  1. P.S. Georger - are you talking in riddles now? Yes, I know there are game players out here and it is all about MONEY. For me it is only about the TRUTH....money won't do me much good where I am going. I think you are confused ... I was referring to college basketball, March Madness, the NCAA playoffs which are going on right now ... I asked if you and your team played basketball? I was suggesting a basketball match might be preferrable to going to war against the FBI, or whatever it is you have planned that Sluggo and you are talking about ... I just dont like all this bitterness but I am at a complete loss to do anything about it. I think Sluggo is giving you very good wise advice. I dont know what else to say -
  2. It is so frigging easy to skip posts that you find uninteresting or irrelevant. and when all of the posts are about one person/topic then what? I have never found E-Weber Entertainment Tonight interesting or relevant, once it was proved Duane was not DB Cooper which was months ago here. As to Jo's threatened or announced or proposed "moves", whatever that is, and Sluggo seems to know, I wonder if its just more empty Jo Weber rhetoric. The only thing that comes to my mind is something Jerry said a few posts back, ie. that somebody wanted to do a documentary on Jo Weber. Whatever that would be. Meanwhile, Safe does have his vids up, which Sluggo announced. His vids are very specific as to content. In addition Safe and I did exchange one PM which I felt was productive. I then looked at Safe's vids again and have a number of very specific questions about assumptions Safe makes in his vids ... all of which I felt was highly discussable here but once again nobody is interested ... Jo Weber concerns take precidence. Yes Orange: for me at least it is frustrating to a point. Beyond that its just a boring ballgame with score which will probably never be surpassed. Meanwhile my whole State and everyone here is shocked and amazed and very pleased that little ole UNI beat Kansas! Tosaw (and Galen) would know what Im talking about!! So a lot of my attention is focused on Friday when UNI plays again and win or lsoe UNI has a special place in everyone's heart here ... we might even recruit their coach to come to UI (but thats a deep secret!). UNI deserves all the praise it is getting. UNI is a little funded superbly coached courageous bunch of very talented folks who have emerged as small town teams are supposed to emerge in the American way of things - and that is headline in our minds here. Does Jo Weber's team play basketball?
  3. It isnt MY forum. Why would you even say something like this? Maybe at this point it would be better for me to withdraw and ley you, 377, and Jo (Orange) just do your thing. You seem to have the central vision for how everything should proceed at this forum and elsewhere, and I do not want to become your scapegoat a second time. Go forth ... I just thought maybe we should get around to discussing DB COOPER at some point. Obviously I am limiting the discussion here. I dont understand where you are going - so will just become a spectator or leave when the score is 100,000 to 3.
  4. More to the point and back on subject, did DB Cooper know Frank Scozzari, or did Duane know the person? Is this thread about DB Cooper or Jo Weber? Jo Weber and Sluggo are both on Sluggo's forum. Cant issues between Jo Weber and Sluggo be addressed there?
  5. The ever patient Ckret still takes calls from Jo. You just have to admire that. I certainly do. Jo, I hope you understand that the above quote tells us absolutely nothing of substance. Sometimes I wonder if you are aware of how little relevant information you convey in your evasive posts. So you are planning to make some kind of "move" and Carr said you "might get into trouble" if you proceeded. Yawwwwnnnn.... Wake me up when you have some relevant information Jo. You feel a need to be secretive but also a need to post. The two dont combine well for forum readers. Still, I am glad you are well enough to vigorously pursue your "Duane was Cooper" quest, however ill advised and unproductive it may be. 377 I dont support this position. I cant support this position, because of the very high cost to others who are totally innocent in the whole matter of Jo's agenda now 13+ years old.
