  1. no problem. people confuse me with being Blevins, all the time.
  2. 90% of the time (or higher) its above freezing in the Portland area, according to the data. What few cold snaps occurred between 70 and 1980 were flanked by very warm temps (and rain quite often) ... not conditions conducive to ice formation say in Vancouver Lake or the Shillapoo, that I can see. I wonder what the agent had in mind ...
  3. Blevins, To the best of my memory, a parachute was NOT required for doing acrobatic flying in the early 1970s EXCEPT in certain situations. If you were flying your own plane solo and not-for-profit, then no parachute was required. If you were carrying paying passengers and doing acrobatics, then a parachute was required for each person on board. Generally speaking for sports aviation, if you were interested in staying alive, then a parachute was a very good idea. If not, then no need for one. For sports contests with airplanes, the organizer usually required a parachute. Robert99 Why don't you call Hayden and ask him yourself? He has an ongoing business in Kent, WA and freely answers questions if you are nice. He is not hard to find. First you say chutes weren't required. Then you say if people wanted to stay alive, or it was required by an organizer, they would wear them. Well, maybe Hayden wanted to stay alive. He said he was told (we're talking late 60's here) he had to get chutes. Ask HIM. It's verification of the source. Why would you take my word alone on it anyway? Take your own advice! You call Hayden. It's you raising hell about this! Nobody else is ... Play it again on Broadway cross posterman ...
  4. G REPLIES: You have the wrong guy. I didnt say the above in fact Ive barely said anything about the Amboy chute or Hayden etc ... in the history of this thread. This must be a Blevins quote above. Blevins cross-posts so one doesnt know sometimes who said what or where something is coming from. Address the cross poster Blevins on this. Or, say nothing ... because as long as Blevins is here this is all a fruitless discussion, ie. there is no discussion, just Blevination- bloviation daily/hourly.... good luck. I personally see your points and have never argued with you about it. I know nothing about thsse "shoots".
  5. You are correct. Daily temp data 1970-1980 does not support the idea of much ice in the Portland area, and certainly not sustained periods of icing (hard deep ice). See attached. There was only one sutained period where ice could even form in the Portland area; from Dec through January 1978 and the lowest temp during that period is 14F, flanked by temps in the 20s and mid 30s. Every period where ice could form briefly 1970-1980, is flanked by extended periods of much higher temperatures where any ice established would quickly melt, not to mention rain also during the same period. This data does not seem to support the idea that ice was a factor in conveying much of anything, in the Portland to Tina Bar area of the Columbia (1970-1980) ???
  6. Keep working to invent more backstories you can milk ... Hayden has said that he never saw the inside of either container the entire time he owned those chutes. Now...someone obviously took a look at the chute that exists. You can see that in the picture. It's white. As far as the tan color of the chute held by the FBI, I wonder if it could have taken on the color due to being buried for forty years in the cold, wet ground of Washington state. Who knows? Or maybe it was never white at all. Also...the two chutes from Hayden were NOT identical. Who said that? One was the Pioneer sport, the other was a canopy packed inside an NB-6. And as I said, Hayden told me personally that he never saw inside it, never used it, and was not around when it was repacked by Cossey. And I have not seen any statements by Cossey saying that it was a white canopy. The NB-6, I mean. As far as milking, I'm not the only one here who has gone off ad infinitum on minute details regarding the hijacking. Many of these details, even if they were settled, would get you no closer to solving the case. And yes...mention of, and questions about the Amboy chute are discussed in my upcoming book. It's covered in much more detail than I have ever presented here. It relies heavily on FBI statements and actions regarding the chute, a detailed timeline, and all available media articles on it. Chapter six. Blevin's blunders: 1. "Im leaving the DZ now." 2. "I'm not interested in DB Cooper that much, I have other things to do." 3. "I'll have the death certificate of KC's in a day or two." 7. "My life isn't about DB Cooper." 8. "Bruce Smith needs to learn more fundamentals about journalism." 9. "I've got more important things to do than talk about DB Cooper." 10. "My book on DB Cooper is not the largest seller at AB." 11. "Everytime Georger gets nasty with me, I sell more books." 12. "I have edited over 500 books." 13. "My life does not revolve around DB Cooper." 14. "Research it yourself." 