    Based on the 911 transcript and the girlfriend's account of her call with the deceased, I think lawrocket's version is probably more accurate. That said, even if you've got it exactly right, the ground Zimmerman should have stood was back in his car. Everything else that happened was a direct result of his choosing to follow a kid who was doing nothing wrong. Blues, Dave The latest accounts are that Zimmerman was only trying to see where the kid went. He was not stalking him or looking for a confrontation. He apparently had returned to his truck when he was attacked, according to some reports.

    Will Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackison and all the rest of the "Civil Rights" Crusaders condemn Marion Barry and demand he resign? Will he get a call from our President decrying his racist statements? What would the reaction be if a white politician said something like this? Don't hold your breath.

    Ho do you know? The idea is that if a bullet travels faster than the speed of sound, it could kill you before you hear the shot. Whoooosh, dear I asked "How do you know?" I suppose one could take an educated guess...Do you think dead people can hear gunshots? I'd say, no. That's just my wild guss. But, exactly how does RonD1120 know it? He's still with us, I hope?     No. The bottom line is that this case is the tip of a racist iceberg as regards the legal and prison system for all BLACKS. Those who turn a Blind eye or Deny this reality only reinforce it. 90% of blacks murdered in the US are murdered by blacks And 90% of whites murdered in the US are murdered by Whites. Cite??

    Your agenda is to deny the obvious. I don't deny that Zimmerman is guilty of a crime. The point is he wouldn't have shot if Trayvon had been white. Are you frickin serious? His police calls show he was after blacks. He was pissed off because 'they always get away'. So you actually think that if Trayvon was white that Jorges would have let him continue to slam his head into the sidewalk and punch him in the face?

    Yep - there's been a conspicuous *lack* of action by the DOJ regarding the kid set on fire in KC, as well. Something stinks about this whole story. this shooting happened over a month ago yet it took nearly 3 weeks to become a national story. It's almost as if the press doesn't want it to go away. I would not be surprised if Jorges is arrested and put on trial as we get closer to the election.

    We will all eventually die and need to be buried somewhere or otherwise incur some related expense. Does the government have the right to force you to purchase a cemetary plot or prepay for cremation if that's your choice?

    If Obamacare is held to be unconstitutional, it will validate Romneys claim that it is different for a state to pass a mandate as opposed to the Federal Govt. doing it. It will also be a huge boost for Romney politically.
