2 Super Otters a Skyvan and a King Air. Skydive Radio -
What do you mean "if"? It's Dollar Daze, how can you live in the midwest and not come? What about Matt? Is he going to make it? Skydive Radio

Missed you last year Aimee. Kept waiting for you to come by the campsite looking for video on the dick dive. You gotta make it back this year. By the way, I think I have some photo's from the 2003 dick dive. I'll have to try and find them. -Dave Skydive Radio

When did you first start filming tandems for money?
diverds replied to Newbie's topic in Photography and Video
Jump numbers are only an indicator of experience, not ability. Maybe a better question for you to be asking is if you are able to fly a good video slot consistantly and more importantly...safely. Skydive Radio -
I'm offended you would even ask such a thing. Skydive Radio

Next week on Skydive Radio we will be having a conversation with master rigger Dave DeWolf. If you have questions or comments for Dave you can email skydiveradio@gmail.com or leave a voice comment at 206.600.JUMP. We will try to get all your questions worked into the conversation. Skydive Radio

So how much did you pay them to stand in on that picture? Heard you were coming to town. Make sure to look me up when you get in. Lets have a beer or 12. -Dave Skydive Radio

That may be a bit of an overstatement. The party was not as wild as normal but I wonder if part of that was location. Personally I did not care for the new party spot and thought that might have played some role. Overall though it was still the same couchfreaks I have come to love over the last 15 years. Every year it feels like a reunion to me. I can't wait to see you all! Skydive Radio

I have a 4-channel mixer (can't remember the brand now but there are several choices for under $100) and a Videonics TM-2000 Titlemaker which you can pick up on ebay for under $150. With it you can do titles and fades and it also has S-Video inputs and outputs which is nice. Skydive Radio

I have had the same experience with Conceptus. Great customer service...great product. -Dave Skydive Radio

I would be very interested to hear some of that. -Dave Skydive Radio

Does it bother you to kiss a girl who is wearing lipstick?

Who's going to Dollar Daze this year? Skydive Radio

Your camera guy was Marc Hobbs. He's from Des Moines Iowa. Skydive Radio

Dollar Daze is the years best boogie period. 2 twin otters, a skyvan, and a king air will keep you in the air all day long, but it's the people and the nightlife that make this such a special event. If you go once you will never want to miss it again, and after a few years it really becomes something of a family reunion every year. I can't recomend it highly enough. Last years price was $40 registration and $18 jumps. There are 3 free meals, tons of great prizes to win and of course the beer truck never shuts off for 5 days. If you've never been you have to come check it out. Skydive Radio

Thanks for all the positive feedback. We really enjoyed putting on the event and even though we lost money doing it we're considering it a success. Those of you who were at our boogie last year understand why we called this year’s event the "Redemption Boogie". The 4-6 hour backlog to get on a load upset many of last year’s fun jumpers. Our primary goal this year was to give back to you guys and make sure you all had a good time. From the feedback we have received via email and this forum I think we were successful. Thanks again for coming and please pass the word to your friends and get them to come with next year. Hope to see you all at Couchfreaks. Dave Schwartz Lincoln Sport Parachute Club Skydive Radio

$70 for handcam? I've seen some really cool handcam angles, but on it's own I could never justify charging a customer that much. At our dz $85 gets you outside video on DVD with quality editing including music and personalized titles, and still pictures to boot. This whole handcam thing gives me the same feeling as Skyride does. "How can we make more money by giving our customers less service?" Skydive Radio

Get as far out on the strut as you can. Leave your left foot on the corner of the step and bend your left knee so you are low. Keep your arms fully extended and your head looking to the left. With a .5 you should be able to get both instructor and passenger in frame. Skydive Radio