  6. Cook proposed this very argument a few years ago and I discussed it here on the forum. I think this fails to account for too many things. I appreciate the kind words, I actually wasn't intending for those videos to be public - at least not yet, but since the cat is out of the bag, I'll leave them public for a while. They're a very small portion of a larger body of work I've already done (Sluggo's link begins at the 10th segment) - and is only a small part of what I will address in subsequent vids. As it is, the content of the four videos have never been discussed here or anywhere else that I'm aware of - at least not the way I present them. They represent some of the newer angles I've taken in looking at this. Up through the last video, I've pointed out 3 separate paradoxes and showed why the conventional way of resolving them will never work - this involved some math and stats. I have not yet discussed how one would actually resolve them. The videos that Sluggo link to only discuss the last (and least significant) paradox. When these are done, I'll let you guys know. Until then, you can send me a PM or whatever and I'll respond (may take me a few weeks, but eventually I will). Take care, and happy to see you all still having fun and enjoying the greatest unsolved mystery of all time! Thank you Safe for the reply to my PM. It's our first real esxchange since this all began way back and it is appreciated on this end. I replied in kind and maybe we can make some progress - but thanks in any event. Its appreciated. G.
  7. It's not possible to spread a virus through the text of the forums, but it's entirely possible that if you have pop-ups enabled a virus could be spread via malicious code hidden in ads. That is exactly how it happened ... Popup appeared when I clicked the url here, popup required that I click it to be able to enter this site, and ..... zap.
  8. Quote A malware virus of the Root variety has been detected here and intercepted several times when calling up this Cooper thread url at Dropzone. There is no question about this - This new as of Sunday, so far as I know. If you are using IE the virus will try to redirect you and download the virus on to your computer. A popup may or may not be involved prior the virus trying to load on to your computer. Thought the administrator might like to know this. G.
  9. I literally dont have the timefor your biased morass at this time. I am a formally trained logician and Im saying Safefracking PLF violates every rule in the book when it comes to logic. He uses the word but his demonstrations have nothing to do with formal logic. My credentials include a degree in the Phil of Science & Mathematics: Professors Butchvarov, Klein, Hildale, Madison, Bergmann, Allaire, Hausman, etc. all of whom were or are professional logicians working in various fields ... What are your crednetials in this area? What are Safe's credentials in this area? And if you are going to attack me consider Safe;s use of the word 'morons' referring to others multiples of times in his videos (and here). I am entitled to my opinion whether you like it or not. Safecracking uses the word logic without demonstrating its use. Assumptions SF makes are: (as quoted from his vids) *no frags were found at T Bar *search of T Bar by othjers ytielded no frags or other cash ... or evidence. *the bags arrived atT Bar unbroklen *bag was not ripped when it arrived at T Bar *money bag would remain on the ebafher longer than the money *there were only 3 stacks *money is eqsi4est tod iscover the day it arrives *bag wasnt left behjind *nothing at T Bar to rip or snag the bag *only bad conditions bills were spilled at T Bar - good condx bills could not have arrived at T Bar! *the money find is "axiomatic" !!!!!!!!! (what is an AXIOM according to SFCPLF) .... I wont even bother to list the rest of this assumpotin-filled nonsense. I can guarantee you formally trained people are laughing at Safe's vids ... they are empty conjecture. As a personal statement: I see nothing in these amateurish videos of Safecrackings which demonstrates in any manner a formal training in mathematics, logic, or similar disciples of education ... What do you see Quade that has you all excited about them? [edit] If you or anyone else wants to discuss these matters (Safe's socalled logic) in a formal way I will be more than happy to do it. As a practical matter, a 'logical' analysis is usually no better than the assumptions on which it is founded. If one's assumptions are wrong or open-ended, then this usually yields false conclusions. It does not take someone trained in formal logic to know that - this is common sense. Safe probably know this - nevertheless Safe goes ahead and it his persistence in going ahead to worthless conclusions that I have to question. Would anyone "finance" a search expedition or the expenditure of resources based on Safe's socalled logical analysis? ... see next post
  10. At least somebody here is thinking! The Revrund Billy-Bob Safecracking PLF Esq Jumper n' Stumper Logician and all-around-go-gitter, is not a logician! Not only does the Rev. Safecracking PLF Esq have his facts wrong while making assumptions nobody is willing to make, he does not know the first thing about what "formal logic" is or "how logic works"! The Rev. SafecrackingPLF needs to take a course in logic and drop his Bible verse parsing ... Preaching is not logic! Christ on a crutch! E(x) st. x> {n1....nm} ^ Rev. SafercrackingPLF -(x') ! I have one more post I wish to make and will then be back Monday, maybe. I do note Sluggo has admitted Skyjack71 to his forum .... so that is the end of his forum. Too bad. I'll keep the rest until later but I see you folks have been busy.... dizzy.
