Good for you! When will the courts and everyone else understand a child needs both parents and the 'battling' between the two isn't good for the child. J

I can't wait to hear the answer for this one. I've often wondered the same thing, as I plan on starting this spring. My DZ offers both and I have often thought about which one to do. They told me with Static line, you learn in baby steps, which may be what I need just to remember everything! Ha! I have experienced freefall in the tandem, so I could wait for that to happen eventually, it's the learning the canopy ride and landing! J

What a GREAT story! I don't think you EVER forget your first skydive. It is a thrill that cannot be explained, but you did a good job explaining yours. I love reading first jump stories and am going to wear out my video! J

So funny, so true, so typical! J

I SECOND your peeve about orange juice!!!! J

I hate it when....a road narrows, be it from road construction or whatever, there are signs telling you way in advance to merge, BUT some people refuse to move over and speed up to the front and then squeeze in! J

It's about time us girls have something to look at and talk about other than Boobies! Yeah! J

I almost lost my son from an auto accident. It took me a long time to get over that "scary feeling" everytime the phone rang, thinking it was another one of "those calls" that is every parents nightmare. Not a nice thing to experience. Hang in there, he will make progress every day! J

I emailed to support about this problem. He said the message gets sent even though an error message shows. The recipient probably got SEVERAL messages, as I thought I had done something wrong! J

That is a great story! Very funny. Great to see you here! Enjoying it aren't you? Jer

Well said. I think that hearing both sides of an issue, makes us think a little more and make wiser decisions. J

I must ask WHY? J

Congrats! You will love it here! J

Relax??? I do read, I do enjoy. I'm not sweating it, I just thought I would write some thoughts! J

Thanks for the link, I will definitely go there. I am on this site to learn as much as I can and to continue learning. Thank you everyone!!! J

All the information and stories I read here are beginning to get me scared. I came here to be more informed, and I know I am getting a lot of necessary information. How do you ever remember all the necessary info you need to skydive safely and comfortable or does it just come as second nature? All the stability problems in freefall, wind turbulence under canopy, landing safely, DZ safety, correct selection of parachute, WHEW! Sometimes it is overwhelming! J

I'm envious, but not for the ear pain! So, when will your next 2 jumps be? J

I was watching our local news last night, and they had a short clip of something you guys would enjoy.....a chocolate bra! No, not for YOU to wear either. Interesting. J

I hate it when someone chews with their mouth open!! Also, overweight people who moan and complain about their weight, but don't do anything about it! Isn't it odd how reading all these pet peeves gets more pet peeves posted? J

I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoyed reading about your experience! I hope in the spring, I can have the same experience. Good job! J
