  1. Do you believe that we shouldn't be fighting wars in Afghanistan, Iraq , Somalia, Pakistan, and the Phillipines? Or is your belief that the Congress just shouldn't declare that? Blues, Cliff I think our country is broke. Although war does increase production within the "war machine" and does actually further medical trauma research... it doesn't really help the society in a long term basis. I think that we should look at expenses and CUT costs. We need to re-finance our country. Babysitting or playing big brother to countries that don't have a direct impact on the American population is not in our current best interest. So ,kbordson, Are you in favor of just dropping everything and bringing all the troops home? Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  2. Yeah well, The other day I was talking to a Marine who had finished his tour of duty. He served in Berlin. He seemed pretty proud of the fact that during their daily morning run on the sidewalks and through the city, that if any German civilians were within extended elbow distance that civilian would be elbowed. Of course that may have been all bull and bravado but I've heard similar stories from other Marines . Maybe they all have short dicks? Blues, Cliff Military men are dumb, stupid, animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy.- Henry Kissenger 2muchTruth
  3. Interesting, kbordson! I'm intriqued! Care to expand on your reply? Do you believe that we shouldn't be fighting wars in Afghanistan, Iraq , Somalia, Pakistan, and the Phillipines? Or is your belief that the Congress just shouldn't declare that? Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  4. Is it time for Congress to man up and actually declare war against Iran, Afganistan, Pakistan, Somalia and the Phillipines? Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  5. QuoteIsn't this a little excessive? ..... (CNN) -- A Saudi court on Wednesday sentenced a man who caused uproar by bragging about his sex life on television to five years in prison and 1,000 lashes, according to Ministry of Information officials. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. (Que the black girls) "Don't do it"! I wonder ,rickjump 1, if you consider it excessive when one of our courts here in the great ol' USA convicts someone of holding just a bit more than an ounce of marijuana and then sentences them to 5 years in the state prison on the felony distribution charge? Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  6. On the other hand, the fact that military action is even being mentioned in light of the fact that Iran is in complete compliance with the Nuclear NonProliferation Treaty is alarming. Perhaps it's a foreshadowing. Seems I'm havin' deja vu all over again. " Fool me twice ........, ......... , .......,....... , .........., ........... , .......... , .......... ,......... , ............ ,.......... , And we won't get fooled again!" 7. I think you are confused about what constitutes coining money. That is done by the Department of the Treasury, not the Federal Reserve Banks.Quote Ifyou will look in your wallet you may notice hose bills are labeled as Federal Reserve Notes not US Dollars. They are created by the Federal Resrve Bank. Further the vast majority of money in our system is never actually physically printed but is just numbers on a computer screen , created by the Federal Reserve Bank. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  8. TheMint is , The Federal Reserve Bank is not. Three quarters correct. The Federal Reserve System is a hybrid public/private entity. Still, it is the Department of the Treasury that coins money and prints currency, not the Federal Reserve Bank, so I'm not seeing support for your argument that the Federal Reserve Bank is unconstitutional. Oh no Mr. You are very wrong. The Treasury Department can only borrow money from the Federal Reserve Bank . They have no way to raise money themselves. I'm sure you've heard of T-bonds or treasury bonds, They are sold to the federal Reserve bank and it is that bank who trades them around. No dollars are created except through theFederal Reserve Bank ,a private consortium of bankers. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  9. ]Where do you see that Congress is "subcontracting out the coining of money?" Is the Federal Mint not a US government entity? TheMint is , The Federal Reserve Bank is not. The Federal reserve is as federal as Federal Express and there are no reserves. The Federal Reserve bank is a consortium of private banking institutions which lend money to the US government at interest. Congress could also coin the money as is provided in the Constitution. They wouldn't have the need to require interest. Every dollar of income tax collected since at least 1970 has gone toward paying the interest on the debt to the private Federal Reserve Bank. Not one dime has gone to paying the principal. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  10. Yes. From Article I, Section 8: The Congress shall have Power … To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures; … And To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof. Yes jcd we can all pull up a copy of the Constitution., Where do you see that the Constitution allows Congress to sub contract out the coining of money and assigning values of that money? Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  11. You had mentioned alien earlier. You said; So, you are telling us that you believe space aliens landed on Earth about 5,000 years ago and impregnated human women. Is that correct? Yes. the first year AL. The missing link. And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. 3 And the LORD said, My Spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be a hundred and twenty years. 