15. "I'm very respectful to the FBI, and am always courteous with them." 16. "What? You trust the FBI?" 17. "Call Lyle yourself." 18. "Skipp Porteous now lives in CA." 19. "Galen Cook's witnesses are in it for the money." 20. 8. Ive never found any early statement of a total amount Brian found - anywhere. There is definately nothing in what Tom s calling the FBI Transcript. Nothing in any early newspaper article Ive ever found, except for refereces to Brian finding $3000. Nothing in sources Ive interviewed. Somewhere the early reports of Brian finding $3000 morphed into $5800 later ... and my guess is it surfaced in some interview Himmeslsbach gave to somebody. I dont think anybody knew/knows how much money was found due to bills being stuck together and fragments etc. All of the early newspaper accounts seem to refer to Brian finding $3000.00 Again, where and when it jumped to $5800, I dont know. I could search all of the newspaper articles I have and try to locate a source and date ... if it matters. My guess is the FBI was the source of $5800 at some point, and it might have been Himmelsbach first stated $5800 at some point ... since Himmelsbach was the point man at first. Maybe it was Pringle in Seattle? I guess the best way to find out would be to ask Brian exactly how much money he has. since it went to court there must of been a way they divided the cash? did they ever weigh the money? Its my understanding the Court awarded Brian, the insurance co., and the FBI each a certain percentage which translated into a certain number of intact bills and msc fragments. I would like to see the Court documents. I have never seen them or made any attempt to see them, due to it being tangential to the Cooper case. I tend to believe it was either Himmelsbach or Pringle who first announced "$5800" to the news media, and what the basis for that was ... I dont know. It could very well have been the assumption, there was $2000 in each bundle. They knew they had at least 2 wholebundles and part of a third based on rubber band fragments being reported by the Ingrams. Thats roughly $6000 based on $2k per bundle. Ckret could never find the lab reports to know if the lab looked for (and found) band fragments on some of the bills.. so it goes back to what the Ingrams reported finding ... two bundles bounded by band fragments the Ingrams brushed away, and a third broken bundle with band marks on one side only ... equals 3 bundles. Everything found had been dismantled by the Ingrams at the apartment. What they presented to H at the Portland office was a box dismantled bundles with some bills still stuck together they had not been able to separate. The Ingrams had made a concerted effort to separate as many of the bills as possible because it was their expectation to turn the bills into a bank for redemption. So what the FBI lab was sent were piles of bills some still stuck together, just as the FBI media photo shows. That photo was taken in real time at the meeting between the Ingrams and the FBI. Himmelsbach got all excited and called a press conferenece even before the Ingrams had met with the FBI! So what those media photos show is exactly what the Ingrams presented, in the form it arrived, in real time. The FBI did not take immediate custody of the money after Harold called the Portland FBI and revealed his find. Rather, Harold talked to the FBI a second time later in the day after the FBI had had a chance to run several serial numbers which established the Ingram find as Cooper related. The FBI waited for Harold and Pat to bring the money in the next day. H alerted the news media and called a press conference for the next day! The Ingrams now knew what they had. What is not generally known is the Ingrams then witheld a few bills as 'souvenirs'. Those few bills were turned in later by Crystal Ingram, in a later meeting with Himmelsbach. The sources for this include newspaper artcles and radio station reports of the time, interviews ans reports from Ingram family members, and what Tom is calling the "FBI Transcript", as well as other sources.

Maybe it was Pringle in Seattle? In the early phase I dont think anyone had a total amount, and I have solid reasons for saying this. One reason is the Ingrams were lobbying for a reward (from somebody) for Brian. The Ingrams actually contacted news media in this regard and one reporter asked one of the Ingrams how much Brian had found ... and nobody had a firm idea of the total amount. One thought was, if the FBI wasn't going to give Brian a "reward", then Brian should be awarded some percentage of the money found as his reward. (The FBI resisted this). But the idea Brian should be given some percentage as a finder's fee persisted ... and this idea became the basis for the Ingram's lawsuit (with Tosaw), and in fact became the basis for Brian being awarded a certain number of bills vs a monetary reward, by the Court. The insurance company was likewise awarded a certain number of bills.
