  1. Like asking which is worse, violent or non-violent.
  2. So, it was the obvious meaning. Thereby making the thread title all the more appropriate. Don Nope, it was mocking the person in the article who got butt hurt over something silly. Don't people like that just make you sick?
  3. Some people get it, smile and move on. Others hang around to dissect things. Glad I didn't misspell it.
  4. It also means ungenerous or small. I resisted the temptation to misspell it too. Thinking that would be too much of an overload. Admittedly it does require some mental gymnastics.
  5. Don't you get greedy, Tom Vu. You go to jail. That's why I've disguised them to look like M&M's.
  6. FAIL. 93% of the population isn't poor. There is a large (but shrinking) middle class. Over the past 30 years there has been a very distinct shift in the wealth of the nation from the middle class to the rich. Wrong again. According to the government we have 50 million people below the poverty line. 50 million is not 93% of 310 million. Your math is as lousy as your conclusion and your politics. You don't really teach at a college, do you? You've just been playing a joke on all us, haven't you?
  7. Heck, I've got some pills you buy for $1000. that have a money back guarantee to make you rich within 30 years. Just have to take one every day and all your dreams will come true.
  8. ooooh - I need to learn this. RIGHT NOW Yeah, but buy that new TV or car first.

I guess you just proved this poll correct. http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/lifestyle/education/25_think_most_college_professors_share_values_of_u_s_society
  10. Nope, not if they were already rich. Part of getting there is learning to delay gratification and invest wisely. Something inherently lacking in many poor people.
  11. Bullshit!! If you gave most poor people $1 million, most would squander it away on a new car and other toys and would be broke again in a few years. Most people who have money, have it because they know how to make it and what to do with it.
  12. Thanks for st least aknowledging the clueless part. Now go back and re-read what I said.
  13. You mean you hate them. If you don't know the difference between sick and hate, then I would suggest using a dictionary. People who twist what others say, especially when they do it for a living, make me sick, also.
  14. Would you consider a trial in which a doctor was accused of murdering 7 children, front page news?
  15. I'll bet you crack yourself up all the time.
  16. How about we run background checks on all of them? Then we pass a law that says if you are caught in the US illegally, we put you in an Alaskan prison at hard labor for 20 years? Think that might slow them up a little?
  17. I would agree. Hate can always find a justification. I just get sick of those who always blame America.
  18. By unbiased, do you meanCNN or MSNBC? Don't count on the press to report any negative stories on Obama.
  19. If it was someone trying to make the Mosque look bad, where did they get it?
  20. Why was there an Al Qaeda plot to derail a train in Canada? How many mommas has Canada killed in Iraq?
  21. Right about the country, wrong (yet AGAIN) about my point. This is about making it harder for those who shouldn't have guns to buy them. It doesn't affect "Law abiding" gun owners any more than buying from a store does now. At the moment, there is no real point having background checks AT ALL because those they would catch will just go private. Making it that little bit harder for those that shouldn't have guns is what more than 90% of the country understand is a good thing. Its a shame that its too difficult for the remaining
  22. So in your learned experience, the entire report is bullshit, the President, the State Department, and US Intelligence did nothing wrong and this is just a plot dreamed up by Republicans to make the President look bad. Is that what you you are trying to say?
