What??? I just don't eat red meat, I do eat chicken, fish, shellfish, etc. Not because of any strong beliefs. J

I've never really liked red meat, but after the 'scare' we had in our area a few years ago of E-Coli, I haven't eaten red meat. I guess I just don't like the idea of everything that is contained in red meat. I do miss Hamburgers, a lot, but there are good alternatives on the market. J

Today, on my local radio station, it was "meat-out day". I don't know if this was a local "thing" or not, but they were having a day without eating meat and given alternatives. Funny! We just had the lawn service out this morning, and now the lawn is covered with snow! Yeah, happy spring! Geez, I'm tired of this. Just 2 1/2 more weeks and I get a week in Phoenix! J

That's true about the State Patrol! You won't see a cop anywhere on the roads, until you hit the Washington border, than watch out, they are everywhere! J

I'm in Renton, so I know how the whole city shuts down when it snows. The streets and freeways become parking lots! But then we do have hills, everywhere, it isn't very flat country here. J
