Or death, if the car crashes. Not that I didn't do that kind of thing when I was a kid, but now realize how stupid that was. As to Bill's comment. I'll bet he wouldn't have shot into the corn if he thought the people in there would shoot back. And I'll bet they wouldn't have been throwing stuff at cars if they thought someone would shoot at them. Not so sure of that, if I read correctly the guy actually warned them once he'd shoot them and they proceeded to still throw tomatoes at him.. guess they aren't the brightest

What do you guys think of this? http://www.cnn.com/2003/US/Midwest/09/04/cornfield.killing.ap/index.html Man killed in Amish tomato-tossing prank Thursday, September 4, 2003 Posted: 11:53 AM EDT (1553 GMT) An Amish man rides his bike past the cornfield where Steven Keim was shot on Labor Day. MOUNT HOPE, Ohio (AP) -- It's an annual prank in this tranquil Amish community, where men wear straw hats and women bonnets and plain dresses: Youngsters hide in cornfields and hurl tomatoes at passing cars. This year, the mischief turned deadly. A motorist who had been pelted several times on Labor Day got out of his car and fired three to five rounds into the 7-foot-high corn, killing 23-year-old Steven L. Keim. No arrest has been made. Residents are reeling from shock, unable to understand why anybody would retaliate so violently. Authorities say the county hadn't seen a firearm-related homicide in about three decades. "The prank has gone on for years and years," said Marty Yoder, who owns Marty's Shoes in this town about 60 miles south of Cleveland. "All over the county it's been happening every year." The shooting occurred just north of Mount Hope in Holmes County, where the clip-clop of horses pulling Amish buggies is just as common as the sound of passing automobiles. Holmes County has what is believed to be the world's largest population of Amish, who do not believe in modern conveniences such as electricity and automobiles. Keim, 23, an Apple Creek resident of Amish heritage, died of multiple wounds to the chest, Holmes County Coroner Robert Anthony said. Keim was with about 10 other members of the Amish community, ages 15 to 23. The group told the sheriff's office they had been throwing tomatoes and firing paintball guns at passing vehicles. The crime scene is marked by trampled corn stalks that interrupt an otherwise uniform stretch roadside corn. About eight rows into the cornfield, well hidden from the road, two buckets of rotting, fly-covered tomatoes still sat. According to the sheriff's department, the driver of a Lincoln or Cadillac stopped, got out and threatened to shoot whoever threw the tomatoes Monday night. The vehicle turned around and drove past the cornfield again. The car was struck with tomatoes a second time. About 25 minutes later the vehicle passed the cornfield two more times. On a third pass, the driver stopped and challenged the group to throw more tomatoes -- then fired his shotgun into the cornfield. The sheriff's department did not have a suspect, only a vague description of a middle-aged male of medium height. Residents say the community will be nervous until the shooter is caught. "People won't be resting too good until they know who it is at least," said Ivan Miller, 41. "He should be punished. The guy lost it." Wayne Miller, an Amish man from nearby Kidron, said the young people "shouldn't have been throwing tomatoes." "But if people start shooting people for throwing tomatoes, this country's in bad shape," he said. Keim was born into an Amish family, but his family left the Amish church and became Mennonites, said Yoder. Mennonites share similar beliefs with the Amish, but drive cars and use more modern conveniences. "He was a real outgoing person, always willing to help you," Yoder said.

if you go to documents, then click on any of the subsections (such as service bulletins) the "forum" link on the resulting page is incorrect, it points to the old forums.

My s3 stays on my rig most of the time so i've never noticed it, looked at it last night and was surprised! wonder why it's made like that. You're right though, very easy cell access.

I don't think this particular site has been posted here before.. check this out a 747 mockup with fs2002 -
Yes it could...we could have a George Clooney forum, and we could arrange for him to come visit me at my house so I could give him "Greenie" lessons. i can see it now "so show me how you played a doctor on ER again george"

I have been there once and had a not so great experience. The manifesting was all messed up.. because of the teams they were on every other otter load and for whatever reason they decided to put up a porter.. so basically it was literally an hour wait to get on a load and they refused to put up the skyvan. (I know the skyvan was operational...) i just don' see the logic there, a regular deland jumper who I was with said they evidentally do stuff like that all the time down there. If you have 3 planes and you have 1 hour waits for manifest it seems like you might want to put another plane up.

That is my old gti.. you wouldln't be able to see the glo sticks in the silver suit

Check it, a picture from the wingsuit night jumps we did at orange.. here photo by bobby page

I can stay with someone in a sit in my suit.. i'd be willing to try :) Of course with anything like this you start out a safe distance and begin working your way closer... i've done numerous tandem and canopy swoops before doing this crew swoop with this proximity..

yep that was fun.. wish i had made more video :)

And this is why I always tell people not to be the first kid on the block with a new toy.... Kevin I am surprised you went out at night with out a back up to a device you have had problems with...I know you had another audible, but why didn't you take a second visual? Guess I had too much confidence in it. When I first started jumping the neptune I used an alti3 as well and once I got reliable consistent operation out of it I stopped jumping the alti-3. I had just had the unit replaced the day before for backlight problems so I assumed that it was tested to be used for the type of jump I went on. It worked perfectly on the first load, but after we did some funky stuff (the fast decent, etc) it created a scenerio that alti had not thought up. We were the last out and I had communicated with the other wingsuit that was with me the procedures in case this very scenerio took place, as I did have some concern after we were on the way to altitude about it functioning correctly. Hindsight is 20/20 so they say.. i probably should have had a 2nd visual. -

Roger just emailed me back and told me they figured out it was some obscure flaw in the logic as far as my night jump scenrio was concerned.. it was found and fixed and will be updated in 1.17. Kevin -

1.14 is outdated I have 1.16 :) -
Yep i was flying.. we did about 8 jumps almost identical to that.. i don't wear camera that often, and because i'm not used to wearing camera it messes up my flight characteristics so judging approaches and everything is different.. so i have footage of me going low on another swoop -- nice footage too, right as i'm going below them i look up and you see the sunrise in the background and a 12 way crew formation.. pretty neat nontheless. I wore smoke on most of them. The crew dawgs said my glide ratio evidentally was very similar to them because i flew right over them with the smoke and they were "tasting smoke" for a while as they continued down their path... :)

Yeah but he was shooting a headhunter? or something like it.. where you wear a pouch on your belly and the remote cam on your head.. needless to say the video quality on it is crap. I didn't get a chance to get it from him but he (as well as I) gave our video to a guy from AZ I believe who is putting together a ballunar film. Kevin