  10. Supposedly, this was done for three main reasons. First, they already knew how much money had arrived from the bank, i.e. the amount requested by the hijacker and provided by SeaFirst. Second, to make the hijacker believe the money was not recorded. Third, because no one had time to count out individual bills because everyone was in a quick-fast New York hurry to get the money to the plane. I can envision them tearing off the paper bands, pulling off stacks of bills without counting them, getting the rubber bands onto the stacks, and tossing the finished bundles into the money bag. All of the above, as you say, is your imagination. We, on the other hand, are looking for ... what's that word? Facts. Of course if you have done actual research and can provide proof of your imagined scenarios, then by all means - present ity thingy. On a related topic, money, tell us about Lyle and the money? Sluggo referred to Lyle's patents after doing a search. Not sure what triggered Sluggo to look in that direction. Maybe Sluggo was suspicious and looking for 'credibility' ? Tell us about Lyle's patents and other promotions. Is Lyle an "idea man"? What else besides Kenny, and who else besides Kenny, has Lyle tried to sell to 'Hollywood', in addition to his patents and "my brother was DB Cooper"? Do Lyle and Bob Knoss communicate and share ideas and ideas for patents? Does Lyle think in 'scripts'? Big ideas. Big Secrets. Patents. Selling people and ideas to Hollywood and producers? Is this the context into which "Kenny was DB Cooper and had a Big Secret" fits? Why did you sign on in this quest for a "big idea" that pays money? In addition to Lyle's "my brother was DB Cooper", Lyle also has other patents, and has tried to sell other ideas and even people to movie producers in Hollywood - at least that's what others who have looked into this are now saying. Lyke seems to be an "idea man". Lyle's son may even be involved? Tell us about that now that you are onvolved ...
  11. Here is another article which includes FBI consultant Palmer. Picture shows Palmer in the FBI dug trench showing the layer of sand deposited by the dredge. Thanks 'Test'.
  12. I have found commentary describing a slower flow in years past vs today or the modern era. I guess the Columbia (and Willamette?) just don't freeze up like they used to. Plus 76-77 and 78-79 were remarkably dry winters if I recall. In fact here's a snip from a climatologists website talking about the Portland/Clark County area: Quote: Winter 1976-77 suffered a severe snow drought, perhaps the most severe in the past 100 years. In early January 1977, I was able to drive a passenger car all the way up to 6000 feet on the mountain's NE side, to Cloud Cap Inn, and then hike to well over 7,000 feet on the Timberline Trail, mostly walking on frozen-solid pumice, but very little snow. The road to Cloud Cap is not plowed in the winter, and is not normally free of snow until sometime in June! During this same snowless winter, the State of Washington reported that three of its highest mountain passes remained so snowfree that they were open all winter (North Cascades Pass, Chinook Pass, and Cayuse Pass (all three normally closing each winter between Oct.15-Nov15 and staying closed until late May or even June)... .... The winter of 1980-81 was also marked by a serious snow drought..... It seems assured that Winter 2004-05 will be joining the record books (see page bottom).
