Lyle also says Kenny said he had a big secret to share with Lyle, again according to RMB. Big Secret is being leveraged like a "wage earner sheeple" on the job, serving one theory one minute, another theory and new set of claims the next! Big Secret might sue for on the job abuse, as different employers with different claims and needs and demands come a go daily, for three plus years? Every day seems to usher in new demands on poor ole Mr. Big Secret. Big Secret wants his freedom! Lyle goes to Porteous not to dig into Kenny's big secret, but to pitch a movie script. I still am reminded of the "expert" years ago who had the case "solved", who said 'He got away. It's obvious! That Navy parachute Cooper used had a life raft built into it - they all did.' Yeah - you're right. In my defense, I had to address "shoot from the hip" quotes that I suspect are totally inaccurate and misleading, such as quoting from a UK document when discussing US patient disclosure rules. As to reason for death - I agree with Blevins that cause of death -on its face - has nothing to do with cooper. You even made quotes on what the witness said. You also said researchers you trust have seen an HIV-related disease listed on Kenny's death certificate. We supported every single line EXCEPT the paragraph where he hints strongly that Kenny Christiansen was a pedophile...and presents no proof, no witness testimony, no evidence. Because if a prior pathology report reported 'Kaposi type cells with a developed grade, that's it - then there is no need for an HIV test. The witness claims he saw the word "Kaposi" on one or more of KC's certificates. He seems very certain of this; its not a common word. We may never get to the bottom of this and what you cite is one possible reason. A lot also depends on the physician and hospital involved. Likewise on patient requests. This all varies widely and records could be deep and detailed, or shallow and general, accordingly. Sluggo may be monitoring this and could say a few things. I am aware of some of the 'occupational studies' that may be involved, specifically concerning pathology of cell types defined in occupational studies. Some of my best friends have been pathologists! Colorectal cancer is not a pathology cell type but a generic term. Kaposi is a pathology defining cell type whose locus can also be colorectal. It is possible (though I am told rare) that a death certificate could contain the terms colorectal and kaposi (pathology indicator). Produce his death certificate and his HIV test report(s). You do realise KC's BIG SECRET could also have been his gay lifestyle with or wthout HIV. From an actuarial point of view which has the highest probability? That Kenny was gay with a gay lifestyle? There's been a lot of opinions on the dredging, but I don't know that anyone has ever said with certainty what type of dredging was done at this particular place in the 70s. I also don't know what is at the other end of that pipe that you show - are there cutters/grinders at the intake end? But I agree with you - I have seen this type of dredge pipe, I've seen images of the ones with the blades, I've seen the claw and dump ones. I've also seen pictures of large, intact objects that have come out of dredging pipes. Another point of contention has been the Palmer report. Lots of disagreement and, as with many things cooper, yesterday's expert is today's idiot --so who knows what to believe.
