if you're talking about me, i think i was trying it when i first started for safety sake but i now jump smoke on a regular basis with the bootie over the bracket.. makes things a little more difficult for a smoke bracket cutaway but it is still possible, if you have any questions lemmknow.. i have about 15 smoke jumps with wingsuits.

mine just goes connecting to media.. then goes "ready" and does nothing. hit play and does the same thing.

Man that just seems like it's asking for trouble, maybe on hop n pops but have you gone through a cloud with ice crystals? having one of those enter your eye at 120 mph probably isn't the best thing to have happen

nice by what standards? If you're talking about the *ONE* casino in new orleans (harrahs?) that thing is pretty small, the ones in biloxi aren't much better.. i guess i'm just spoiled after being to vegas.

I'd say the normal progression is classic, gti, skyflyer3 - however if you're buying a first suit i'd recommend a GTI. Make sure you're jumping with a BMI - he may have a demo classic you can get your first jumps on, GTI has a nice range of capabilities so i think it's a good first suit...

Uh well i'm bringing my flight suit, i don't know how you plan on flying without it TB that's why you were coming :) and i won't be in the same room with you if you're running around naked.

uh it is a big deal there are more threads than I can shake a stick at, and one of the creators of the wing even posted his comments about the situation in another thread : looks like felix got what he wanted, plenty of publicity.. though he doesn't rank extremly high in my book -- touting that you're the god of the skies, and that you have the "lowest base jump" when it isn't true is just nuts.

He isn't, he is wearing a suit designed by another company, it is either a crossbow or similar to a crossbow.. the leg wing is a different profile, in the stills you can't really see it that well... i'm not sure about image 3, it doesn't even look like the arm wings are there.. who knows