4 There were giants Num. 13.33 in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  12. Oh No !!! It wasn't me and I can't speak for the Masons. It's in the Bible . Genesis -6 "The sons of God(note plural) seeing that the daughters of man were fair, took them for wives , all that they wanted." Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  13. Do you see anywhere in the Constitution proclaiming that Congress can delegate that authority? Of course not! The Fathers weren't so stupid. Congress is given the power to coin US money. Why would we need the Federal Reserve, which is a private bank, to coin our money when Congress is supposed to take care of all that? Do you understand fractional reserve banking jcd? If so you would understand why the Constitution gave the power to coin money only to the Congress. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  14. The only knowledge I required was to know the basis for your beliefs. Doesn't mean I was looking to believe them myself. You can't be Sirius? I believe we can all be Sirius, at least half the time. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  15. Would that be Keystone Original, Keystone Premium, Keystone Light, or Keystone Ice? Some Masonic Keystone (book/puzzle box/set of instructions) that, well, let's face it, wasn't even written until what the mid-1300s? It certainly had no actual connection to the masons at Solomon's temple regardless of what some folks would like you to believe. Yes well go about your business then , Mr Quade. If you'll re-read the thread you came to me seeking knowledge. I didn't seek out you. The answers have been provided ,actually they have been in your own memory all along. Genesis -6 tells you what you've always suspected. Look for your ancestors at the dog star. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  16. Would you care to enlighten us regarding how the Federal Reserve Bank is unconstitutional, for the benefit of us vets who just aren't smart enough to get it? Sure, for any dumb-ass vets who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, Congress is empowered by the Constitution to coin money. It's pretty simple. Even a military mind could grasp that , or maybe not. Some people are just better suited to taking orders as opposed to thinking. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  17. You too ,fossg. Blues , Cliff "Military men are dumb, stupid animals"-Henry Kissenger 2muchTruth
  18. So as an American taxpayer, what rights have you given your government? Have you given them the right to lie to you? Have you given them the right to spy on you? Have you given them the right to sell your grandchildren into slavery? And as for the military out there "fighting for our Freedom". Thanks for nothing!!!! You're supposed to be protecting the constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. Have you noticed the Federal Reserve Bank? Are the troops even smart enough to get it? Again , thanks for nothing. You didn't do the job we paid you for. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  19. Tell me ,Bill. becauseyou seem to know a lot about this. Now there is talk about going to the moon but it will cost a butt load of money! Even accounting for inflation it will cost us many, many times what it cost in the Appollo era. We did it then, they say, why not just make a big tin can, throw in that cell phone for computer power and do it like we did with Appolo 11? Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  20. Would that be Keystone Original, Keystone Premium, Keystone Light, or Keystone Ice? Keystone cops and you always must belive what your government tells you. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  21. Still, 1500 years since the beggining of written history isn't a large gap. I believe it to be more likely than not we will find written text 1500 years earlier than what most modern archeologists believe is the beginning of written lanquage. The keystone tells me so. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  22. Point is that the historical first is often superceded by a new discovery. And with a first written text of 3500 bc a new one found of only 1500 years earlier isn't even out of the question. Infact Mr Quades text of 3200bc could actually date to 5000 bc. There just isn't that much time between the two. Blues, Cliff Ummm, not really. There have been enough discoveries of different "civilizations" that the evolution of written communication has been pretty well established. From pictograms to cuneiform to ideograms to alphabets. (although I may have the order wrong and I probably missed some) There may well be undiscovered settlements, and there are very probably undiscoverable (due to locations that are inaccesible or due to complete destruction for any number of reasons) settlements. Some may have a form of writing we aren't aware of. But to say that there was usable writing in the known world well before the generally accepted 3500BC or so is going pretty far out on a limb. So are you saying that it is impossible that writing may be found predating your 3500bc examples? You are full of it! As a matter of fact your 3500 bc samples may actually date 1500 years earlier. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  23. Prove it. Show me a document. LOL!!! Look it up in your most trusty Wikepedia, why don't cha??LOMROTFLOL!!!! Hey , you referenced it earlier,Mr. Quade. Blues, Cliff 2muchTruth
  24. Is radiation sheilding a concern , Professor? How did NASA address this problem during the Appollo moon missions? Blues, Clif 2muchTruth
  25. Exactly! Thanks and I'll call on you again Bill the next time I need a records boy to run to the library for me. Point is that the historical first is often superceded by a new discovery. And with a first written text of 3500 bc a new one found of only 1500 years earlier isn't even out of the question. Infact Mr Quades text of 3200bc could actually date to 5000 bc.