  11. When does the wailing and sobbing and gnashing of teeth start?
  12. Got the best news possible last night. Am headed west for 4 days to celebrate. The problem is solved and over with! Its a miracle. Thanks, sir.
  13. It goes to consistency on Jo's part. Sluggo may be saying Jo has been consistent on this one point so far as he knows, but it still does not address the larger issue of Jo's consistency. I guess I just dont understand Jo Weber's story.
  14. Me too! There are some episodes that never made the major press. In the late 70s a solo female sailor in a Suntory sponsored sailboat race from the US to Japan made a frantic radio call saying she was witnessing an atomic explosion and feared for her life. Her description was nearly identical to the one supplied by the JAL 747 crew, but took place years earlier than their sighting. Many thought she was hallucinating from lack of sleep, but the later JAL accounts make me think she saw exactly the same phenomena. No light flash. No residual radioactivity. No sesimic event at the reported musroom cloud location. What could it have been? http://www.nytimes.com/1985/05/21/science/a-year-after-mushroom-cloud-the-mystery-lingers.html?&pagewanted=1 377 hi altitude plasma discharge - silent, seems stationary until it fads away, no seismic counterpart. Seems all- consuming as seen from ground level then slowly fads away into nothing. The gods have their own play toys.
  15. Georger: I fail to understand why this is such an issue with you. Media always does what is better for them in time and space. He died 11 days after the incident describe above. ==================== ONE final time!. The nurses station was right out side of the door - hence why he asked me if there was anyone in the room. I was getting a cigarette out because they allowed him to smoke if I held the cigarette for him (due to the fact that he had broken fingers in his left hand that had not healed from a fall). He motioned that he did not want a cigarette and asked me to come closer (note I was several feet away from him at that moment). I sat down beside his bed after he said he had something to tell me and he motioned for me to come closer. After his confession and several moments of TRYING to explain to me what he was TRYING to tell the BIMBO (me) who Dan Cooper was- THIS WAS WHEN HE SHOUTED "OH, FXXX, LET IT DIE WITH ME!". This was said very loudly and very strongly - 2 nurses came running into the room - thinking he was upset and one of them came back a few moments later with some pills or a shot (I don't remember). There was NO ONE present in the room until he shouted. ==================
  16. 1st the mis-quote: Jo has denied that Duane’s statement about him being Cooper was a “death-bed” confession every since my first contact with her (in 2003). Others have used that terminology (authors, journalist, i-Net posters, etc.) but Jo has never said it. I have documentation to prove that she has attempted to curtail the use of that term. So why do you use the term on your own website but are now arguing against using the term saying you have documentation Jo says she never said 'death bed confession'? Verbatum from Sluggo's website: http://n467us.com/ "A Florida woman told authorities that her late husband, Duane Weber, had confessed on his deathbed to being Cooper." and "She put the information out of her mind. Her husband was likable and friendly, she says. And as he lay in the hospital in 1995, her thoughts were only on his condition. But when she didn't respond to his statement, Duane became upset and shouted so loudly the nurses heard his words: "Oh, let it die with me!" Moments later Duane was sedated; he died soon after. " "Oh, let it die with me". (Duane's on words as given by Jo Weber.) [edit] For those of you who have questioned my statement Jo said there was a witness in the room who according to Jo overheard Duane's "words", simply read the above again. It says: "Duane became upset and shouted so loudly the nurses heard his words: "Oh, let it die with me!" Nurses plural. Jo has also given another account in which only one nurse was present in the room but did not hear (or would not later confirm) hearing Duane's exact words. BTW: Is everyone aware the nurses who attended Duane during this period Jo/Sluggo describes have been interviewed? But, Jo now says on March 12th in red capped letters: "I have NEVER said there was a witness in the room at the time he told me he was Dan Coooper." Jo didnt object when Ckret used the term on Nov9 2009 post #13696. Jo says Oct 28 2009: I WILL assure you that DUANE did NOT MUMBLE a death bed confession. It was very matter of fact and very clear and very loud - it was 11 days before he died. He was still strong, but he could tolerate NO MORE diaylsis - he was tired of it. It was his choice to cease treatment. (all in colored caps the above) On April 10 2009 Jo says: "his confession" On Aug 20 2008 "The day of the confession was right after he had told the Dr. he wanted to cease the dialysis and was very alert (no drugs) and asked the Dr. if he would want to continue to live in his body." So,,,,, it appears the distinction Jo and Sluggo are tying us up over is an issue of ALERTNESS! Jo is saying this was a CONFESSION and not a DEATH BED CONFESSION implying Duane was alert and not a 'dead man making a delusional confession'. I guess thats what Jo and Sluggo are meaning/saying ... without explaining themselves. It does appear Sluggo needs to change his own website to be in compliance with ... 17. Slavery went back pretty far too, but that didn't make sense either so it was eliminated. Just because something is based in ancient law doesn't make it right or a good idea. BTW, you might want to think about toning down the vitriol. Seriously. You're right. There isnt anything here worth getting upset over. I just cant figure out why so many people do.
