    I am upset I did not see Bo. His song is #5, though, on TRL now. Yes, I happened to catch that part as I was flipping channels.... Survivor is on Thursdays, so I just read who was voted off the next day. I don't have TEVO Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

    That's hilarious Here's my scenario: I watch the Idol religiously but have never voted. I have never missed a presidential election since I could vote, but rarely watch the president when he interrupts my show. And I'll be REALLY pissed if he ever interrupts American Idol Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

    I know. I love that about Taylor. He makes me laugh & smile. Chris just makes me... I just don't understand how Chris hasn't already "made it". With his look, his voice, his obvious experience....how does someone like that go undiscovered and end up working customer service? Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

    I love Taylor Hicks, too. I loved his crazy little dances last night As I said to my hunny about Taylor "I don't get him, but I sure love him!" Chris....Chris is just YUM. Ace-the-face needs to go home, too. They loved his "falsetto" last night. I thought it was a horrible Justin Timberlake/Maroon 5 imitation. He does nothing for me. The teenie-boppers, though, I'm sure will be wet for him And I agree with whoever said Elliot was terrible last night. I agree. Overall, though, he's one of my top 4. I love in order of most to least favorite: 1. Chris...again, YUM! 2. Taylor Hicks....one crazy cat. 3. Bucky...genuine voice. I can't stand when it sounds like someone is trying to make their voice sound raspy and rocky, but you can tell, that's genuinely his voice. 4. Elliot...his teeth bug me, though Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

    Seriously! B/c, not to turn serious, but I've done a lot of research into child abuse issues, etc. Some college kids will talk about getting whipped with belts and sticks laughing about it and understanding their ass was in big trouble and that was their punishment. Other college kids I spoke to would talk about getting spanked with belts & sticks as if this was a horrible, traumatic even in their lives and they NEVER wanted to do that to their kids. It's kind of nuts Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

    Oh of course, I understand "the times". My absolutely beloved grandpa uses the word, but he doesn't use it in a derogatory way. It's kind of funny actually. He'll be telling us a story and complimenting a guy who helped him and be using the "n" word at the same time Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

    I tend to agree, but I waiver. I'm really sensitive to child abuse issues, but just about every one of my friends was spanked and it seems to be effective. For me, guilt was FAR worse than any physical pain. If something I said or did was explained to me in a way I understood WHY it was wrong, I'd feel horrible and would not want to do it again. If I just got beat for it, it really didn't make any difference to me. All I know is, being a parent has got to be the hardest job in the world. Different kids repsond to different stimuli better. How the hell do you figure it all out? I admire you parents for your dedication to being good mom's and dad's, whatever your choice of punishment. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

    For the record...I'm the "non" category. I think the poor chap was confused & apparantly quoting/talking to someone else Indeed...regarding the comment about the mom who was arrested for putting pepper in the boys mouth. It doesn't surprise. But, I wonder how that's so much different than soap? Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.

    OK, so I left when American Idol started last night. I'm back with my report. Poor chicken little He had to sing after Chris. He needs to go (I don't know the kid's name). Cute. But, he's in the wrong show. Disney is on the left.

    This is really funny, ya'll. His first PM was nice enought and I sent a short reply. After that, I deleted the 10 additional pm's received. I'm not sure who he's having a conversation with, but it certainly isn't me Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
