This is interesting for me as I have been in both places. Except for the airplane, my life is currently similiar to Ron, but at one point it was much more like Shah's I got married young, divorced around 28, went into debt to by a nice sports car to feel good about myself and eventually got my life back on track. I looked at the source code of the website and they are using Google Analytics to track hits and traffic. Wouldn't God already know who visited what on the website? Have you ever landed your kite with you attached to it? Could you post the video? It would probably be more expensive in the long run as you would have to pay for all slots on the airplane (assuming you are jumping at a US DZ). As an unlicensed skydiver, only instructors can be in the air at the same time as you are. And you have already seen through the scam that keeps instructors in their high lifestyle of ramen noodles and borrowed beer. Go for it. What could go wrong? Maybe those in command gave tacit approval to allow the soldiers to abandon their neutral post to fight in the war with the knowledge they would be blacklisted on return instead of shot.