  18. Absolutely no reason involved - he Told me he was Dan Cooper 11 days before he died after he removed himself from diaylsis which meant certain death within a period of days...predicted to be 5 but turned out to be 11 days - he therefore had more kidney function than the Dr. thought. ===================== Writers and others are the one who classified it a death bed confession - and I think of a death bed confess as something one says with their last words. I expect I refuse to think of it as a death bed confession - within the limits of what I consider such. ==================== I have NEVER said there was a witness in the room at the time he told me he was Dan Coooper. It was the next day when he was talking about burying an amount of money in a bucket and he couldn't find the bucket. One of his helpers who he considered a friend came to say good-by. She remembered one amount and I remembered another. She asked me what he was talking about and I told her I didn't know. I have never ever changed my story about that. Her name was Anne and she was there on the second day - all she heard was the part about burying a bucket. ======================= Profited? I have never made one cent off of this . Tt has cost me considerable in not only money. but in time and health. =================== Not in the least concerned since I NEVER gave false information to the FBI nor to others. Good. So will you finally explain what your objection is? Or are we just supplicants at your ecclesiastical nobs? Oh Precious.
  19. Which, of course, would be stupid as hell. Why on earth anyone would ever give a "deathbed confession" any more credence than one where the person saying the thing could be held accountable is beyond me. Its a holdover from Olde English Common Law, as a formal matter iof juris prudence. Correct 377? Correct Galen? Correct Michael? Correct Penny (Penelope)? You may not like it but its a fact and it has deep precedence. And it definately has weight in the Courthouse, in just about every State and Province in the English world.. There are very sound reasons why it was applied and it is deeply grounded in British history - several wars were fought over this and its basis if I recall goes clear back to the Battle of Hastings 1066? So dont rail and do not smirk - it may help some illiterate member of your own family some day! Now, if the number of liars and degenerates happens to expand exponentially in the meantime that is not a matter of Law, but of society. Culture is deeper than society, even deeper than Jo Weber and her piddling case for Duane and herself. Someone correct me if I am actually wrong?

  21. Georger is a bulldog on this issue, but he has good reason to be. 377 Its very simple as you well-know. Deathbed confessions (statements) carry weight and in some contexts have "force of law". This is no idle matter, as Jo Weber well-knows. She didnt pick this scenario for no-reason! It was on the basis of a "death bed confession" that a number of people gave Jo Weber's story some credence .... taking her word for this. Jo even said there was a witnesses in the room and she has used this additional fact to enhance her claim many times including in this forum. Is Jo Weber now retracting her claim Duane was Cooper? ! Jo and Sluggo are apparently retracting part of the provenance Jo has lived under, profited by, and promoted her claim under for 13+ years through the Pasternak article, Jo's certifications given to FBI agent. Ralph Himmelsbach, etc. Was Jo not telling the whole truth? Giving false information to the FBI is a Federal crime, isn;t it? What say yee?
