Dan "rented" a room in the basement, but was asked to leave at the end of the month because he didn't pay the rent. Bob says that he and Dan talked nearly every day, and that is when Bob learned about Dan's life as a smokejumper in the 1950s in Montana. Bob has said that those 30 days in 1961 was also the time when Dan suggested that Bob team up with him to develop the "system to beat the system." Bob also met Dan about six months later in the spring of 1962 at the Seattle World's Fair, where Dan was working as the Bubbleator operator. Bob says that Dan also got a job at Boeing, presumably around the summer of 1962, but Bob and Dan apparently never met during that time. Overlapping his time at Boeing apparently, Dan also started working full-time at Lake Washington High School in Kirkland, WA as an English teacher in the fall of 1962, as I understand the story-line. Sheridan has refused to confirm, deny or clarify any of this information in the many emails I have sent him. In the one phone call I made to Sheridan, the elderly male voice who answered denied that he was Sheridan Peterson, and also refused to tell me who he was. Nevertheless, the phone number I called was registered to the address of a Sheridan Peterson, living in the Santa Rosa, California area. Mr. Peterson no longer lives at that address, as I learned when I went to visit him there this past January. Also, the de-coding of the "system to beat the system letter," the so-called "Playboy Magazine letter" because Playboy magazines are the source of the all the text in the letter, is utterly remarkable. How the letter was decoded, and the precision in the video is stunning. I would love to know more about this de-coding, who did it, and how it was done. Either the de-coder composed the original letter, or was informed directly by the author. Either way, this is one Playboy I want to read, if you catch my drift.... Don't flatter yourself into believing that the Cooper case has driven me crazy. If anything, I lose interest in it by the day. Either Kenny was the guy and Bernie Geestman helped him, or neither man was involved. I've done about all I can on it, and I am unwilling to spend any more money out of the AB accounts to chase that question any further. The Seattle FBI office has already admitted to me on two occasions that they have never investigated Christiansen. They did, however, investigate Marla Cooper's claim about Uncle LD, which was based on extremely flimsy evidence. My take on the whole thing is very simple: I can't twist their arms and I can't do their job for them. If they choose not to make at least a minimal investigation on KC, then that's the way it goes. We even canceled the Cooper Thing at the Auburn Avenue Theatre for this August. If I were really interested in marketing the book, I would not have done this. What has happened is that most people here read my intentions incorrectly. It was NEVER about the money for a book. It was about finding out the truth one way or another. Rataczak is the fellow on the right with the circular insignia on his hat. Compare with Rataczak's picture on page 47 of Tosaw's book. In the old days, flight attendants also wore wings and the purser would probably have one strip on his/her(?) company jacket. and so I post my original photo again! with add ons. Blevins can take credit for the ID if he wants. How do you know its Rataczak? Tosaw's book? Does Tosaw talk about Blevins posting his photo? Or show the same in his book? Why don't you post a link...or source...to prove that Adventure Books now owns the copyright to the pictures that were most likely taken before you or your associates were born. Blevins, I hope you didn't pay good money for the pictures of KC's "paratrooper training". Those two pictures don't have anything to do with paratrooper training. In fact, based on the uniforms and equipment, both pictures were probably made prior to 1935, repeat 1935, and not 1945. Those fellows look like they were getting ready to go chase Pancho Villa. Paratrooper training is only about three weeks long and concentrates on parachutes and related equipment and not weapons training. Quote Details details!