  13. A few days after the Tena Bar money find, the Oregonian published an article about Palmer's opinions entitled "In Geologist's Opinion 'Cooper' money spent 8 years in the river" Palmer's opinions in attached article might be the same opinions he gave to FBI later. Article Attached. nice find -
  14. Some years back, when I read Palmer's obituary, I started sending out letters to some of the people mentioned in the obituary asking about the report. Also to Portland State University. The document that arrived was not an FBI-based paper and it was at least a year later. I only took a cursory glance at it. I ASSUMED it was from one of the family members. I would say 'reviewed it' was generous. People send us stuff ALL THE TIME and mostly in manila envelopes. Everyone thinks they are an author. Some of them I only look in the top of the envelope, and if I see it's a manuscript, I hand it to Gayla for shredding. We don't accept unsolicited ms. It's on the website. If you really want to try this again, then fine. I have contacted the same people again, although I skipped the university this time because you said you found nothing there. This time I gave all of them my phone number, etc. Mostly I found them through Facebook. You know...if you had just said in the beginning that it was Bruce Smith who alleged he saw Kenny's death certificate and that it mentioned an HIV-related disease (which it doesn't by the way) I would not have bothered asking you who your 'trusted researcher' was. If Bruce had $70 extra dollars, he probably wouldn't spend it to get a copy of the certificate, but on household items or bills... Now that I see your source, well...let's just say I'm not taking it very seriously. I don't suppose it ever occurred to you that perhaps Bruce just told you that to bolster his hinting of possible relationships between KC and young boys? And if it turns out later that Bruce can't produce the evidence he says he saw personally, then where does that leave you? Will he still be on your 'trusted researcher' list? Would you be willing to post up allegations on his behalf again? By the way...I know a couple down in the Amboy area who have raised more than 350 foster children over the last 40 years. They have helped them, they have helped finance educations. Nice folks. No one has ever hinted they ever had inappropriate relationships with any of those kids, many of whom were runaways deposited with them. I think they might be a Guinness World Record. Not for real, but they should be. There is absolutely NO evidence to support even a HINT of inappropriate behavior on the part of Christiansen. All the witnesses I interviewed, many of whom are not even mentioned in the book, never gave a hint on anything remotely like that. NEVER. Friends, neighbors, acquaintances, even people who lived with Christiansen. Zip, zero, nada. It's nothing but cheap slander. Not by you, of course...you were not the originator of it...but such allegations should always demand proof or be ignored. To do otherwise is irresponsible and inappropriate. "Reviewed" was your word. Here's your post. RobertMBlevins Registered: Aug 1, 2010 Posts: 3986 Feb 27, 2013, 10:12 PM Post #41132 of 46765 (7901 views) Shortcut Re: [mrshutter45] Question! 15. Points to consider concerning the Palmer Report since the Blevins' claim the Palmer family sent him a copy of the Palmer Report: Did Tosaw have a copy - No. Did Tosaw have a copy that passed to Galen Cook? No. Did the report get into the hands of either Palmer's widow (she lives in OR) or Palmer's son in CA. ? Have these individuals been interviewed on this matter - Yes. "I asked them and the son told me that the Report was exclusive FBI property, since they paid Palmer to do the work. They said they have never seen the report." Did Palmer himself have a courtesy copy in his office? The archivist at the PSU Library reports no such report was noticed in Palmer's papers at PSU. Did any of Palmer's colleagues or students have the report? Only one former colleague and a student of Palmer's who worked with Palmer during the period of the Tina Bar Excavation has been interviewed to my knowledge - both report "no". Neither have ever seen the Palmer Report.
  16. Have there been years when there was more ice than other years 1971-1980? Especially ice associated with flood?
  17. You mean Duane was an iceberg? Worked with Santa? Knew Rudolph? Holy Moses!
  18. There's a fresh idea. Hey Amazon, ever see any mini/micro bergs coming down the river in this area? If so, do they ever have debris inside the ice? I'll be jumping on Sunday. On some loads I am 3x the age of any other jumper on the King Air. It's actually a great sport for bridging age gaps. If you aren't a sky menace or a jerk, an old jumper can get along fine with the young maniacs. Where else do you see white hair mixing socially with purple and orange? I do worry about the kids that seem to push the edge further every time they jump. I've seen some hook turn swoops that make me cringe. You can't keep pushing the edge forever, but they dont seem to get it. Perhaps they will mellow with age... 377 One FBI agent pushed Palmer pretty hard on this - Palmer admitted it was a possibility. The agent wasn't buying the Washougal theory or a remark Palmer had made about 'bills/ bundles rolling along the bottom of the river to account for their edge wear'! The exchange has always struck me as kind of funny (but nobody was laughing). Himmelsbach was very wedded to the Washougal theory for a number of reasons and virtually every agent (I have ever polled) said 'they had been told' the money had come from the Washougal. If you poll agents today that is probably what they will say and its based on Himmelsbach's influence during this period.. one particular agent wasn't buying it ands it took some courage for him tospeak out directly to Palmer. The Faxio had said the bundles were right on the 'high tide line' and as far as they were concerned had shown up with the last high tide - the FBI wasn't buying that theory but "high tide line" registered with several agents and from this one agent put 2+2 together and thought "ice". Ice floating up on the bar perhaps with the tide or at some other time when high water and ice were both in play. Smart agent! Ice also solves one more problem - long distance and/or partial bundle transport. Ice will freeze down to a certain level encapsulating debris in it, then when it moves on it takes whatever is in it to a new location; the portion left behind may stay or wash away. It also has the power of holding things together for transport. Ive seen parts of animal carcasses hauled away in the ice and redeposited downstream.
