I had my other one about 8 months before I lost it and it never went dead. When I bought my first one, it came with batteries installed, and two extra in the box. The free replacement L&B sent me also came installed with batteries and had two extra. So I had four batteries and a brand new unit. I just gave away a set of batteries to a jumper at the DZ a couple of weeks ago. You people should hang around me, LOL. :) j/k On another note, I leave my Pro-Track in ECO mode all the time, unless I am flying commercially, then I always make sure and turn it off manually. Right, so I was reading another post where someone mentioned CReW training at Quincy (I think it was Remi) and I thought, WICKED! I have been wanting to get in some CReW training for a long time. Can anyone give me suggestions on where to go when I get there to sign up or get info. or something? I am sure I can find out once I get there, but seeing as how the place is so damn big, I thought any tips beforehand would save me some time. Thanks! Pammi and Merrick and I will be there from the evening of the 9th until it ends on Sunday! Look for a big blue Dodge Van with shoepolish on it saying shit like "Quincy or Bust," "PimpMobile" and dorky crap like that. Some other dz.com folks are going, do a brief search through the talk back forum on Quincy and you should come up with some stuff. I think Dutchboy and a few others are going.
