    The best way to block ads is by blocking them in the hosts file or your DNS server (that way it's not browser specific). I do both. My NAS is serving as my DNS server and I wrote a script so that every Sunday, it will download the newest ad block hosts file and basically import it into the DNS server config. Any device that gets its DHCP from my router will get my NAS as it's only DNS server. I also have the hosts file installed in my laptops as well as my iPhone.     I own my own tandem rig, when I harness the student up, they're not allowed to smoke until the harness is back off. The other students don't get told that, and I have to stop them from smoking in the gear once in a while.     Rob, Most of the Spectra has a synthetic coating and is not a latex coating. Cheers MEL Twardo's canopy lines came with a lead based coating.     They were suppossed to launch today but due to bad WX in Houston, that got pushed back till tomorrow at sunrise. They did say they put a day of wiggle room in their flight plan, so it should still get to Cali on time, but that they may have to take out some of the flybys enroute. I don't see what or where they were going to do or what they changed to though.     When I got my V3-M and packed it, it didn't feel right. After talking with UPT and sending some pictures back and forth (even visited their production floor), turns out, I didn't distribute the bulk properly in the reserve. Moral of the story: make sure your rigger knows how to pack the V3 or it could feel 'off'.     Where there is a will, there is a way. I'm willing to bet there are a large number of skydivers that could get their way past airport security fairly easily. I could probably do it if I really wanted to. Or you could just run out of gas on your jet-ski and jump a fence, then run across two runways at JFK.     Thats a VERY big part of it. Another would be that the RV9 will outfly the 172 in speed and fuel use. Besides, it sounds kinda fun to build your own airplane. How does your 210 compare to the -10/-12's?     That is not an excuse. Either be a professional or find some other career. Any "instructor", regardless of gender, who harasses a student sexually (including hitting on them) should have their rating pulled. Before someone's 18 year old daughter gets pawed, she tells Dad who happens to be a lawyer and... well I'm sure you can all figure out where that ends. It'd sure be nice to know where this happened and who the ride operator is. This is not someone I want my soon to be 18 year old niece jumping with. Would you like your daughter to jump with him? Professionalism is something that should be required, but let's face it, ours isn't the only industry which has people that may take advantage of their position to get their rocks off.     Depending on the rigger and the time of day, there ARE ways to grease the wheels and get it moving a little faster. Lunch time and they've been stuck rigging/packing so far all day, offer to get them something to eat/something to drink (don't tempt them with alcohol yet) Dinner-ish and they're finally finishing the work for the day, offer to get them something to eat and/or a cold beer. Not saying it WILL work, but it probably wouldn't hurt your chances of skipping a couple spots up their to-do list. Apparently he was able to safely complete the skydive, so while I agree it was unprofessional for him to come on to the student, I don't think it made the jump unsafe.