  19. The FBI reports we were given (what Tom calls the FBI Transcript) state no totals of any kind, the net total or some total amount Brian supposedly found. Maybe newspaper reports were the first statement by somebody of a total - ??? Brian, the insurance company, and the FBI were given custody of certain numbers of bills.. I forget what those totals were.
  20. You have described an eddy in the Cooper Vortex: a maddening spiral, a Mobius strip that makes you think you are getting somewhere and you end up back where you started. We even had a Siren calling, her name was Marla. The voyage between Scylla and Charybdis was a milk run compared to where our Ship of Fools blindly ventures. Perhaps a Kraken will end our torment. 377 My previous estimate of land vs water was based on the FBI/NWA La Center Map for the area bounded by points G-L to K-O. This area defines the traditional dropzone area. The central question at the time was what is the chance Cooper landed in water vs. land. It was shown that even if you extended the box south beyond points K-O to include the Columbia River, then the overall probability of land vs water did not change that much. Now, if you change the box to include only the area of say the northern suburbs of Vancouver to the area just south of PDX, then the ratio of land mass to water changes resulting in a higher probability of a water landing. If you also move the flight path west of V23 and use the same latitudes as that above, this changes the angle of attack with respect to the Columbia basin, and results in an even higher proportion of water to land mass - as I am sure R99 would point out. That results in a higher probability of a water (or water basin) landing vs. a landing on dry land which is not affected by flooding. Means of Conveyance: The two primary means of conveyance discussed so far have been water and human plant. There is a third option little discussed: lost unintentionally during travel by Cooper or a third party; eg lost during a struggle between Cooper and some other party at or near Tina Bar. There is a fourth option never discussed: ICE. Ice in tandem with a natural water event. That some portion of the Cooper money got frozen in ice and was transported to Tina Bar in ice to wind up being trapped high up on the beach, then melted and was silted over. This option was actually suggested to Palmer by one FBI agent during a discussion with Palmer. The "ice" option avoids the whole issue of money or bundles of money floating, and it offers other advantages in terms of the forensic data available. The Palmer Report: Mr. Blevins has stated that a 'Palmer family' member mailed him the Palmer Report. What is the Palmer Report, so-called? The "Palmer Report" is an FBI summary document, with a rather long FBI file number, issued on 2/14/1980. The document summarizes Dr. Palmer's findings as per an INTERVIEW that was conducted with Dr. Palmer following his work at Tina Bar. So far as I know Dr. Palmer never issued a written report, but conducted an INTERVIEW with FBI agents following his work. On Tom Kaye's website you get a hint of this when Tom says: "1. FBI Transcript, Palmer: "Professor PALMER advised that he found .... "Professor PALMER stated ... " and so on. The only document I know of is this FBI summary report following an interview that was done with Dr Palmer vs. something Palmer himself wrote up and sent to the FBI. I have no idea if Palmer ever had or was given a copy of the FBI's summary report of his findings, to be in his papers at Portland State University or with Palmer's family after his death, to send to RobertMBlevins just several years ago? I do know that we made a serious effort to check Palmer papers in residence at Portland State Univ. and we found very little and nothing that bore on Palmer's work at Tina Bar. I think Tom made a similar effort, whatever his results were. We did uncover several people who had worked with Palmer and discussed Palmer's work at Tina Bar with Palmer etal. Mr. Blevins claims he found little merit in the "Palmer Report" after "reviewing it", he says! Blevins stated he had no idea 'who' had sent him the Palmer Report - Gayla took it out of the AB mail sent by some anonymous person - now he claims it was sent by a "Palmer family member"! Since Mr. Blevins claims "I reviewed the Palmer Report", would he share his "review". 'Geological stuff' - he says.
