Being that he is from Texas and he has attended SkyFest before....good guess but No BUT if his flight plan is approved he wil be at SF, and this boogie will be the one that brings him back........... ohhhhh what a ride!!!

The Army Rangers are planning on a commando assult by C-130's to raid the beer coolers. Thats going to hurt. Hell that will run more than a C-130

Neither of those would be a problem. Bad 8 way is on me...I do most of the SCR's for the newbies..Great dive for them...but 20 way well lets see...Degualo (sp?) is there, and our infamous 20 way pink patch!!! a chance to jump with 19 ladies and be one of about 15 men in the world that have the pink patch. I still have not gotten my patch..dammit!!!

How many jumps would you make out of a C-130 if the prices were $70.00 to $75.00 each. This is something we are working on very hard and we really need some solid data to see if we can pull it off for SkyFest this year!! The opportunity to jump one of these is rare for most of us. I believe we have only seen one of these in the US at Quincy, Rantoul and once in Indiana. And to the best of my knowledge you wont see it on anyone's flight line this year in the US. No, this is not one of the secret aircraft that Bob is trying to let the cat out of the bag!! Damn old farts!!

Congrats! I know the feelings you are describing. I hit 20 years with USPA at the same time my mother hit 40 years. We presented our certificates to each other at a boogie, she was mad at me for making her feel old I hit 20 years out of High School this year, this one seems to be bother me more than USPA Once again congrats!

They are some tough little SOB's!! I do enjoy watching them play around in the back yard. As long as they stay off the roof of the house. I broke out the sprinkler one time and that was fun! Well, I enjoyed it Cool video.

We have a few large trees in our back yard with a ton of Squirrel's in them. Yesterday I was working in the yard when I heard some noise above me. Not thinking too much about it I kept working, then all of a sudden I heard it even louder. I looked up and saw this brown item at about 15' AGL falling. My first thought was that it was a limb from the tree. But then I realized it was a squirrel! The damn thing fell from 30'up, belly to earth. Like I said I watched it from about 15' till impact. He hit in the boxman position. Belly to earth arms and legs spread out as big as possible....THUMP!! He bounced, paused, shook it off and hauled ass away. That had to of hurt, I mean he made a pretty good thump and bounced up about an inch before hitting again. Funniest thing I have seen in a while. So I wonder how much freefall time he got and how fast he was going?

I just went through ths myself. Did the research online and saw the 200-250 range, but by the time it was said and done it was closer to $500.00. I would have done it myself but decided it was worth the $500.00 to pay my attorne. If you like you can PM me for his details, he is a skydiver from the 70's and handles a few DZ's in Texas. Does a realy good job. If you are in Texas I know he can help you out, not sure about out of state. Otherwise I would say pay the money to an accountant, they can also help you with what type of LLC, tax questions, and the best way for your needs. Good luck

My Fathers is USPA IE, he collected the plates each year, we have them from 1972 to the last year they replaced the tags upon renewel. I think that stopped in the mid 90's in Texas. My mother now has the tag on her vehicle. My personal one is JJJUMP. I now have the tags in Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and the Florida one is one the way. Yes I too started collecting the tags. Everyone thinks it is for my initials JJSII, but really it is more for my jumping career in the beginning. It is a stutter of jj jump. I got it from one that said FALLLL so I just reversed it. did that make sense?? great tags out there!!
