ok so you can't take just 1 hand off the wheel to place or answer a call (this would be wrong, dangerous & illegal) but it is okay, you can take 1 hand off the wheel, if you also take both of your eyes & your concentration, off the road to look at the phone, locate the contact & dial. yet once you've placed the call, you can't simply look back at & focus on the road & traffic talking to whomever you just dialed when they answer, unless it's hands-free. because???? comparatively speaking that would be more dangerous & wrong???? WTF? Q: Does the new “hands-free” law allow drivers 18 and over to text page while driving? i have a bad habit of over using them at times. i picked it up from writing poetry & song lyrics. that & the fact that i'm a terrible typer + i hit it when i mean to use a period or comma & i'm too lazy & don't care enough to go back & correct. but usually i go to the opposite extreme and use little or no punctuation at all. until someone says something.