  21. As far as the Palmer Report, this is what happened: I sent out personal letters about it to the appropriate folks whom I thought would know about it, or had a copy. Then over a year later, someone mails it to me. I get stuff in Manila envelopes from a lot from people. Mostly they are unsolicited manuscripts, which we do not accept. I read it. I didn't see the significance of it (booooring) and had not a clue that it was not freely available. Come on, it's supposed to be a Basic Cooper Thing. I thought every Cooper Investigator had access. It was sent to us by a Palmer family member. Who? Which one? Not a chance. There are trust issues around here. Someone on this thread whined about the doc and said stuff about copyright violations. I had Greg shred it the following morning. It meant nothing to me. Later, I was told no one else has a copy. My suggestion is to go to the source if you want one.Quote Well Mr. Blevins, it was you who brought up the Palmer Report in a reply to MeyerLouie, boasting out of the blue: "I have reviewed the Palmer Report. You went on to say you didn't think much of it ... now you add: It was sent to us by a Palmer family member. The plot just thickens and thickens. The originator of the Kaposi claim is Bruce Smith. Hopefully when Bruce returns he will explain this further.
  22. What interview? If this were really true, it would have been presented by now. I'm accepting at face value that Kenneth P. Christiansen served with distinction as a US Army paratrooper between his original enlistment on May 25th, 1944, his assignment to the paratroops on December 19th of the same year, and his discharge on November 14th, 1946. I believe that. I believe his family. I believe History Channel's researchers, and I believe Skipp Porteous' work on it. You want verification, or to disprove that, do your own work. Sure, I'll admit I have some of the paperwork. You can probably tell that. But I'm not making it public. Why? Because no one else around here feels like providing verification on other, more important claims. So why should I?
  23. Christiansen's military record was researched heavily by not only Skipp Porteous, but History Channel. We won't even go into the family history testimony, Kenny's personal letters, or his public entries at the National Archives. You want to try and prove he wasn't in the Army paratroopers from December 1944 until his discharge, then go ahead and drop the $70 for the official record and his DD-214. [Tell you what. I will drop the $70 myself as soon as it is proven that Kenny Christiansen was HIV positive when he died, and that a Cooper witness recently discounted both he and Weber after seeing pictures. ] Blevins says: "Tell you what. I will drop the $70 myself as soon as it is proven that Kenny Christiansen was HIV positive when he died, and that a Cooper witness recently discounted both he and Weber after seeing pictures. " This illustrates your attitude and your major weakness as a researcher. It's all attitude and take no hostages. You didnt read or comprehend a thing I (and others) have said. So let me add this: In addition to the passenger being re-interviewed and shown photos which you now claim never happened, a flight crew member was also re-interviewed and asked about your statement in your book that Scott went to the back to converse with Cooper! The crew member not only says that never happened, but could not happen! and the crew member explained the policies in effect at the time but why. (Something you are totally ignorant of). Just sayin...
