1. And yet you and your fellow Liberal Democrats believe the government is chugging along with no problem. Just keep the free benefits coming. When someone from my party turns out to be scum, I'll say so. But this whole thing doesn't line up with your party line on the corrupt Obama Justice department does it?
2. My perspective is I that would never want my daughter to think that the most important aspect of our relationship is that she never has sex before marriage. The simple fact of the matter is that a good number of these girls will have sex before marriage, then their gonna have to deal with all the shame. I guess their teenage son's virginity isn't that important. I guess Bristol and Todd never made it too their Purity Ball.
3. The worst accusation is that he traded arms to Filipino Islamasist, this alone, if convicted, should put him behind bars for life.
4. This is definitely one of the more creepy aspects of fundamental Christianity. I guess in some circles it's never too early to start slut shaming your daughter. http://abcnews.go.com/travel/t/blogEntry?id=23057465&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F
5. I don't think the fundamentalist believe so much in the huggy and kissy Jesus, it really doesn't work that well with their agenda. I think they would prefer the Christianity of the Malleus Maleficarum, it really seems at times that that's the direction their heading back too.
6. A large portion of students attending catholic school in the last several decades did so because their parents thought it better than the public schools. Not necessarily for religious reasons. Or...even they thought these administrators had some level of reasonableness. Though if they observed how unreasonable public school admins are, why would they expect better in the private environment and its at will enrollment policies. I think Catholic schools are a far cry from Christian fundamentalist schools, I spent a few years in catholic schools my self and really can't even recall any type of religious classes. ( although I did get corralled into being an Alter Boy, but that's for another thread) I think if you send your kid to a fundamentalist Christian school, you know exactly what your getting into, you just don't ever see your own kid as being one the villains.
7. Just like some of the Muslim's today. Using that logic, Islam would be a righteous religion in 2,000 years.
8. I'm sure the parents understood perfectly well the extreme religious environment that their child was placed in. Only when it's their child being persecuted do they get their panties in a bunch. They got exactly what they signed up for.
9. Monty Python has some funny stuff. I haven't seen much of their work however. In 1979 movies were not in my world. Rest assured, you would not find this movie funny. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlBiLNN1NhQ&feature=youtube_gdata
10. And what have the Romans ever done for us?

They no longer offer the medical stuff, just the family lineage stuff, I've always wanted to know exactly how much Neanderthal I got in me.
12. Russia attacked Georgia? You don't make laugh my slippers. FYI: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Responsibility_for_the_Russia%E2%80%93Georgia_war The Budapest memorandum - 3. Refrain from using economic pressure on Ukraine in order to influence its politics. Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland spoke at "Ukraine in Washington 2013" conference organized by U.S.- Ukraine Foundation on December 13. "We invested more than 5 billions..." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HkAjnMtazDE Silence gold ;) I don't think that republicans are capable of sharper acts. Did you read your link?

I was wondering if anyone has ever done this and if so, were they happy with the service. https://www.23andme.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Search-Branded&utm_term=mid200&utm_content=23c_Search_Paid_Brand&cvosrc=ppc.google.23%20and%20me&matchtype=e&network=g&mobile=&searchntwk=1&content=&creative=38487164785&keyword=23%20and%20me&adposition=1t1&gclid=CITgptmHrb0CFQqCfgodqmkAZg
14. I recently watched a really interesting Frontline that kind of touched on this. The trailer is at the beginning: http://video.pbs.org/video/2365187642/
15. I watched the trailer: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bMjo5f9eiX8&feature=kp I won't be watching it. The pretense is ridiculous; a college student is forced to write the words "God is dead" or else he's going to be flunked by his atheist professor. It's just more false propaganda that Christianity is under attack in America.
16. I had a very similar slow speed malfunction on a sunset 13K H&P with an RSL. I would Have thought that after a couple of hundred jumps I would be use to the sensation of falling, but for that second or two that it took for the reserve to deploy, it was very disorientating. It erased any doubt that I ever had about using an RSL. It really sucks spending 10 minutes pulling on lines and toggles and getting ready to chop. The one thing I would have done different is to position myself so that my main would have landed closer to the landing area.
17. No I cannot. I do not believe BHO has any awareness of a soul other than his own. He is a narcissist. Matthew 7:1
18. This is not what a GOP president would do. It's probably what should be done, but no president, Dem, GOP or otherwise, would do those things. These kinds of decisions are weighed and made solely on their domestic political ramifications. Treaties and promises be damned. We did not promise Georgia that we would help ensure their security in exchange for them turning a formidable deterrent (i.e., nukes inherited post USSR) over to the very country that now threatens the security of a country that did just that. We tricked the Ukraine into de-nuking, and now we're letting them twist in the wind. We have not followed through with any promise of any meaningful support since WW2. Just ask the Koreans, the Cuban counter-revs., the Vietnamese, the Iranians, the Iraqis, the Afghanis, the Libyans, the Egyptians, the Kurds, the Contras, etc., etc., etc. Anyone else (Israel, the Baltics, NATO, et al.) who is counting on the US when things get dicey better watch their backs. Disgusting, really. It pains me to realize that the last President who followed through with such a commitment was FDR's Lend-Lease in 1940 and subsequent support. Well, we did run the commies out of Grenada ...almost forgot about that one. And it was a very good thing, regardless of how we got the nukes out of Ukraine. I don't recall a treaty, let alone a ratified treaty with Ukraine. It was very much in the direct interest of the US not to have every former Soviet republic not keep their Soviet nukes. Ukraine was also never going to keep the nukes anyways, they knew they did not have the facilities or the billions of dollars to maintain them. The Ukraine and Russia have a long and complicated history, longer than we've been a country, I'm a bit tired of being the world's police and spending more on defense than almost the rest of the world combined. Perhaps it's best to start with economic sanctions and go from there instead of doing what the pundits at Fox want to do. "I looked deep into the man's eyes. I was able to get a sense of his soul" Can you honestly imagine if Obama had said that? FWIW, I found this pretty interesting. http://www.brookings.edu/~/media/research/files/papers/2011/5/trilateral%20process%20pifer/05_trilateral_process_pifer.pdf#page8
19. I just thank my lucky stars that McCain/Palin are not in the White House.
20. I wonder how many races you need until you can wear a Go-Pro.
21. Just don't tell me he's 80.
22. Let me help refresh some memories. http://mediamatters.org/blog/2014/03/04/flashback-2008-when-a-russian-invasion-made-fox/198322
23. The last Republican president didn't do anything close to that when Russia invaded a country - perhaps you can remind us what that president did in response to the invasion of Georgia
24. Who really gets stuck with those unpaid bills are the taxpayers and anyone who has private insurance. Until we let the un-insured drop dead in the ER, the only option is to mandate that people have a minimum level of insurance, it's not perfect, but I have yet to hear of an alternative. Outside of having a mandated savings account and mandated smaller houses and cars, it seems like mandated health insurance is a step in the right direction.
25. I didnt say that I am saying they lost the plans they liked because of the law and many of them have higher costs and out of pocket costs than what they had before Now the supporters say well, their plan was sub standard For who? Government burocrats who already cost 47% more than their private sector counter parts? Also, I posted a story in this thread about a man who had signed up he had paid His coverage was to begin Jan 1 this year according to the AZ HC websight Now HE owes $407k because no insurance covers him One story? Yes, just like yours Would you like to make a wager that this gets straightened out? Are you also that naive to think that out of millions of policies being issued that there should not be a single mistake? Perhaps you could also enlighten us on how much this 62 year old man, with a previous heart condition would have spent on an insurance policy before the ADA.
