You mean your wife had a "Fetus Shower"? When you were feeling the little fellow kicking around inside of her you said "that's my fetus". Strange people...... -
Out of all the wing nut ideas on why guns are needed, you come up with Melissa Harris-Perry? you need to cut back on the fluoridated water. Just adding one more reason the the already long list. Some of us don't like having the government and do-gooder left wingers telling us how we need to run our lives. So sit back and have another toke of hope and change. I take it you are pro-choice, then. Yes, even though I consider abortion a poor choice.

I'm really glad your parents didn't consider you a "fetus". -
How do you think this would have been handled in the Olden Days? http://hauppauge.patch.com/articles/dads-pistol-license-pulled-after-son-makes-water-gun-threat-in-school

Don't have one then. And don't stick your nose in other womens' business either. Right, wait until the children are born and then support a government that sticks their nose into everything involved in raising a child. -
What is this olden days you speak of? Before the year 1900. Back then, people actually took responsibility for their actions and didn't rely as much on the government to raise their kids. Back then there was such a thing as humility for irresponsible behavior. Back then, others helped parents look out for their kids because they wanted to and accepted it as their social responsibility. They didn't need a government agency to force responsibity on them or a lawsuit insane society ready to sue because they got involved.

Based on what I read here and other left wing sites, they should be going into gun stores and asking if they have a gun that can detect a criminal and then leap out of a gun safe, shoot him, and then call the Police.

You missed the sarcasm. That's what that little facey thing at the end of the sentence, indicates.
-
Naw. I think their solution to this event would be more armed guards. No, a background check would have been the only thing that could have prevented this.

Nope, it's a promo. Many on the extreme left think this way. Remember "you didn't build that"? How about "It takes a village"?
-
Maybe, but freaked out and angry women are scary. Admire their passion and willingness to stand up for their beliefs. Uh, yeah.... What was it they were protesting, again?
-
So now you are implying that someone who runs ads in Rifleman somehow influences NRA policy? We spend tens of thousands every year to run ads in venues that our customers associate with our products. I can assure you we have absolutely no influence on these advertising vehicles policies. Do you have some proof of this alleged unholy alliance or is this just more wild, unfounded speculation?
-
Other than ads in the NRA publications, I don't know that they recieve any money from gun manufacturers. Afaik they are menbership supported.
-
You really are hanging on the cliff. He's obviously talking about the need for self protection in the event of a hurricaine or other natural disaster. I'm sure your extreme left-wingview would be dramatically different if you had lived in N.O. in the aftermath of Katrina.
-
So now, telling the truth is call fear mongering?
-
http://www.infowars.com/your-kids-belong-to-the-collective/ This is why we need guns.
-
Perhaps, except it's the government that has created the panic.
-
You don't really expect a rational answer, do you?
-
Odd place to start, don't you think?