  24. Ask the Seattle FBI. They have his records now. Porteous sent copies to them a long time ago, including his discharge paper. I think it's senseless to suggest Kenny wasn't in the paratroops. There is paperwork available, his letters home, etc. I once posted a portion of the discharge showing his thumbprint on it. I'm not digging it up again. I don't think it's senseless. it's something one should have in proving something. like what you are doing to Georger now. what is the thumb print going to show? I remember you stating this a while ago. also T-5 isn't just jumpers. I feel warm and cozy when I see documents. I didn't do anything to Georger except ask for source or proof or any evidence of two major claims he has done recently. First...that a Cooper witness RECENTLY viewed pics of Weber and KC and said no (he even quotes the witness with statements) and that an HIV-related disease is listed on KC's death certificate. Those are legit questions to him. Look...I'm satisfied Kenny is as represented concerning his service. If you want the record, you can drop the $70 on NARA and get it yourself. It's archival now, not restricted. I already offered you the info you need for the online form. Why should I pay that money? My active investigation into KC is closed. Or you could email Porteous for a copy. Or you could message the Seattle FBI and simply verify the info on KC's DD-214. They have a copy, too. Well, its a trait that the very same person who provides so little documentation himself, who has spent years avoiding direct questions and central issues, is the very same person who always "demands proof" from others. Then denies the proof when its presented! Its a viscious circle of hypocricy we have become used to in Blevins' case. I identified the person interviewed and shown photos as being a living passenger on board 305. It's not mine to describe further. Those who did the interviewing will go public when it suits them. Blevins is also waiting on the death certificate to arrive. In my case however he wants me to somehow already have it in hand! I gave what I have and that's all that I have until the papers arrive in my box. In both cases what is good for the goose isn't good for the gander-Blevins! More double standards on Blevins' part. We all know that Blevins like to harrass people and make a big footprint. Never mind that Blevins is secondary or less in the whole process, to begin with! Some people just have to try and make a pointless point and demands as if they are somehow central to everything. All I know is the witness, who has no in-depth medical training at all, claims he saw the word "KAPOSI" on one of KC's medical reports - he says in the Death Certificate. I could be wrong but I doubt this witness (because of his lack of medical background) would know "kaposi" from "trioxygenitalism", as it applies to specific medical terminology, much less what either even means! Accordingly, when the term 'kaposi' occurred in the email I received my attention was alerted. Until the papers arrive I know nothing more - I want to know where this witness saw this word and in what specific context: pathology report, death certificate, and all I know is "he" says Death Certificate? If it turns out the witness is 'full of shit', I will report that! But, I am waiting on papers just like Blevins is. What is also obvious is Blevins claims to have superior medical knowledge/experience to mine! I have explained to Blevins that "colon cancer" is not a pathology term, ie. "colon cancer" is not a cell type. Pathologists diagnos cell types. One could very well have colon cancer while the "cell type" of that cancer is: some specific cell type term like "kaposi". I gave examples of this in a previous post all ignored of course by Mr. Blevins. So, from this point on, let's rely on Mr. Blevins; superior medical knowledge. And let him to us what "cell type" Kenny's colon cancer was? There you go Mr. Know-it-All Blevins. Tell us what cell type Kenny's colon cancer was! ??? Or, in your world with your medical expertise is "colon cancer" a pathology cell type term? Go ask some guy on the sidewalk - he will likely know as mch about this as you do! Moreover, and most important of all, lifestyle and sexually transmitted disease is related. HIV is only one disease option in the gay population. The entry points in the etiology of colorectal cancer can involve the throat as well as the rectum. You dont have to be HIV positive to wind up with colorectal cancer as the result of certain lifestyle practices! There are a number of virii and bacteria which are associated with colorectal cancers by different routes of entry. HIV is just one option. For example, we recently saw a celebrity who had throat cancer associated with the human papillomavirus introduced through the throat. This condition has an incidence of resulting in colorectal cancer also. This is why pathology lab reports are important. Cell type can give some direction as to etiology for a specific patient. Lifestyle facts give another clue - Lyle could even be correct. There are studies which connect irradiation to colorectal cancers in certain occupations. Those cancers are of a rather specific cell type, as I understand this. And Lyle is correct: there were studies of people exposed at Bikini Atol (and at Los Alamos) to specific types of colorectal cancer. Again, pathology reports might give some direction in this. Its not a simple problem until you have those lab reports, or some other medical document which mentions a specific cell type of cancer. Lets just say that nothing has been presented so far which mentions a cell type associated with cigarette smoking. I want to know what type of colon cancer KC had. That would give diredction as to etiology. I want to know where the word 'kaposi' is coming from because that is very specific. Does any of this have anything to do with DB Cooper !? Probably not.