  22. Any geocacher would tell you; “It’s all about sun angle!” Many times (especially in the sagebrush covered deserts of eastern Washington) I have searched in and under a shrub, bush, or small tree and not found a cache that I “just knew” was in there, then given up and gone on down the trail looking for another. Later in the day, I returned to see the cache readily visible because the sun-angle had changed. And, sometimes it’s more than just sun-angle. Your cave search story also reminded me of a summer day search for a small opening to a huge cave on a steep cliff-like embankment in an old growth forest (in NW Georgia). The search lasted all day and movement along the embankment (about 45-degrees) was exhausting. We gave up due to fatigue, heat, insect bites and humidity. In the fall or early winter (temperature in the 40s and humidity in the 90s) we were squirrel hunting along the same ridge and I noticed steam (vapor condensate) coming out from behind a clump of bushes. The opening to the cave was the source of the vapors. The amazing thing about it was that when we were looking for the cave, we rested (and ate) on a flat rock that was about 8 feet down-slope from the opening. That means when I was standing on the rock, my eyes were about 4-feet from the opening. I don't know what you are going to do, but I know I can't lie around and be lazy. I am a Thing-Finder, and when you're a Thing-Finder you don't have a minute to spare....The whole world is full of things, and somebody has to look for them. And that's just what a Thing-Finder does. -Pippi Longstocking ok, I'll bite, I guess... But first!, I want to know about this "weber didnt confess on his deathbed" shit. What's that all about that you and Jo posted?
  23. DROPs??? You gonna jump Jo? 377 I just erased what I had written. I think I will keep my thoughts to myself. Jo has been at this for 5,113.5 days at minimum. It is probably twice that. Three times? She is no further than when she started. Jo Weber has nothing but Quade!
  24. Mr. Pot . . . Mrs. Kettle. Seriously. Isn't it all really the same for most of the people here; just a little slice of trivia buff fame and immortality for being connected with DB Cooper? And I'm including the famous FBI agents and infamous people that do the crappy "reenactments", "scientific photo analysis" and TV specials as well. It's certainly not the money . . . I mean . . . unless you actually DO find who DB Cooper was with 100% certainty. However, just like getting back to the Art Bell analogy, a couple of you might actually sell a little book or two and eek out a meager existence that way on the subject or help promote a career, but if you REALLY wanted the BIG money, you'd show the thing; the sasquatch, the proof aliens existed or who DB Cooper was. But you can't because the proof doesn't exist, so you go for the minor amounts of money and attention and bicker with each other has the "real" story when the fact is it doesn't look like any of you can actually prove anything. Just as Jo can't prove Weber was Cooper, you can't prove he wasn't. Jo can't prove he was in the plane, but can any of you prove he wasn't? Can you, for instance, say for certain that Weber was locked up somewhere on that night? If you could, you'd be one step closer, but unfortunately, you can't. None of the professional investigators I've ever heard of, including the FBI, can prove Weber wasn't Cooper. Alternatively, find the rig. If he went in, it will be more than obvious that Weber wasn't Cooper. It won't prove who DB Cooper was, but it sure as hell would prove it wasn't Weber. Until you can do that, she gets to tell her story because it's just as "valid" as any of the other crap here. Please, somebody prove me wrong. To be perfectly honest, I think you guys are afraid somebody will actually find DB Cooper. It means the cottage industry of DB Cooper storytelling and self promotion is over for everyone except the lucky winner. Cottage industry? Of course your comments give Jo an out - 'Im just looking for the truth'. Never mind that Im creating a cottage industry as I try. Thats just accidental. I assure you "I" am not in need of any cottage industry. You and Jo and Snowmman may be.
  25. Brevity G, brevity. You have a solid propagation path and a strong signal. Do you realise in all this time Jo Wener has never told "anyone" what she wants out of this? Oh, excuse, I guess the name is WEBER. So many pieces of shit have surfaced and floated down the river since the night of 11-24-71 its hard to keep track. Jo reminds me of an idiot who surfaced in 1976 and for a very short time she had a very strong case, so it seemed, but then it turned out she wan't even who she said she was. Another after the money find in 1980, another in 86, another in 91 ......... and then Jo Weber! Pasternak missed all of that of course or he probably never would have given Jo Weber 2 minutes of his time not to mention the publisher US News and World Report. So what exactly does Jo weber expect and want? Isnt it about time Jo weber state what she wants? Its a fair question. Jo will never answer this question - even if Duane were declared to be DB Cooper! ?
