year ago, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and Pakistan have decided to push ahead with plans for the ambitious 1,500-kilometre-long gas pipeline. Pakistan will be the terminus for the pipeline The leaders of the three countries have now signed a framework agreement defining the legal aspects of setting up a consortium to build and operate the pipeline. The trans-Afghanistan pipeline would export Turkmen gas via Afghanistan to Pakistani ports, from where it could reach world markets. India is the largest potential buyer and the Afghan President, Hamid Karzai, said Delhi was welcome to join the project. Turkmenistan has some of the world's greatest reserves of natural gas, but still relies on tightly controlled Russian pipelines to export it. Ashgabat has long been desperate to find an alternative export route. Wary investors Afghanistan would profit by receiving millions of dollars in transit fees and construction of the pipeline would provide thousands of desperately needed jobs. It is also hoped such a project would boost regional economic ties and pave the way for further foreign investment. The chief difficulty will be actually finding the money to build the pipeline. The Asian Development Bank is carrying out a study for the project. But investors will be very cautious about putting serious money into Afghanistan when the central government in Kabul still has only limited influence in the regions the pipeline would cross. " Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
-
How's that project coming, cliff? Surely if the US could pull off the 9-11 hoax, it would be a piece of cake to get that pipeline built in the last 8 years. So, where's my cheap Turkmeni gas? Or maybe it's not about a pipeline...hmmm. Ya know Dan, Im flabbergasted that the military has failed to clear the proposed pipeline route of "terrorist threats". Especially as the deal for construction was signed shortly after the invasion began. Darn those pesky Afghanis! Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth

QuoteCliff, the fact that the wiki link showed information about the media and their suggestions/opinions does not erode our accomplishments. The link showed success by the invasion and other reports about the invasion. Wiki is not opinionated, just objective on facts and other's opinions if expressed. You are suggesting we struck over oil and I am suggesting that we struck over two trade towers collapsing at the hands of Allah. Quote Listen, SkyChimp, I see you put a lot of faith in the veracity of the information on wikipedia. I wonder if you've ever explored the Congressional Record much? You might find interesting a transcript from that source dated Feb.12 1998 and titled 48–119 CC 1998 U.S. INTERESTS IN THE CENTRAL ASIAN REPUBLICS HEARING BEFORE THE SUBCOMMITTEE ON ASIA AND THE PACIFIC OF THE COMMITTEE ON INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ONE HUNDRED FIFTH CONGRESS SECOND SESSION The entire record may be an eye opener but especially enlightening could be the testimony around pg 30-36. Of course, I realize that it may be easier to serve the military if you really do believe that your buddies are dying and being physically and mentaly wounded to protect America from some "terrorist threat". Happy reading, Cliff 2muchTruth

[reply"Accomplishments from 2001 thru present as shown via Wiki. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_in_Afghanistan_(2001%E2%80%93present) Now you and I both know that regardless what you read on this link from Wikipedia, you will see the glass half empty on this war and I will see the glass half full. Perception is reality."Quote Here's a bit o' reality for you SkyChimp, from the link you provided;"..."the deputies agreed that the United States would seek to overthrow the Taliban regime through more direct action."[32]... "an article published in March 2001 by Jane's, a media outlet serving the military and intelligence communities, suggests that the United States had already been planning and taking just such action against the Taliban six months before September 11, 2001. " Let's see .., six months before 9-11 is just about the time the natural gas pipeline negotiations with the Taliban broke down. They wanted more money than we were willing to pay to allow Unocals' pipeline to run through Afghanistan and into Pakistan. According to the link you provided 9-11 wasn't "THE REASON" for the invasion of Afghanistan, it was an excuse. All of those people are dead for a pipeline . Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth

QuoteI failed at nothing. You how ever have. Maybe you should have a better understanding of the laws that control how the Military is to be used on our soil? How the Civilian Leadership is in charge and issues the orders to allow the Military to operate? They did fantastic given the orders from the civilian leadership they had to follow.Quote Really? When ordered to scramble and intercept flight 77 the military sent aircraft from so far away (even though closer airfields should have been prepared )that they failed the mission. "Heck of a job" ,Matthew !! Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth

So to answer you out of context question. Yes, (I'm sure like you) I have lied, for my military duties? No. SO this makes you "right" but this is out of context. And YES, before my retirement, I served for 21 years and 1 month, I stood with my body between you and our counties enemy/s so you could stand behind my back and cowardly talk shit from the relative safety me and my service member TEAM MATES provided you. Quote You and your "TEAM MATES" didn't do so well on 9-11 did you ,Mr. Cline. Not only were you not between the country and those who brought down the towers , but you failed to do even one thing to protect your own headquarters !!! They are murderers for hire. Blues, Cliff WOW! your still allowed to post here after numerous direct attacks at upstanding individuals. Who, unlike you, have decided that they should stand and defend the U.S. of A., it's citizens, borders and interests ..." Matt Ok Matt , those soldiers are doing a wonderful job of defending our borders!!! How many millions of Mexicans wander across at will? And as far a defending the USA, please tell me the last war that the US fought in defense as opposed to imperial conquest. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth -
QuoteIf your 7 are alive theory is just because the names are still out there, I looked at google real quick and found over 200,000 Cliff Whites. 10 have commited Felonies, does that make you a Felon because you have the same name? Quote The question may be whether they are felons because they have the same name as me. But back to the "terrorist hijackers" . Since many of them trained at military installations in Florida , the identification based on a tad bit more than just the names. As a matter of fact, Mr.Cline, the manifest of each of the four flights contained not a single name of the accused hijackers. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
